    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 Hello again, You have been helpful BUT still nothing from customer services.... I wonder why they don’t send by text, which is repeated so many times when I google... seems a hassle to get it

    @O2 Shocking! Have now spoken live to someone and on a neighbor’s phone about the issue with my phone and nothing. I was told lies about what is wrong with my network issue. Ordered a new I watch with you and have cancelled it and it was like the service rep didn’t want to help.

    My new @O2 sim card I received as part of my upgrade still has yet to be activated. It's been over 48 hours, and I have most likely missed several important calls and texts because of this. Going to switch providers pretty bloody quickly if this issue doesn't get resolved.
