Teresa Bourne (@TeresaBourne) reported@O2 Any idea when we will get a decent signal in ME 10? Virgin engineer had to go for a 10 minute walk yesterday to get enough signal to transfer our router, paying every month and having to rely on landline is ridiculous.
-
W (@NWIWC01) reported@O2 @markcallow10 We should all be given refunds or 50% discounts Its been beyond awful for 2 months again.
-
Joe Hopkins (@JoeHop04) reported@O2 I switched to O2 9 days ago and have had no phone line soon after. You ported my number to a handset that was never delivered (now stuck at a depot) and locked my account for suspected fraud. I can’t receive 2FA codes, so I’m locked out of other accounts.
-
Anagazo (@Anagazo) reported@O2 I might be leaving you soon because there’s no reason why you have zero network in big arenas. The Etihad, Old Trafford, COOP Live and the AO arena, even the Bolton and Burnley stadiums - zero network. My bars just disappear!.
-
Craig Cooper (@Bep316) reported@O2 not helpful at all offer triple data boost on there official website and when it doesn't work. Ie £10 for 10gb of data should be trippled to 30gb there solution is to pay for 30gb data for 3months so £90 upfront and they will credit £20 a month
-
Mr M (@Superflymarco) reported@O2 Yes I’ve checked and logged in and apparently I was alerted previously my bill was going up extra which was outwith my agreement increase and I had a limited time due to this to terminate contract freely. I don’t wish to do that but I do wish my bill to be less like before.
-
emze (@KerZE87) reportedo2 this is getting ridiculous now either you sort your signalling issues out in my town or refund me monthly bill for the service you haven’t been providing for WEEEEEKS @O2
-
John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reportedWhy does @O2 make it so hard to be a good customer? Yesterday, due to terrible service, and for them going to my bank for a DD I did not owe, I received compensation of £50. Today, they threatened to cut my services and report me to Debt Collection Agencies. They sent me SMS and an email, yet apparently, the £30 compensation they offered today, I can not have because I had the maximum compensation yesterday for another matter.
