I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

After my current contract ends next year, which will mark THIRTY-FIVE years as an o2 customer I’ll be leaving! 😤
