    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @iryanjamese @O2 Completely agree!! I’m pretty pissed off to be honest. Just hoping it isn’t going to be October! Even on the apple site it’s saying mid October now so I think the same problem wherever you go now!

    @O2 I’m having issues sending text messages. I either have to go into airplane mode and back or turn my phone off and on before they will send. Others on O2 NOT experiencing these issues.

    @Ofcom I know there is a time scale for companies to deal with complaints before you get involved but I swear this issue I have with @O2 is driving me mad. I literally want to pay a bill and they won’t or can’t take the payment despite it showing as pending from my bank. 1/2

    @iryanjamese @O2 I’ve always preordered through o2 but this year seems to be a real problem. Never had this in the past! There shouldn’t be a preorder option if they aren’t going to have the stock!

    @O2 You guys are LIARS. I was offered a promotion by o2 staff and I am now being told no such thing exists. That the employee I spoke to know one knows. Yet I’ve had texts from O2 asking what I thought of my service. Go back and listen to the calls associated with the account .

    @jamesr181 @O2 I’ve tweeted at them multiple times, I’ve dm them twice and **** all. I’ve pre ordered the new iPhone every year from apple for the last like 5-6 years. I deceive to get a contract and from o2 this year and it goes tits up!!!
