Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 just received new sim and trying to get it to work. Switched to you guys from EE but it will be the fastest cancellation in history at this rate. Your online help just isn’t
