What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.

@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

Do @O2 5G Home Broadband devices have 4G/3G backup? Similarly, do your 4G devices have 3G backup? My home has always had variable coverage despite the surrounding area having a strong indoor and outdoor mobile signal. #5G

@giffgaff @O2 It was sealed when I bought it, the store is a 20 mile round trip, I’ve been a giffgaff customer for years and years, this is not my fault and yet here I am having to rectify the issue of your messed up packaging at my own cost. As it was sealed it definitely happened your end!

@O2 Day 69 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
