After an absolutely shambolic new customer service experience with @VodafoneUK I decided to go with @O2 . I've got admit the service has been nothing short of fantastic. Absolutely lightening fast. Customer service was top notch and porting was smooth. Great work.

@O2 still no good service in my area... ive exolained the problem to a phone person, an engineer, and on text and online. Instead of fixing it.. i keep getting asked whats wrong... geeeeez
