    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

    @Colezinhoo @EnglandRugby @O2 Slowing ruck speed is vital. Even now, when I think he needs time away following awful injuries, T Curry does this better than anyone. For the Lions, he also attacked. Is it that he's shackled by England to only plan the defence?

    Honestly, @O2 continue to prove to me that they are worst company. They sent me an email to say they tried to contact me to discuss my complaint. My phone never rang but my iPad received a text saying they were going to call me.

    @O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?

    @O2 hi I cannot use priority app. It doesn't login. Says there's a problem. I tried switching network and I uninstalled the app. Still doesn't work.
