Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

Whoever it concerns @virginmedia or @O2, it has been months with the MyO2 app, and/or browser linked to MyO2, that is showing no connectivity, errors, broken links to this mobiles number. Spoken to a Crystal at O2 customer support as of when it occured to be added on a list.. 1/3

@JohnTillUK @O2 Yep even spoke to them on the phone about it cos it’s that whole area. They tell me there isn’t a problem whilst simultaneously sending me texts saying an engineer is due to fix the issue soon - it’s been like 3 years lol.

@O2 Can no longer access my o2 account online. It says that I need to link with Virgin media account or something. I have tried and its just a long process of confirming numerous emails accounts etc. Is anyone else having these issues?

@virginmedia @SIGHTLESSDG @O2 Where I am, your service has gone down over large areas for days at a time. I'd have expected a company advertising a smooth service to use a more resilient network architecture.
