@O2 No, I hung up. Iโ€™m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that Iโ€™ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. Iโ€™ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that Iโ€™ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what Iโ€™m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Customer Services is a painful process. The issues that weโ€™ve experienced in the language barrier and the accidental cancelling and taking out of new contracts by your staff is beyond stupid! Attempting to rectify it is as difficult is climbing Everest in a Bikini!

    Sparky (@Sparkyisared) reported

@SteveJoyce14 @O2 @TheGillsFC I live not far from the ground and the signal has been very bad over the last two days for some reason. So could be an area issue. The problem people keep moaning about the masts and stop them being installed so will never improve.

@O2 Thanks still not showing up, can I check if Iโ€™m already paying for this service does that make me unable to get the free month?

@O2 hi team. Iโ€™m trying to access the Priority App and itโ€™s not working. Can you help me?

  • GillsCountry
    West Country Gills (@GillsCountry) reported

@SteveJoyce14 @O2 Generally there are issues with signal when there are large crowds of people gathering so close to each other I take it as a given that that's the case with music festivals, sports grounds etc so don't expect it when I'm in/around them

  • Nmxx1734
    Lincs Lass (@Nmxx1734) reported

@O2 Hi, are you having issues in the LN11 area (Louth, Lincolnshire)? The service checker says it's perfect 5G, but it really isn't! People are talking about it on the FB community pages. You can't get on banking apps, send or receive on WhatsApp or Messenger, nothing at all!

@O2 I've not had any signal since the 5th Ive had a couple of service status texts as I signed up. This not acceptable. Being a female alone I need my phone to be working when I'm out of the house. Will I be refunded for this poor service? Please respond.

Wow. The quality of signal and performance from @lebara since switching from @O2 which has been shite for a long time. 5G all the way on my tube journey, unlike o2. And Lebara is so much cheaper.
