    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    Hi @GooglePlay, I’ve been subject to fraud via your platform but I can’t find a way to contact you. Someone stole my phone, then used my SIM to charge £159.12 to my mobile account. Every page I find says @O2 will be able to provide me Correlation IDs but they can’t. Please help.
