@O2 why do I pay for your service when the product you sell me does not work network coverage is poor at best and internet is not worth the hassle as it's so slow

  • ConnaireMcG
Connaire McGreevy (@ConnaireMcG) reported from Burren, Northern Ireland

What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.

  • andun1010
ross carr (@andun1010) reported from Hilltown, Northern Ireland

Carlsberg did poor customer service then @O2 would probably #awful

  • Dessydd83
🙈Derek Doughty🙉 (@Dessydd83) reported from Bessbrook, Northern Ireland

@O2 hi is there anything I can get to boost the o2 signal in my house? Reception is really poor due to the thick walls in the house

  • cathal_hanlon
Cathal Ó hAnnluain🇮🇪🇵🇸 (@cathal_hanlon) reported from Newry, Northern Ireland

@O2 why is o2 network so bad I pay for something that doesn't work 4g what a joke

  • UlsterMag

  • ChrisMPattinson
    Chris M Pattinson (@ChrisMPattinson) reported

@Morgan7MJ @O2 The service in the UK is appalling now. The bandwidth is not big enough to support the number of subscribers on all networks. Vodafone is bad also especially in London

  • Jaxstad
    ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported

@O2 Tried doing that before… that didn't help me either

  • Beardmore8Mark
    Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

  • Wigapedia
    Colm Nugent (@Wigapedia) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE At what point in time did mobile phone company investment get diverted to upgrade bike lanes? This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.

  • IcyFairways
    Snow&Fairways (@IcyFairways) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Sane with three. Garbage.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • Briana432130275
    Briana (@Briana432130275) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 are the worst. The rot started under tories

  • SoSoaksy
    Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

  • GillRaeWalker
    Gillian Jamieson (@GillRaeWalker) reported

@browncharley23 @TomTugendhat @O2 Minimally - they work in an outage.

  • toryshaun
    Shauney Connor (@toryshaun) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Don’t come to Shropshire. In some areas like my parish signal is next to nothing. Lucky to get 3 bars on a good day!
