Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 didn’t get the government alert. Emergency and severe alerts were turned on. Hubby got his from Vodafone and my work mobile on EE got it all on the same table

@O2 Should I be concerned that I didn’t get the emergency alert? Alert is switched on in notifications and I’m on 4G/5G signal. I heard this is the same for a lot of other people

@O2 @GOVUK still haven't received my emergency alert... notifications were on and the rest of my household received theirs (my partner at 14:59 my son got his at 15:20) fingers crossed I'm with them if an emergency happens or I'm stuffed!
