Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s okay Lisa I’ve read several reports of other customers having the same complaint and it remaining unresolved so I’m afraid I’m going to have give notice of early termination as I’m still in my 31 day cooling off period. I need to receive calls from @O2 customers

@O2 4 hrs been on phone trying to take a contract out only to be passed from pillar to post, hung up on and gotten no where. Apparently your systems are down as when I click the link to confirn my contract it says error?! And none of your staff seem to know what to do Fuming!

@O2 Hello Don't know if anyone will reply in time but trying to pay my bill, and it says the bills and account section is down how long is it going to be, and an Idea maybe send a message through the app to let people know it's down, or you're doing changes and how long

@O2 Tried to port my old number over 3 times online with the same automated response despite putting the correct "security check" my password for the customer service site is in PW manager.. I even tried the security question and now I get 'something went wrong' as an error..

@O2 Been trying to get hold of the swindon branch, by phone and no one ever seems to answer. Existing customer for many years, and wishing to talk about an upgrade. Does anyone work in the store anymore?

Anyone had it where your phone loses signal and 4G and it never comes back? Had no 4G for a few days and now the network has gone entirely. Reset it, took the sim out, did all the different settings. No cigar. Any ideas? @O2
