    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 I got called earlier from 01980 333016 and they claimed to be from O2 Telefonica. I know your customer services advisors don't use the word "telefonica". He managed to cut himself off before I did ! #SCAM #O2

    @O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.
