Stephen Blevins (@stephenblevins9) reported from Rich Hill, Northern IrelandCould someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

David (@davidbladon) reported from Oritor, Northern Ireland@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

TMoSquash 🧃 (@AThe__Master) reported@bombdiggy__ @O2 Their Map checker is not worth the programming that made it! It could not be further from reality. Sitting in the car park at the hospital (no obstructions) and I can't even join a simple Teams call. Useless network!
-
ShinP3ngy (@NotSoP3ng) reported@lloydoh17 @O2 I’ve been with them a very long time and never had issues like I have each month I’m looking at other networks coz the constant price increases and the drop in service it’s not worth it tbh
-
v (@matchstickstorm) reported@O2 why is it so hard to upgrade my sim now? 1st of all, the “upgrade” options are ridiculously expensive and filled with **** i dont want/need, second- i went for a proper “upgrade” plan so i can keep my number, said i was switching to android but youve just changed my tariff?
-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedOn the phone to @o2 and the security settings to go through both automated and to human are utterly insane. Unworkable. Cannot understand what they are saying. Stressful and confusing. We have no signal for two years and they still want exit fees!! @MartinSLewis
-
Dave Ogden (@daveo1880) reported@O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage
-
Triggerology (@TriggerologyUK) reportedIt's scary how **** mobile coverage is in the UK. My Internet is down and using 5G is comparable to dial up. Sort it out @O2
