    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @O2 good morning please could you look into the service in the YO30 area of York? For the past 2 months I can’t even make a call in the area I live I have to use what’s app or messenger in my own home through Wi-Fi as no service, there is no 3G or 4G let alone 5G in the area so

    @O2 i pay for a service which should be every day. I paid a late payment today as my direct debit was set up with my old bank and i forgot to change it, my service is still restricted, i need my bar lifted now please. Your chat in the app is not available.

    @O2 Hi. I had some help from virgin media. The issue seems to be within the browser. Logging inside the app works so I'm going to use that from now on. Thanks.

    @O2 I am loosing a full days work due to o2 cutting off my service, this happened before and i got it lifted. I have rebooted multiple times.

    @O2 can you tell me why seemingly my account with you is not closed down completely as your advisor assured me it was over the phone? I paid everything off, she said it would close down the following month (October) but today you've taken £18.83 DD from my current account.

    @O2 I had already checked on that, and it came up there was no network problems. I had to restart my phone in order to make or receive calls. Hopefully there's no issues now.
