    Could someone at @O2 explain why the service in BT61 has been diabolical for almost two weeks? Bit of a nerve advising us of a spike in bills alongside a drop in service? Not exactly sure what I’m paying for at the minute.

    @O2 No, I hung up. I’m not spending my evening trying to cancel a SIM that I’ve never used because it was bundled with a virgin media product. I’ve cancelled my direct debit and this is my correspondence that I’ve cancelled the contract. You lot do what you want

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @O2 It's my wife's..got blocked because of fraud ..the sim...been over a week now ..told her 24 block ! Even got a letter to confirm block has been lifted !! Foned 202 7 times ..visited o2 store ..no joy ..absolute terrible customer service ..can you unblock now plz

    @O2 Cannot make a bill payment via Apple Pay or card on the app or browser. Nothing wrong with funds or the card. I’ve tried to contact someone and the app similarly fails to do that. The systems at O2 since Virgin have taken over are dreadful. Any help?

    @O2 can you explain why my daughters rolling plan was cancelled today withoutwarning and why your website will not allow a refresh? Tried calling call centre any they could not help. What has happened to O2? Do we take our business elsewhere.
