@o2 this is nothing new since upgrading to this phone in August. I’ve spoken to @AppleSupport and they have confirmed it’s the carrier. This phone should not be struggling to get signal. I have tried an eSim, a physical sim and it’s still the same.

  • decmaher8 Dec Maher (@decmaher8) reported

@O2 Is it possible to cancel the contract on line? I can’t afford to be waiting an hour to speak to someone

  • jdhopkins Jonathan Hopkins (@jdhopkins) reported

@o2 you’ve said that my only option is to send my phone back to you for ‘repair’ when the retailer says there’s nothing wrong. I’d really like you to terminate my contract as you cannot provide a basic service.

  • MrDWilkes Dominic Wilkes (@MrDWilkes) reported

@O2 @Apple Appalling customer service. The latest iOS 16.3 has actually broken my phone that’s still in contract, and both Apple and O2 are telling me I need to pay for it to get repaired at a cost of hundreds of pounds, whilst I’m paying a contract for a phone broken by them!

  • mummyplanet Mummy Planet (@mummyplanet) reported
