    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    Hi, @O2 can you please help? I have two bills on my account with you. One for myself and one for my Mum's new SIM. I was told the dates of both bills would come out on my regular date after the first payment. That hasn't been the case. Can you help change that? Thanks

    Words cannot describe how much I despise @O2. They’re utterly ******* USELESS. Worst signal, worst customer service and no matter how much they mess up they’ll cut you off and make out like it’s your fault because you don’t have unlimited resources to bail them out.

    @O2 my mother recieved ENFORCEMENT NOTICES today from yourselves for ONE missed payment which as a loyal customer to yourselves for many years is her first missed payment which she only missed BECAUSE HER HUSBAND DIED......disgusting company
