I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

Adrian Kesby (@kesbyac) reported@O2 I just want to change tariff to 10GB plan. I’m with Virgin Media so that becomes 20GB which is perfectly adequate. Sim Onlys are circa £15 which is fine but was told in store that I can’t port my number on the same network!
