@O2 Hi I need some help with a SIM swap. I have tried going in store but they said it’s an old account and have no access. When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

@O2 why do I pay for your service when the product you sell me does not work network coverage is poor at best and internet is not worth the hassle as it's so slow

@O2 Had roaming off and flight mode. Was in Jamica. I’ve raised a complaint now. I’m sure simple answer but the chat took over an hour to be then be told “all 4 phones must have come off wifi” made me more annoyed, hence complaint.

@GlennSmithF1 @O2 I must agree, I've not been able to get a proper signal since I've been with O2, my data always goes on and off, if I'm in a certain place on my street my sim does not work. I don't know what O2 have done to their services but they've gone terrible.

Shocking customer service from @O2 this week. Called 4 times to sort something and still not sorted. One operator said “don’t believe Customer Service, they just tell lies to get business as they want the Commission”. No call backs when promised. No apologies #o2 #CustomerService

A bi-annual tweet telling you don’t use @O2. Pay a hefty phone insurance fee pm on the off chance, had to use it, got sent a scratched replacement with software issues and was told I’d either be without a phone for 2 weeks or buy a cheap handset that if not get reimbursed for.

@wifiwired @O2 @VodafoneUK Yes, was later worked out that n78 would remain on 8TRx, but no radio has been installed for it yet. Was scheduled for 30 Jan, but never came to fruition, sadly.

@Stephen_Woods @O2 I have absolutely no signal or service and after an entire month, numerous calls to @O2 their complaint resolution is "feel free to leave us when your airtime agreement expires in August." Shockingly poor customer service
