Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 So, I refused delivery of a device nearly a month ago and now I’m being told it’s going to be another 3 weeks before I get a refund of over £600 for a device I’ve never seen, on an account I’ve never used? You were quick enough to take my money.

Is anyone else having signal / no service issues with @O2 tried everything suggested on their website. Nothing is working. Service status suggests no problems, but the downdetector website does. Anyone any ideas? Contacting customer services from a landline is taking too long

@O2 I don't have access to a phone to call which is why I'm trying to contact via the webchat. I'm trying to upgrade to get a new handset, but I need to verify who I am with a text confirmation which I can't confirm because my phone is broken.
