Graham Wright (@Cheesypie18) reported@O2 Hi. I emailed 5 days ago about my monthly bill and haven't had a response. I've had VAT added on top of the monthly amount of £30 rather than included in that total. That has never been the case and it's meant to be inclusive of the £30 total. Could I have it sorted please?
