@O2 Your customer service staff did not understand my request, despite explaining it numerous times in a number of different ways. Being transferred across multiple people and multiple teams, just to get what was agreed when I signed up for my upgrade.

@EE But was rubbish once I left the city and went home. Hence, I’m still with @O2 who I also got a 4G signal from in the city.
