@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport Just checked and its now saying the same for me! Apparently it takes a full 26 hours to get from Birmingham to Down 🙄

  • JeremyAdamsNI
Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 AirPods and 🎅 is looking after them! Again fantastic service.

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

  • columcoyle
Colum Coyle (@columcoyle) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport I’ve sent a complaint to O2 asking for a refund of the three days I’m missing out on my device plan. They’ve already charged me!

  • Utter_Dil_Emma
Mad Madame Em (@Utter_Dil_Emma) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

I assume my bus home crashed and I died because hell is surely dealing with @O2 customer service chat for a ******* hour and a half.

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • JeremyAdamsNI
Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Great customer service @O2. Placed an online order at 6.30pm last night and arrived 4.45pm in Belfast.

  • SWAshleigh
Ashleigh Shaw (@SWAshleigh) reported from Ballygowan, Northern Ireland

How do I make a complaint with @O2

  • Deadandgone70
Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

  • BrendanB2
Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

It’s plain that @O2 sell their customer database to any player willing to put up the cash. Which is why the customer ends up targeted by bad players like @aerial_direct preying on ignorance of what a megabyte is.

  • DAVIDBUZZ2904
DAVIDBUZZ2904 (@DAVIDBUZZ2904) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@TalkTalk No the @TalkTalk number was 03451720088 And @O2 give me 03451720091 The email number was 03451720032 No success at all very bad customer service so far !!!

  • EmGymMum
Em (@EmGymMum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve been onto your customer services. They refused to tell me how much it would cost to buy out this awful contract. Threatened termination fees from @o2. A retentions team will be in contact. 🙄 My family member *thought* she was with @o2 - misdirection from you of course. 🤮

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 You don’t get the same experience on @ThreeUK - never get shady third party companies calling. You treat your customers like another product to be sold. It should be criminal. I’m actually disgusted. 🤮

  • leannereid1988
leane reid (@leannereid1988) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@O2 in o2 shop in newtownards the 3 fellas in the shop couldn't have bin any nicer and very helpful even when the problem was my own fault! Saved me a trip to Samsung! Def need a pay rise!! Thank you =)

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 You play fast and loose with customer records and exploit trust. Shame on @o2 for a blatant breach of customer goodwill.

  • Jay_McB
Jason Brown (@Jay_McB) reported from Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland

@virginmedia come on I have 4 Sims with VM. Even put something together online. Will @virgin customers be getting any rewards or paybacks like @O2 had to do when they kept getting network problems 😜

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

@O2 And also, to pay this £168 - do I pay an "other amount" on my airtime bill, and just put in the bill total of the excess charges please? Don't want to make the incorrect payment & want to get my service back up asap.

  • EuropeanEnglish
    Angela 💙 Wear a Mask 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇮🇪🇫🇷 #JohnsonOut (@EuropeanEnglish) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Oh, Nadine. Your lies can be found out. Then you'll look even more stupid (if possible).

  • teatimezes

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 Hmmm. Imagine thinking the EU has any control over private companies in a non-Member State. Idiot.

  • neilhwilliams

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Commercial enterprises thankfully making it not as bad as it could be, is NOT a good look.

  • decorelegantldn
    Lisa S. (@decorelegantldn) reported

@NadineDorries @virginmedia @O2 This idiot is talking about charges from private companies. Trying to blame the EU for everything and anything they signed up for. Beyond exhausting!

  • Smickleberry
    Rick (@Smickleberry) reported

@O2 Wi-Fi calling would help if Wi-Fi was available. But it’s not. So looks like I’ve got an expensive calculator for the week. Thanks for your help. Will the service actually be improved in the area? Or is this just so you can install 5g? 4g and 3G service is poor for me.

  • GaryBradshaw3
    Gary Bradshaw (@GaryBradshaw3) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 Damn, wish I'd voted Leave now. I didn't realise I could have retained one benefit I already had. What a fool I am. Well done Boris, this and an extra 2 hours in a pub in June....my hero.

  • SidNancy11
    Jamie (@SidNancy11) reported

@BorisJohnson @virginmedia @O2 That means changing my network... just to get back to where I am.
