Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@BelfastLive Fecking disgrace! @O2 has totally let the customers down - their priority service for tickets etc. is a total shambles. Folk are using other sites to buy tickets already but at higher prices. Well done @o2 you’re a clown company

@O2 I was looking forward to using the app later for the all bar one free drinks but the app has crashed?! Please fix before 8pm so i can use the voucher.. also worried about my greggs bacon roll tmrw!
