    Hi @O2 who can i complain to about my bill? Huge charges during my recent USA trip. But it wasn’t until 7 days into my trip you text me to inform me there would be charges. By that point the damage was done. My contract is up in two months, I’ll be seriously reviewing that now!

    @O2 appalled with your team and the transfer of my O2 number to new O2 sim. 4 days later, 6 calls later and still nothing. Technical team suppose contact me within 4 hours, nothing . Cant receive or make calls for 4 days, appalling way to treat people going through bereavement.

    @O2 I changed provider yesterday from 3 to yourselves. The girl in the shop did what she needed to do with the pac code but now neither phones have a provider. Both say emergency calls only!
