@O2 I rung them & wasnt any option about orders only if you have a personal or business mobile phone & have issues with lost phones nothing to do with online order. Surely there’s a quicker & easier way to do it?

  • DanielPerkins09 Perkins Piracy (@DanielPerkins09) reported

@O2 Hi there, your network checker says its completely fine but I can assure you it isn't. The representative in the o2 store said she had received a number of complaints herself from family and friends.

  • SCDave86 Dave T (@SCDave86) reported

@O2 I've been in touch, of course it took them more than the 48 hours you have to cancel payment for them to get back to me with proof of the "screen burn". A quick look at trustpilot and your own community forums shows this is a blatant SCAM. Not chuffed.

  • NorthWestEU Damian Peter (@NorthWestEU) reported

@O2 I already did and thats the answer i was given. Just seems very slow to replace a device when they advertise "next day replacement" which i was what i pay full cover for. Been with O2 for 9 years, never lost a fone, never claimed, until now. Disappointing.

  • martin77sc Martin◼️◻️◼️◻️ (@martin77sc) reported

@O2 I need someone from your Amendment Team to call me. Original complaint 5th Jan, followed up again and again and no response. DM’s not being answered on Twitter.

  • Themillerman999 The Millerman ™️ (@Themillerman999) reported

Two days ago I rang @O2 regarding my network coverage, it's pretty poor in my new house. Whilst Charlotte couldn't fix the issue (to do with broken masts!) she was so apologetic and genuinely wanted to help. She really was attentive and listened to my issue.

  • treacy_a Treacy Armstrong (@treacy_a) reported
