@O2 I’d prefer to do it in store, I once had a major issue with a sim swap previously, having multiple numbers on account, the person who I spoke to switched all the numbers around on all the sims, which was an issue.

@O2 You really need to get your act together O2. I’ve had a problem with my phone for some weeks now, which still hasn’t been resolved. Customer Services promised me a call back yesterday, still waiting 😡😡 Looking forward to my contract ending

So almost 16-hours later I still cannot make or receive phone calls or texts or use my data. @O2 have given no explanation as to why there is an issue, how long it might take to fix or an apology for the interruption. Good job I've got my carrier pigeon and smoke signals... 🙃
