Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Day 126 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 @MartinSLewis just watching your programme and following advice re mobile phones . Hugely disappointing customer service since their merger with @virginmedia and no cal back .I’ve called at least 10 times. Their tariff still is not correct!!!! Help !

@O2 how you are justifying a increase in price is absolutely scandalous. You’re signal in recent months has been the worst I have ever used. Paying for 5G and get it no where. 4G system is as useful as Gary Glitter looking after 12 year olds. This needs sorting out. 13% increase!

@O2 I am so fed up with being fobbed off by 02 i couldn’t make or receive calls on my 6 month old phone so I was near a store , I went in and they just tried to sell me a new phone, called customer service and after a 45 minute wait was told upgrading network, in 4 areas
