    @O2 Hi it’s started working but now my watch plan wont activate. I get Code 14. I even reset my watch and setup as new but still the same problem.

    @O2 Order confirmed. 30th. I didn't expect it yet really. But do rather resent being upsold before it has arrived! I need to evaluate first whether the reception is better in my new house before considering transferring network. A point not absorbed by the caller.

    I’m done with @O2 . I live in a capital city (Cardiff) and I can’t even get a signal strong enough to talk on the phone. It says 4G/5G but it’s rubbish. Apparently ‘too many people are using it now’. Not good enough. #O2

    @O2 The call operators I have spoken to so far, during this debacle, have been BRILLIANT! But let’s be real, a payment system being effectively down since Tuesday, isn’t good form at all; do you want this money or not?!
