@O2 is there any way to arrange a call back over Twitter for the fraud team? My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

In early November the openly antisemitic pieces of trash bob vylan will play at 02 venues in Leeds Manchester Glasgow and London If they are allowed to play these “gigs” they will bring the name of 02 into disrepute and I will cancel very contract I have with @O2.

@O2 Hi, since preordering the iPhone 17 Pro Max, I’m receiving emails and texts, multiple times everyday telling me my delivery time has changed. I’m getting it 3/4 times everyday and it’s a bit annoying… is there an issue?
