Well, with #skybroadband down today, I would expect @o2 to step up and provide me with the service I need so I can hotspot. Unfortunately not. Woeful signal here in Bath. Just woeful. 🤬

@O2 Not sure I fully understand as I have used emoji’s on plenty of texts and not been charged. If your saying theses are classed as sending pictures. I will be looking to cancel my service and move to another provider
