Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

@O2 @hubbubUK Well I currently am having to because after nearly 24 hours your service is still down for me with a 'mast issue'. I have to work from home but might have to drive to somewhere i can borrow WiFi just so I don't loose any more money from being unable to work 😔

@O2 please can i have some help with a data query. i’ve tried to speak to your team on the phone and it wasn’t very successful. i have apparently used 140GB of data in 3 weeks which is impossible, and all i got told was to pay £9 a month extra for unlimited, which is ridiculous
