@O2 repeatedly ignored by your dms.. been trying to contact you for days - I am incredibly distressed and humiliated by this treatment. Quick enough to get in contact when you want someone to sign up.. not so much when someone wants to cancel their account. Sort it out.

@O2 Ah, okay! I've already requested the port and received confirmation it will happen tomorrow. As I understand it then, I won't need to do a SIM swap at all? Will my Vodafone service automatically be cancelled once the number has ported?
