Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 @OakNational If by supporting you mean ignoring customers and not caring at all about the issues they are having with O2, then you are right. I am going to campaign everyone leaves O2, they are shocking.
