    What is the story with the @O2 signal at Milltown Industrial Estate these days. The last few months since they “upgraded the network” it has been worse than ever. Getting very hard to run a business in the area without mobile signal.

    @O2 absolute shambles I cancel my contract on the phone..but you conveniently don’t have this call on your record of cancelling this so keep taking money out of my bank each month!😡🤬 after 2 hours of being on hold I feel like I have got nowhere just won’t charge me any further!

    So the @O2 4G network has become so congested lately that I’m finding I have signal but no throughput and I’m repeatedly having to toggle airplane mode to restore connection, it’s become so bad that disabling 4G and sticking to 3G is actually more reliable.

    @O2 @MarkEvansO2 Now at 7 hours on the phone to try and actually get my order delivered. Multiple hangups and transfers by O2 staff. Appalling service. Not even online chat will help and phone support is the worst ever experienced. #customerexperience #fail #Apple

    @O2 Is this in response to my @GarethTurpinO2 tweet? I've been getting "we're working on it" texts and brush off for over a month, not been offered an alternative. Seems like the complaints team will let me leave contract, but its prerty bad I've been unable to go online this long.

    @O2 please can a manger from your customer service department call me back regarding my order. I spoke to Tam in South Africa who was very unhelpful and said a manager called Sean would call me back at some point today. That was 5hours ago! Very poor customer service!

    @O2 No point in sending a PM as this is just so it looks like O2 is listening when in reality you are not. £1,500 ex VAT to alter a contract. O2 the company that does not support small businesses will be changing providers to @vmbusiness
