Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

@O2 (3) Unfortunately, we did not know that this was the case and it was our first service purchase from"O2". From now on, stop getting service, nd when you see the "O2" text,stay away from this company.We made a big mistake by getting service from"O2",so don't make the same mistake.

@O2 28 minutes to pick up the phone then hang !! You send default letters for bills that have been paid !!! You increase my airtime plan without any notice !!! For a company your size you are absolutely diabolical my next step unless you contact me is to go to the ombudsman !!!

@O2 I ordered a new phone and contract this afternoon and now on my current hand set I’ve had NO service for hours and I cannot ge through to any customer service reps? Will I get my service back? Need this phone to function tomorrow before new one arrives!
