Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 Day 72 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 have the most shocking customer service. Impossible to get through to anyone just want a pdf copy of my bill can’t download it online. Virtual assistant useless still using the pandemic as an excuse for being understaffed. Utterly useless

@O2 I’ve done this and it tells me a phone mast is not working. I’m patient and all but the phone mast was out of order last time I raised a complaint! This is well over 6mth ago and the signal is getting worse! At this point I’m paying for something that does not serve it’s purpose!

@O2 I'm a lifelong O2 customer. When you were BT cellnet, Genie etc. Since my first phone aged 16. You've given me this spiel many times. Never gets any better. Jokes on me, should just leave you.

@O2 please help! Following a live chat earlier I was trying to sort out my poor network signal, you were sending a new SIM. I expressed the importance of my phone to make and receive calls from with the hospital and doctors because my gran is unwell! You've now cut my SIM off!!!

@GNev2 I work in central London SE1 @O2 - No signal. I live in SE15 @O2 - No Signal. I listen to the news in the morning, and phone lines constantly breaking up, constantly loosing guests. When did it get so bad?

first time in 10 years, I’m ashamed to use @O2 ! I’ve always had an outstanding service, Now their service is unusable! I raised concerns about lack of data connection, they investigate and say resolved…still no data! But Ee with the same phone give 80 meg connection!
