    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

    @O2 tried to sort out a new phone S25FE at me local store, CS was useless tried to make a complaint got nowhere, walked into @SamsungUK liverpool one, spoke to Matthew walked out with S26, time to change my mobile provider aswell I think

    I recommend avoiding @O2 as a mobile provider. Cut my services off yet they've gotten payment on 4th. Am told my services won't be restored UNTIL the 13th because they can't "find" the payment. Bank has given them the details they need. Can't even call the doctor, complaint it is

    @O2 @Joff_L Check out Sky. Same network data at a fraction of the price. It’s why I left a couple of years ago after over 15 years.

    So after 2 weeks of providing @O2 customer service with information about the phone sent to their recycling team, they are unable to help because they have received the phone. In a long line of ineptitude they are at the front.

    @O2 Been with you 18 yrs never had an issue but when upgrading my phone ive been offered nothing that a first time customer is being offered. What do you offer loyal customers? May as well go and get a better deal with another company as you don't value your long term customers
