Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 DM sent. Very frustrating as this is a relatively new contract, new phone and I'm working at home and cannot make any calls. This seems to be my only channel for getting support. Look forward to a resolution. Thanks

@O2 @cymboi When a customer takes a contract, the cost of a phone is costed into the price. For instance, with an iPhone the contract factors in around £800 over a 24 month contract. With this in mind how has this value increased by 18% when the cost is already set. Daylight robbery O2

@O2 hi how do I cancel my contract? Just be informed it’s increasing by 17% on top of last years 20% increase, absolute piss takers

@O2 Not interested in silly priority prizes that are impossible to win. How about a half decent signal for a change or not hiking your prices every year to unaffordable amounts. Customers take out contracts which they can afford. You don't have to increase the price because you can!

@EnglandRugby @O2 Steve b dropping Smith and putting faith in his Premiership title winning fly half Ford??? Er hang wasn’t that Freddy Burns who won them the title. And praise for putting faith in Jonny May Gloucester’s week in week out match winner except that would be Val Rapava-Ruskin.
