Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

@O2 yet again failed. Network coverage has been poor for a year. I was promised credit on my bill last year, that didn't happen. Recently I was advised it's a sim card problem. Sim arrived and same issue. Also no credit applied which AGAIN i was promised couple days ago. #o2

@DavidMcClelland @O2 Yes - I have reported it via SPAM (aka 7726) - O2 customer services told me there was no way to help me. They knew nothing about the 7726 number. They seemed not really to understand what Phishing was.

@O2 wouldn’t recommend to anybody! After 5 years of being a customer you’d think they would have the decency to fix the fact that an agent lied and gave me false information just to gain a sale. After hours on hold and numerous calls nobody is willing to fix being mis-sold!!!!
