    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @O2 I have been having awful 4g &5g speeds in central Bristol. BS1 postcode, in some cases the network is barely useable.

    @O2 Sick to death of your network and coverage. No access to Internet, social media, emails etc unless by wifi since Wednesday 6th July. What gives. An answer would be nice. #shockingservice

    @O2 What's going on with your customer service? 4445 keeps cutting me off, same with +443448090202 and your 'My O2' app is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. I can't get through to anyone!

    @O2 Hi. I emailed 5 days ago about my monthly bill and haven't had a response. I've had VAT added on top of the monthly amount of £30 rather than included in that total. That has never been the case and it's meant to be inclusive of the £30 total. Could I have it sorted please?
