@O2 1. Turn to airplane mode and then off, lost all signal bars. 2. Phones been turnt off twice. 3. Settings have been checked. Even tried restting them. 4. 5g sim has been checked. 5. Apparently the network is fine! My phone says otherwise. £600pcm so this needs resolving ASAP!

@O2 Got there in the end. It would be nicer as a customer if the upgrade process was slick rather than being a bit of a battle… been with o2 for 20 years now and it’s become harder every time.

@CivicLilly1 @shellbryson @O2 Because if you don’t order on the first day the delivery dates get pushed back and back they went to October within minutes direct from Apple so if they can’t keep with demand being the actual company that makes them then network providers have no chance
