O2 Issues Reports Near Whiteabbey, Northern Ireland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Whiteabbey and nearby locations:

  • BrendanB2 Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • thebaldfather Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • leannereid1988 leane reid (@leannereid1988) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@O2 in o2 shop in newtownards the 3 fellas in the shop couldn't have bin any nicer and very helpful even when the problem was my own fault! Saved me a trip to Samsung! Def need a pay rise!! Thank you =)

  • DAVIDBUZZ2904 DAVIDBUZZ2904 (@DAVIDBUZZ2904) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk No the @TalkTalk number was 03451720088 And @O2 give me 03451720091 The email number was 03451720032 No success at all very bad customer service so far !!!

  • Deadandgone70 Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

  • EmGymMum Em (@EmGymMum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

  • columcoyle Colum Coyle (@columcoyle) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport I’ve sent a complaint to O2 asking for a refund of the three days I’m missing out on my device plan. They’ve already charged me!

  • StephenScarth Stephen Scarth (@StephenScarth) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

@O2 Hi having problems making and receiving phone calls on a IPhone SE #O2

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

  • cimota Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

  • SWAshleigh Ashleigh Shaw (@SWAshleigh) reported from Ballygowan, Northern Ireland

How do I make a complaint with @O2

  • AskkeithInfo askkeith.info (@AskkeithInfo) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia come on I have 4 Sims with VM. Even put something together online. Will @virgin customers be getting any rewards or paybacks like @O2 had to do when they kept getting network problems 😜

  • kkanecelt kierankane (@kkanecelt) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I assume my bus home crashed and I died because hell is surely dealing with @O2 customer service chat for a ******* hour and a half.

  • columcoyle Colum Coyle (@columcoyle) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport Just checked and its now saying the same for me! Apparently it takes a full 26 hours to get from Birmingham to Down 🙄

  • JeremyAdamsNI Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 AirPods and 🎅 is looking after them! Again fantastic service.

O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • emmachammond Emma Hammond (@emmachammond) reported

@Louisef98865032 @O2 4) some, but without it I’d be lost. I feel guilty because so many are without. I suppose that’s the nature of MH,we feel guilty for having conditions which then spirals into guilt about everything. You seem to have followed their complaint procedure-perhaps you should escalate x

  • LeighRussell Leigh Russell (@LeighRussell) reported

@O2 have billed me for a call I never made to a known #scam number in Nigeria 😡 The number begins 0901 - identified online as a scam!

  • HiringinEMEA Heather Brady (@HiringinEMEA) reported

  • mbp_phillips MBP Phillips (@mbp_phillips) reported

@O2 Thanks again. I had a problem last year when I was in France and could only use the phone with WiFi. It was very inconvenient. I hope it won’t happen again.

  • t75ony Tony Howitt (@t75ony) reported

@O2 do you have a customer care email address please

  • SticksAndBr1cks Lottie (@SticksAndBr1cks) reported

Really want to know how @O2 have the ******* nerve and audacity to increase their prices so ******* much when I can’t get signal ANYWHERE making my phone unusable unless I’m attached to Wi-Fi WHICH DEFEATS THE POINT OF A MOBILE PHONE. First chance I get I’m moving elsewhere.

  • yeti87788 Green (@yeti87788) reported

@O2 Your Greggs offer isn't a real offer, is it? I go there on multiple mornings and it's already out of stock each morning! So dishonest of you to claim you are providing an offer when it's never actually available. Rip off sim deals and fake offers.

  • emmachammond Emma Hammond (@emmachammond) reported

@Louisef98865032 @O2 2) are all on the same network, plus we have virgin media (I’m yet to see any of those benefits) I pay on time, stay ahead. The fact that they are upping interest on something that was 0% interest at the start of the contract is an absolute scam. When my contract is done…

  • antony_baker antony baker (@antony_baker) reported

I thought moving back to @O2 from Three after 4 years would be a good idea, apparently not. My worst customer services experience in years, no one from @O2 is either willing or able to help me.

  • iamnoeledwards Noel Edwards (@iamnoeledwards) reported

@O2 What are you investing in? because it not service for your customers I’m lucky to get 3G in some places in Darwen, Blackburn and Bolton.
