    @O2 tried cancelling my contract 3x now, have been told it’s been cancelled but still hasn’t been done so. Pathetic customer service, been waiting on the line for an hour, I’m getting hung up on and passed from agent to agent. Do something about it

    @O2 @O2 1hr 38 minutes and I'm transfered by mistake to DPD who cannot help me and have said I have to call back again. Human error is fine, but I cannot spend 3 hours on a phone trying to find out 1 piece of information. Because I know it'll be another 90 minutes on hold!!!!! Help!
