    @O2 Migrating from O2 PM to O2 PAYG has taken 7 days so far, 3 phone calls of over an hour each and teams of people who have no idea what they are doing. Your customer service standards are shockingly poor and your back office processes are terrible. I can't wait to leave you

    @O2 in o2 shop in newtownards the 3 fellas in the shop couldn't have bin any nicer and very helpful even when the problem was my own fault! Saved me a trip to Samsung! Def need a pay rise!! Thank you =)

    Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

    @seanp280 @O2 Where are you in Belfast? I live beside city hospital and I get full bars all over the city, 5G too! Only when I venture into the depths of County Down does it deteriorate lol

    It’s plain that @O2 sell their customer database to any player willing to put up the cash. Which is why the customer ends up targeted by bad players like @aerial_direct preying on ignorance of what a megabyte is.

    @O2 I need to escalate a complaint re. a member of staff who refuses to to 1) process my upgrade and 2) who has just terminated my call. Who can I talk to? Your staff say it’s not possible to talk to a manager.

    @O2 Ordered an upgrade on 1 May, order NC338316791. Eight days later, still no clear delivery or collection update. Stop chasing new customers and fix service for existing ones. PATHETIC customer service. Absolute trash.

    @O2 O2 refuse to accommodate customer needs re: payment dates. The data allowance is appalling for PAYG users, and the coverage is poor also. Cue the ‘sorry you feel that way‘ dismissal from O2.

    @GarySpedding @arokorol @O2 I’m glad you googled it, now do you see how the signal won’t just randomly ping to one 6 miles away instead of a tower right there? Also, it’s more like a 45 minute to 60 minute drive, I used to do it weekly.

    @O2 Hi, it's now 12 days/9 working days and i'm still locked out of my account. Have called customer services three times only to be told a form has been filled out.
