Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@daeyved @O2 Our work phones were the same. I believe the tower problem has been fairly longstanding. We’ve switched to EE and it’s great, consistently.

Just had a phone call from @O2 urging me to try their online signal tracker. I'm staring at the 0.5 bars on my phone, I cant move from the window to to the computer to use the online signal tracker. I DEMAND you accept my empirically provable result that it is "crap"
