Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 disgraceful customer service following my phone being stolen, a stressful enough situation without the appalling service I’m receiving from o2 who still haven’t been able to transfer my number over onto my new sim nearly a week later, just lots of false promises 😡😩

@O2 I’ve been an O2 customer since 2008. Today I bought a new iPhone from Apple in Westfield White City. Then went to O2 downstairs to get a new SIM blahblah.. There’s a guy called Moussa in there. He REDEFINES Customer Service. Go see him. He’s exceptional.
