Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Maybe concentrate on your customer service on your app and actually respond in a reasonable time . only network that doesn’t have a proper chat or direct customer service number!! Actually left three network and wish i hadn’t for this!!!

@O2 can you not make a new plan for data users who use less minutes and texts. Which could help lower prices of our monthly plans? Like I want at least 500gb data without the unlimited mins or texts. No one uses these anymore as everyone switched to using online texts and calls.

@O2 Your Greggs offer isn't a real offer, is it? I go there on multiple mornings and it's already out of stock each morning! So dishonest of you to claim you are providing an offer when it's never actually available. Rip off sim deals and fake offers.
