@virginmedia @O2 Automatically cancelled. Don’t understand why if the hub 3 isn’t available I can’t have a different hub. Or why an engineer can’t be contacted directly instead of through the system which cancels. Just got to sit and wait for an unrelated issue to be fixed seems poor!

@O2 Still getting advice from operator on using WiFi & updating settings. Not investigating why high data usage in July compared to other months. How do I cancel my contract with you? This is very poor.

@O2 Still kicking that can down the street, weeks and Months go by O2 taking Customers money without giving access to data services. They’ve made it worse adding Virgin, Tesco & Gif Gaf and now giving data away free. £38.50 per month sim only and I’ve no data!!!
