    .@O2 sitting in a power cut, but at least I have full 4G signal…. Despite what my phone shows, nothing is updating and have been forced to hotspot off my husband’s EE signal… not your finest hour!

    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    Incoming rant alert: @O2 incorrectly logged a £400+ debt against me months ago now, as they can't terminate an account correctly it seems. They then applied 5 late fees and a default to my credit file, all without telling me. They also sold my nonexistent 'debt' off to a debt...

    @O2 disgusted by O2s customer service. Been a customer with them for 10 years & have spoken to 2 of the WORST employees in the past 3 weeks who were rude, shouted over the top of me and accused me of not knowing what I was talking about. Problem still hasn’t been resolved either!

    @O2 I've been with O2 in all of its guises since 1998. I'm really disappointed that I am apparently not eligible to convert my now unsuitable tarrif to the new Switch Up without paying to get out of my old now obsolete tarrif. This is not how to treat your existing customers.
