Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 I’m trying to buy a new phone - still on O2. Deals are better than you’ve offered me to upgrade through my account. I only want a PAC code but as I have my sons phone with O2 it seems very complicated! One hour still holding - dreadful customer experience
