@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@Emzzoxox @O2 O2 said it would be delivered today but I only had a text from DHL about 20 minutes ago saying they'd just received the package from o2. DHL tracking says it will be delivered tomorrow 🙄 Which means I've wasted one & will have to cancel plans tomorrow.

@Kristoforbrown @O2 Finally managed to get through and resolve by saying billing issue repeatedly. Even when trying to connect me through on previous calls about a 'complaint' it kept throwing me off or leaving the phone without a dial or hold tone. Joke.

22 years an @O2 customer and just left to move to @Tesco mobile. No competition with the tariffs. Was paying £15 for 10G and now getting 30G for £10. #endofanera
