@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

  • thebaldfather Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.

  • BrendanB2 Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • McGuinnessKevin Kevin McGuinness (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

@O2 @O2 but would I be exempted from the early exit fees due to having cancel due a friend or family passing away even I was the one who was credit checked? Would the bereavement department still cancel it without fees?

  • rachelbymustang Rachel Marian Digby (@rachelbymustang) reported from Portsmouth, England

Really fed up of being 31 and @O2 who has all my details including my date of birthday still say I'm not old enough to use websites like @AnnSummers I'm 3 bloody 1. Just let me buy a damn bra for **** sake.

  • Cheryl_x Cheryl Mckenzie (@Cheryl_x) reported

Honestly courier drivers are the WORST! Waiting on a new phone, he calls and I cancel the call by accident, call back straight away and he doesn’t answer so then marks my parcel as he can’t find the address! Raging! @O2

  • davemh72 davemh #stopthegas (@davemh72) reported

@O2 That doesn’t tell me how to put a complaint in though and you’re wrong as others are using CPI .

  • maryhippychick m a r y (@maryhippychick) reported

  • cortexrock Mark Roberts (@cortexrock) reported

@O2 Back to @UKPowerNetworks then - are they aware of this service being powered by a premium rate text message? Pretty bad optics during the worst storm of the past 30 years, especially if you don't tell people there's a charge. Someone made some £££ last week!

  • DamainWard Damian Ward (@DamainWard) reported

@O2 Ok. No surprise there then. I’ll just have to see the contracts out, one ending in July, and find another company that offers its customers something. The only thing I’ve ever received from o2 is more expense. Never even a thank you for years of custom.

  • rhianna_joseph Rhianna Joseph #PrayForDemi ❤️ (@rhianna_joseph) reported

@O2 @O2 but would I be exempted from the early exit fees due to having cancel due a friend or family passing away even it was myself who was credit checked & not the user of phone. Would the bereavement department still cancel it without fees?
