Stephen Blevins (@stephenblevins9) reported from Rich Hill, Northern IrelandCould someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

Colm Nugent (@Wigapedia) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE At what point in time did mobile phone company investment get diverted to upgrade bike lanes? This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.
-
Patrick Hölscher (@allnewtomorrow) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.
-
Isca Augusta (@cmonmun) reported@RealToffeeCelt @O2 @TomTugendhat I get no O2 signal at work or home. I don’t even get 4/5G data in the middle of Winchester, which is not exactly economically deprived. They’re just crap.

Greg - Israelite in Exile (surviving the Galut) (@anexiledjew) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone I've seen this in other countries, and there's no reason it can't be implemented in the UK. Because these networks don't have the ability to properly cover the entire country, there's absolutely no reason we can't have domestic roaming in the same way we have international roaming. They wouldn't have to charge for it because every single mobile network would benefit from it. If you can't get an EE signal, for example, you would roam to Vodafone instead. It could be switched on instantly, but they choose not to do this.
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 The issue is the mobile companies raise prices mid contract and end of contract in line with RPI but signals and services in areas remains woeful
-
🔋London Fella🔋 (@BethnalBoy) reported@O2 @TomTugendhat @O2 oh **** off lol. Your service is terrible - and when you see a popular tweet now you want to get involved? I’m counting down the days till my contract runs out with you guys. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

-
Billy Randoms (@Randoms141884) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone That free market Thatcherite stuff is really working, huh? Remove the red tape, let private enterprise sort it! Just like the water, energy and rail companies! They invest in infrastructure and provide great service, be more like them!

Frank - Queen of Schengen 🇪🇺🏳🌈 (@ChillaxBcn) reported@O2 @DeraCalla Maybe saying "sorry" doesn't do it anymore. The people are fed up with customer services. Not only in the UK. It's everywhere very bad.
