@O2 so am as unhappy as everyone else but due to the network crashing I’ve had to physically talk to my family, I never realised they were a decent bunch of people plus I’ve called over to have a coffee with my niece (yup, she has WiFi) n god she’s grown a lot over the years.

its ridiculous that I had to call @lycamobile @LycamobileUK 9 TIMES, and threaten to try trading standards involved before they resolved my issue! I'll only be using them for 1 month then I'll be using a different phone service provider! Someone like @O2 @giffgaff @EE @Vodafone

@O2 actually think it’s acceptable to offer me £10 ‘compensation’ for having no service from my work for 5 weeks!! Safe to say I declined. Contract up next month anyway @O2CxFb
4th day in a row Three UK is facing ‘technical issues’ so can’t acccess anything. No explanation given, no time frame. Frustrating. I am moving to @O2
@O2 I’ve replied to your DM! I have also spoken to 2 people from o2 and they were unbelievably rude for no reason! And wouldn’t wanna help me ! I need this sorted ASAP please as im@unable to do anything
@O2 Stop suggesting WiFi and fix the mast. I have piss pour WiFi connection being and virgin media but with you merging with them that just grand. A double whammy of crappy mobile and WiFi connections

@O2 been unable to use my 4g for almost a week, check the status service page multiple times a day just says busy in your area. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Absolutely joke will not be paying my bill this month.

@O2 I have been with O2 for over 15 years. You guys really have no loyalty to your customer's.Dissapointed with everything litreally everything. My contract finishes soon so I will be moving to EE since they have faster internet ,treats their customers better and is cheaper
