Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!
