@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport Just checked and its now saying the same for me! Apparently it takes a full 26 hours to get from Birmingham to Down 🙄

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

  • AskkeithInfo
askkeith.info (@AskkeithInfo) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@O2 Reece in your forestside store was a legend I ran through door cut off from world and all sorted for phone and lap top in 12 mins a credit to public service he’ll be snapped up by someone soon give him a pay rise and pat on back

@TalkTalk No the @TalkTalk number was 03451720088 And @O2 give me 03451720091 The email number was 03451720032 No success at all very bad customer service so far !!!

  • thebaldfather
Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.

  • Utter_Dil_Emma
Mad Madame Em (@Utter_Dil_Emma) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I assume my bus home crashed and I died because hell is surely dealing with @O2 customer service chat for a ******* hour and a half.

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • Deadandgone70
Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

  • SWAshleigh
Ashleigh Shaw (@SWAshleigh) reported from Ballygowan, Northern Ireland

How do I make a complaint with @O2

  • BrendanB2
Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • columcoyle
Colum Coyle (@columcoyle) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport I’ve sent a complaint to O2 asking for a refund of the three days I’m missing out on my device plan. They’ve already charged me!

  • JeremyAdamsNI

Great customer service @O2. Placed an online order at 6.30pm last night and arrived 4.45pm in Belfast.

  • EmGymMum
Em (@EmGymMum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

  • leannereid1988
leane reid (@leannereid1988) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

  • TheChrisPrice

On Thursday, what I assume was the first SIM arrived after all. I called @O2 and explained - no problem, I was told, she’d set that one up now for me. Just wait 24 hours for it to activate. 24 hours came and went. Still not working.

  • getofmeland
    Charlie Gough ☁️ (@getofmeland) reported

@O2 So I am now without a phone for up to 24 hours? When the website said an hour? Also after doing the sim swap I had signal which last an hour, I got text messages through as well

  • TheChrisPrice
    Chris Price (@TheChrisPrice) reported

So on Friday, the second-ordered SIM arrives and my phone is still not working. I call @O2 and they say there appears to be a problem with the first SIM but try the second SIM and wait 24 hours and it should work as they’ve fixed the issues on this one. I hold my breath.

  • C0nfuzedpenguin
    Confuzed Penguin (@C0nfuzedpenguin) reported

Anyone else struggling to get a contract with @O2 they keep rejecting me because I don't meet some business policy minimum. Credit score is 1 point off excellent. Been a loyal @EE customer for nearly 10 years but work is part of the o2 open scheme so want to change. Baffled

  • myoozli

@O2 what an awful first day with you! Spent 30mins on chat trying to get my PAC code transferred then your customer service cuts off once connected!

  • shadesofadult
    Sharon matthews (@shadesofadult) reported

@O2 I want to report @dhlexpressuk because you use them for deliveries and they fail to deliver. They were supposed to deliver a new phone today and lied saying they couldn’t gain access yet my home is a normal semi detached house with a ring doorbell to prove they didn’t turn up

  • stacychap85
    Stacy Chappelow (@stacychap85) reported

@O2 After an absolute faff trying to get my preordered s22 ultra I went to an o2 store and the manager that helped me was absolutely amazing! My phone was delivered to the store but I never received the email to go and collect so its been sent back 1/2

  • SarahRush17
    Sarah Rush (@SarahRush17) reported

@O2 Keep being cut off chat and phone number is not working. Simply want to know why you charge me £17.79 month airtime, when your advertised charge on we site for same (more data actually) for £14.99. Dont you want to keep customers and reward loyalty?
