    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 if I was to not pay my o2 bill, you would hunt me down. You owe me £180.00, promised by a manager on 23/01/2021, which I have still not received, and that seems to be ok with your staff? Wrong advice, wrong timescales, no call backs when promised. Absolute shambles.

    @benjiw @O2 As on @O2 long time customer I'm rather disturbed that these opinions are spouted by their employees. I don't want her to lose her job, not in this economy. I do want her reprimanded and educated though.

    Can you help please @O2 ? Trying to look at upgrade options. Can get into app, but if I click on upgrade it just times out. Can’t sign in on website either. Again just times out. Am pulling my hair out!!! Thank you xxxx

    @hanwilsonxox @O2 I’ve sent these idiots my phone too, which they have received but haven’t confirmed. No doubt when they process the payment it will be as far off the quotation as possible. Has to be one of the worst services I’ve ever used in all my life 🤨🤨🤨

    @maz_hawes @O2 Look up CEO's email on google and write directly. Change provider to smartie had no problems with them
