Outrageous service by @O2 . Called on 4 separate occasions to try to cancel my contract and cut off by the line every single time. All while I’m being charged for cancelling without calling! A joke of a customer service, absolute joke.

@O2 Hi, it's everywhere. I have no signal regardless of the area. I lost signal while in South Africa and I am back in the UK and still don't have any signal to make calls, send texts or data.

@rachtwins1 @O2 Have a look at Sky Mobile, same signal but far better for customers, roll data upto 3 years, chop and change plans, swap phones, watch sky go without using the data. Loads of benefits!

@hkanji @O2 Such a bizarre thing. EE declined me and my partner for a SIM when I first moved to London due to “insufficient credit”. I offered to pay annual in advance and they still wouldn’t do it. Like, wtf?
