    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 so bloody annoyed, upgrade my phone online last night, woke up this morning my old phone cut off , stuck at work no calls or data finally get a break , speak to someone and I get your sim is broke , 2nd one says a mast is down in my area 💩upgraded phone still not working

    @PWaaaay @O2 Well according to o2 a mast isn’t working in my area, and that is what causing the issues but as soon as I go outside it’s fine

    @O2 Please update your service status. Your team is telling me you are having widespread porting issues since Friday and this is the reason I have no signal for 2 days. Spare people the wait on the line please. Even better, do not port numbers until it is resolved
