    What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.

    @O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

    @O2 why do I pay for your service when the product you sell me does not work network coverage is poor at best and internet is not worth the hassle as it's so slow

    @o2 I’ve been a business customer for 20 years and I’m closing the business. I’ve tried for 9 days to switch my phones to o2 consumer. However the customer service team seem totally incompetent. Customer service is disgraceful. Buyer beware. If you complain they do nothing.
