Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 full 4G bars on my phone in both Plymouth (England) and Porth (South Wales) and absolutely nothing works or downloads! Absolutely terrible coverage and service from you. I wish I never went with O2 😢

@Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.

@O2 Neither my partner nor I have had access to mobile data in CT9 (Margate) for about 3-4 days now. We have taken all steps to rectify; manually choosing network, restarting devices etc. I have reported it on your network status page.
