    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    In the past 2 weeks had really bad app experiences with @Vitality_UK and @O2 And that's led to poor customer service replies on social media. It's not the SM managers fault for the problems, but needs to be some communication when hundreds of people tweet about the same issue

    @O2 Your payment management team have just ended the call on me, I was not being rude or abusive, I just wanted an explanation as to why O2 never advised me in April that there would be an amount outstanding and why you haven't contacted me about this since then, and now inform me
