Received another text message from @o2 about network improvements in my area. If my signal isn't improved (which is non existent pretty much) and as I am out of contract, I'll be switching to @EE.

@ChrisWilmshurst @O2 @EE Cant go wrong with EE, yeah it’s dear but ******* is it good. You get what you pay for. My mum,sister and mrs are on O2 and don’t get great signal either. Mums always complaining about it lately, shes in london as well.

Shocking service from @O2 and @ee Trying to switch from one to the other after 3 attempts I'm still without my number after 3 different reasons now been told to get a new pac code but I can't now number doesn't register as the pac code was used!so without a number for a week now!

@O2 Day 62 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
