    @O2 can you explain why every every week the cinema vouchers are gone within milliseconds. I watch the seconds count down in the lead up. Today I got an error message. Then once it finally stopped they were gone within the minute.... looks like I'm not the only one either.

    @O2 this is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I have been trying to increase my spend cap for over a week, I can't speak to anyone and I keep getting cut off when they eventually answer. Sort it out or I'll not be paying any bills until you do.
