What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.

@O2 Had an email to say I can cancel contract early due to T&C changes. I activated that and reverted my number to Pay&Go. Two weeks pass, I get an email to say that I have to pay £336 in early termination fees. No one seems willing to help correct the system fault.

Hi @O2. I've joined rejoined and when I ordered my sim I entered the puk code to transfer my number from three to o2. I have my o2 sim but the number did not transfer and its impossible to speak to anyone at o2 phone or chat. Can you help resolve or advise? Thanks

@O2 Cancelled contract inside 14 day cooling off period. Then charged £96 a month later. 3 times tried calling customer services, the last time your agent asked me told hold, left me on hold for 25 minutes then terminated the call. HOW DO GET MY MONEY BACK

@O2 Hi, I do have a My O2 account already, when I click on Sign In and enter my details, it just brings me back to the sign in page again. If I click register it asks for my number then suggests I log in with my existing O2 account, which brings me back to the loop as above.
