@O2 @dombamber83 I'm starting to get fed up as well. Getting signal "deadzones", more frequent drops in speeds. And you have the nerve to say "we're investing". In what exactly. If 5g isn't more readily available by my contract end, I'll go elsewhere

@O2 Hello! Please can someone help me with a query as apparently all your agents in the app are unavailable. My charging for Disney+ is all over the place. Should be £7.99, in May and June it was £13.32 and in April it was £19.77 - any idea why?

  • justcherylg Just Cheryl (@justcherylg) reported

@Virgin @O2 We told you we didn't want the "free" SIM. You sent it anyway. You've now charged us over £60 and you're not returning calls or resolving this Do I cancel the DD? Am I going to face penalties for missed payments of something we don't want and declined for day one?!
