    @O2 I took a phone out on contract last Saturday. The battery is terrible In it am I still able to hand it back in for something else

    @O2 The 4g/5g signal in newcastle co down has been terrible for ages please sort it out….we cant use your your network at all !!!!!!

    @O2 Yep, ringing mobiles or landlines gives no problems but trying to ring O2 does. It doesn't even connect; just says 'call ended' after several seconds.

    @O2 It was 1.5 hours before as due to utter chaos in airport I was unable to get a service. Travelling with 2 children so any help@much appreciated. I registered via dedicated link.

    @O2 Can't even call o2 customer services. Again, not the signal, there's a full signal and calls not disconnecting but stopping dead or fading out. ie no use at all! Please advise asap.

    @O2 The irony. You contacted me on Tuesday to make a phone appt for 10:00 this morning to discuss the poor survey I submitted on o2's service and you've not bothered to phone!
