    @O2 why have we had no 4g coverage in our area for weeks now? Your website just says the area is busy but there has never been an issue before. It's not just my phone effected either

    Is it me or does #o2priority Odeon free cinema tickets available time keep jumping an hour when it gets to the release time??? Tried at 12pm (original time), 1pm, 2pm and 3pm now it’s jumped to 4pm?? WTF @o2

    @O2 It's not very good anywhere and has got to the point where I've had to put a @ThreeUK SIM in the SIM 2 slot just so I have service but I don't see the point in paying for both.

    @O2 I was misled by o2 customer service shop- told to pay off device to upgrade and you don’t sell 12pro max anymore, was asked for id and passwords. Wasn’t given 5G SIM card please contact me as I have paid alot of money when I shouldn’t have had to
