Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

Hi @O2 I know you are busy with so many customers leaving, but as I no longer have access to online a/c since leaving, I can't amend my direct debit, so have instructed bank to cancel. I'm sure when you can't collect the money owed you will be sure to straight on the phone to me?

  • AslinSteven Steven Aslin (@AslinSteven) reported

@the_sarge1984 @O2 I sent a tweet to Argos help the other day and got about 5 messages from people pretending to be Argos

  • EdScottLondon Ed Scott (@EdScottLondon) reported

Bye @O2 After being a customer for 25 years I’ve had enough. Last year it was a 25% increase on my monthly subscription. You credited this back to me when I was looking to leave. This year you announced a 40% increase. That’s it. I’ve already gone and you’ve lost me as a customer

  • adammharvey Adam Harvey BFE (@adammharvey) reported

@O2 if I want to leave mid contract because of your ludicrous price increases next year, I simply have to let you know & pay off the balance of my phone, is that correct? Not impressed, already pay a stupid amount for my airtime.

  • valerie_knipe Valerie Ann Knipe (@valerie_knipe) reported

@O2 I am trying to sign in to My 02 account. I have tried several times and it keeps sending me a link so that I can verify my e mail address. When I have verified it, it tells Me to go back to original page and then the whole Process starts all over again.

  • mad_about_me Lorna🌍 (@mad_about_me) reported

@the_sarge1984 @O2 Ironically every time I ever texted the number to enquire about my balance I never got a reply…

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@Terristarfish @O2 As of Nov 3, 2025, no official data is available on O2 customer losses directly after the Oct 2025 price increase announcement, as it's too recent for quarterly reports. Virgin Media O2's Q3 2025 earnings (pre-announcement) show a net loss of 36,300 mobile contract customers. Churn may rise due to backlash, per reports from BBC and Ofcom.
