Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 At which point I said that @o2 were clearly wasting my time. This whole experience was really poor service and really not a professional look; makes the network feel very amateur. Having been a customer since 1997, customer service is a far cry now from what it was back then. 4/4

@O2 trying to refresh/manage my daughters PAYG account tariff and It’s been down all day. She needs data for school. Can anyone assist? Also her data has been used up incredibly fast - usually lasts a month and has been used in a week with no excess usage

@O2 @shanes_loonie I had the number since 2001 and your customer support didn’t offer me the option to even buy the number back. It’s a very archaic process.

@O2 Yes. They dont get involved in Uswitch deals for O2 so offered me a similar deal. They said someone would call me back. Nobody has. I used this service last year without a problem. Now it takes you to Virgin Media. I have now thrown the towel in

@bennybroadbean @O2 They never do anything, particularly in rural areas. They go on about using wifi calling, but that only works if you actually have internet, are at home or not in a powercut.

@O2 We sent a complaint 3-weeks ago and only had 1 response. We’ve had poor coverage in our area for a while but had completely no service for the last 4-weeks. How can you discuss or deal with complaints if it takes 2 weeks to get an actual reply? Very disappointed.

@Calh48 @O2 I was with them from the start, BT cellnet before they became o2. It was bad then but has got worse. It’s 2026, nobody should be struggling to get a signal.
