When I call the customer care line it says call centres are closed and when I log onto the online portal it only lets you activate a blank sim?

baba (@olamultimilli) reported@O2 @O2 A DM won’t fix what’s been ignored for months. This is public so there’s a record. I will DM but I expect a resolution instantly, not another “we’re looking into it.” CISAS case #713631. Credit file still wrong.
-
Andrew Griffin (@AndrewGrif16259) reported@1934rabbit @O2 O2 are the worse network going mate change now
-
🔯Hebrew Hammer🔯 (@OyVeyzMeir) reported@arokorol @Shimshon1800 @O2 O2 may be preferring Paltel as a roaming provider but I'd more bet on the provider aiming an especially "hot" sector at the airport to capture roaming traffic and generate revenue. A simple manual network selection will cure that. But they're so close together that it does happen. Same occurs when in the North, can get alerts roaming onto Alfa or Spacetel and data is HORRIFICALLY expensive on those.
-
Markandtfe (@Mark_ElderEmo) reported@Sean_Bahamut @O2 I had the same issue, called and they were like we can't offer any discount on it. Tried to explain I wasn't after a discount and the price had been dropped by Microsoft themselves. Did you get anywhere with this with @O2 ?
-
HustlingWalrus (@HustlingWalrus) reported@O2 you gonna fix the visual voicemail text bug or just let it sit there. You charge enough money and don't spend it on better signal surely you can put a bit towards fixing bugs.
-
Duck (@Duck52938829441) reported@O2 @ArtemisEmpress I have this issue as well. I can’t use Apple Pay or PayPal.
-
Gery Wisner (@ManoryRafi) reported@arokorol @O2 Your network carrier is at fault.
-
🥊Amy “G-Rex” Greatorex🥊 (@AmyGreatorex) reported@BBLouisR @O2 @VodafoneUK I don’t get signal at work at all! The signal in my house is also rubbish even though it’s meant to be a strong area for signal according to their signal checker. Ive been stupidly loyal for 22years and gained nothing but rubbish service really

Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@O2 Why would I send a message? O2 never read messages, or value PAYG. customers
-
amy simpson (@amy_jo_23) reported@1stSimona @O2 I’ve had the same problem and my signal is awful since they’ve merged aswell
