@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).
-
Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland
@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.
-

As soon as my contracts up @o2 it’ll be the last day you’ll ever get any money from me been with you guys for 10 years and you kick people down when they’re on their knees.
-
Stephanie (@Steph35419631) reported
I’m sorry @O2 but you’ve got some nerve putting prices up when none of your customers seem to get signal. You don’t seem to care at all about how unhappy your customers are! I’ve been with you since I was 13 but it’s time to change
-
Jack Morris -!- (@nuclearmole) reported
For a network that barely ever let's me have a complete phonecall or browse the internet - @O2 sure are good at putting their prices up..... Disgusting.
-
rdekanter (@rjdekanter) reported
@2wheelsnot4 @O2 @Ofcom I don't have such an issue with an RPI increase. It's the plus 3.9% that passes me off (see also rental terms). Basically, it is an automatic 3.9% uplift in profit for doing nothing and punishes loyalty. All it does is inflate away their competitiveness and force people to move
-
Farrell (@farrellray) reported
@2wheelsnot4 @O2 @Ofcom I’ve never understood the standard 3.9% increase. They all do that. It’s like they put that on to much sure the company achieves inflation, even if the economy doesn’t. Legal scam.
-
Callum (@Ca11um23) reported
@O2 my monthly bill is now up.. like everyone else.. but I still can’t use my unlimited data really, doesn’t load anything I have to be on the wifi, Im getting ready to go upgrade but thinking to leave if there is better connectivity out there.. any help?
-
Nath (@NathFerguson) reported
@SophiaaMay @O2 If they cared they would make more capacity on the network, I've had a mast not working 4 2 weeks and even when they do work I get average 2mb data speed and when I complain they either ignore u or fob u off. Once my contract is done I'm off as o2 r the shitest network in the uk
-
Scott Winter (@swinter100) reported
Day 3 of no signal in Richhill, thanks @O2. You get the very odd message through & the one I got through yesterday was to say that my monthly bill will be going up 13%. Paying £65+ for a service that isn’t working, who else would get away with it?
-
MafiaBear (@DKRMartyn) reported
Hi @O2 you asked me to DM you for help sorting out my new account. Which I did. 2 days now without reply... Was hoping for an improvement over Virgin Media, but I guess not
