Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

Hi @o2 @edsheeran, we have 3 tickets for the show on Friday but the lead booker is in the midst of a family medical emergency and may not be able to make it - please can we be reassured that entry for the other 2 will be allowed without lead booker present 🤞🏼🙏🏼
