Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6
