@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

@AppleSupport not able to make or receive calls on my iPhone 13 whilst roaming in Spain on Movistar via my home network @O2. 5G drops to 3G when making calls and it just fails. GibTel is ok as it calls using 4G. iPhone 12 is ok. No bars and roaming activated. Very frustrating.
