Squigly (@squigly1971) reportedTry dealing with @O2 when something goes wrong abroad. They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.

Chris (@Uncle_C_J) reported@xxxxminniex @O2 This happened to my elderly mum, too! A few months in a row. I kicked off with O2. They did help out and refund a good chunk of it. Then I put a spend cap of £0 on. It stops all the premium rate things like this happening.

Lewis (@Lewis_1417) reportedHey @O2. You have the worst account management system of any phone provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. Why is there no way to change the default payment method. Instead you just send threatening texts saying I’m going to be cut off.
