@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

@O2 is there any way to arrange a call back over Twitter for the fraud team? My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

@O2 repeatedly ignored by your dms.. been trying to contact you for days - I am incredibly distressed and humiliated by this treatment. Quick enough to get in contact when you want someone to sign up.. not so much when someone wants to cancel their account. Sort it out.

I am having so many problems with my phone and I just rang @O2 and I swear his words were "If we can't fix it, go to another provider but still pay the bill." I have never in my life heard a company say that. He was rude and I am shocked. I've been a customer for 10+ years.
