Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

  • davidbladon David (@davidbladon) reported from Oritor, Northern Ireland

@O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

@O2 absolute rubbish! Been on the phone for hours and you guys hang up each time, refusing to refund me my money that I’ve been waiting for for 7 months now

  • GoldShyGuy1 Part Time MKT Drifter (@GoldShyGuy1) reported

@O2 I don’t dispute the need for investment, however the tariff model could’ve been revamped any time over the last few years given the challenges people have faced financially. Another case of our costs go up and we’ll shovel on to the customer. Flexible tariffs are the future.

  • iaconic_ lou (@iaconic_) reported

@BCantona7 @O2 Surely this would mean that the terms of the original contract have changed and is no longer legally valid? In theory people could cancel their contracts?

  • davemhall88 Dr David Hall (@davemhall88) reported

@O2 any particular reason for the last few days I've had basically no mobile data? Barely pick up 5g in places I did before and the 4g has full signal but no data speed. Is there a fault?

  • annemariepoet Anne-Marie Silbiger (@annemariepoet) reported

@turnerchris @O2 @GarethTurpin No, not ethical, when would ethics help?

  • footie_lass vicky (@footie_lass) reported

@travelred @O2 I got same msg on my birthday rude or what!

  • tomavfc22 Tom (@tomavfc22) reported

Imagine @O2 having the cheek to tell me my plan is increasing when the service they offer is quite literally the worst in the UK and their data never ever works. Embarrassing.

  • SiinghAaron MoonBugatti (@SiinghAaron) reported

@O2 how to I cancel my contract with you guys

  • peeblesrunner Paul Nichol (@peeblesrunner) reported

@O2 (Gareth Turpin) very disappointed that you want to hike up my contract by 17.3%. Using RPI which is discredited by the ONS to get a bigger increase. You well know that inflation is decreasing. Very poor customer service!

  • Burnside_5 Burnside (@Burnside_5) reported

@Sam_McK_88 @LifeByStills @O2 Do we? We have the power of choice of which provider and which tariff but I never known of anyone that has been able to negotiate their tariff price at point of sale
