Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 messing with my life and simply doesn't care! Been contacting them for two years now to resolve a wrongful reporting of default in my name. Several times I've been assured it will be removed but never done. Letters have been ignored. Mistake was theirs, yet I pay the price

@O2 I was first told it will take 48 hours, then 28 days, then I called back after 30 days only to be told it will take another five days. Then I called again after a week and was told it will take another five days. It's five days today. Still no resolution.

@O2 For weeks now when I check network status I get the following - 'Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.' When is it going to be fixed???

@O2 a relative has received a default notice but isn’t & never has been with o2. Your call centre said they’d investigate & reply by email to the email on the account - which is obviously the fraudsters - brilliant! When I pointed this out they said go to the store! @BBCWatchdog

Hey, @O2, it's now been 56 days since a company you work with (@dhlexpressuk) stole my new phone, delivered an empty bag instead of my iPhone 13 Pro Max 512 that I'm now paying for, and you told me you'd contact me with a resolution within 48 hours. How much longer will it be?
