Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@VMO2News @O2 Avoid this company! Not prepared to help a victim of fraud even though stated will respond in 5 days been 14 days! Called, emailed, DM, facebooked, and live chatted. Talk a good game of escalating but still heard nothing and still receiving letters for money!

Fuming! @O2 new phone 3 days ago still not working due to E sim set-up. 6 hrs in total on calls and nothing other than 5 day resolution. Lost data on watch swapping over and now no signal on previous phone. No one seems to know what’s what! Bad service. Think return and cancel.
