💡 check your Tesco clubcard account - vouchers for restaurants, Denby dining sets & more - I’ve enjoyed 3 course meals for 2 for like £1.13! 💡 check your topcashback account could be £££ for a M&S voucher for example 💡 If @O2 customer make sure you download free priority app

  • IanRobinson
Ian Robinson (@IanRobinson) reported from Stormont, Northern Ireland

@chriswb @O2 No. Plus it says No Service where the O2 logo should be. I might try the SIM in my O2 iPhone.

  • irishangel84
Shauna (@irishangel84) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 Don't care about Peter Kay tickets but I can't even get my Friday Greggs treat 🙈🙈🙈

  • BrendanB2
Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • RunRosyRyanRun
Bacon From Heaven (@RunRosyRyanRun) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I won an instant prize from Greggs but no voucher appeared, can you help?

  • McGuinnessKevin
Kevin McGuinness (@McGuinnessKevin) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

  • Deadandgone70
Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

  • columcoyle
Colum Coyle (@columcoyle) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport I’ve sent a complaint to O2 asking for a refund of the three days I’m missing out on my device plan. They’ve already charged me!

  • GeorgeCowan
Britishgamerni 🇬🇧🏳️‍🌈 (@GeorgeCowan) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

@O2 is there any way to arrange a call back over Twitter for the fraud team? My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

  • jtoal
James Toal (@jtoal) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 Yes of course it is, but not when I needed it last night. It is *invariably* down when I try to use it late at night. I raised this issue a few months ago also.

  • Watsonmydear
Christine #StaySafe #SaveLives Watson 💙 (@Watsonmydear) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

  • kkanecelt
kierankane (@kkanecelt) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

  • IanRobinson
Ian Robinson (@IanRobinson) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

Is a cellular Apple Watch looked to the network provider you get it from? I have a Stainless Steel Series 6 that I got from @O2 that I no longer need since I got my Ultra from O2.

@O2 I responded and I hope no more generic emails rather than looking into the issue

  • ItsWelford
    Josh W (@ItsWelford) reported

@TakeThatClouds @O2 They all do the same thing. They know you don’t have service but can’t help you until you give them a code text to the phone with no service. ******* idiots all of them.

  • insittingbourne
    Paul (@insittingbourne) reported

@O2 Thankyou but we have all changed providers now as every time we were told the local most had issues but never fixed. It went on and on.

  • kezlos
    Kieran Jones (@kezlos) reported

Hey @O2. Sort your network out. I pay £300 a month for a business contract with 3 other devices, can’t do basic things using 4 or 5G l, which affects my business operations. Work away a lot and can’t ******* facetime my boy as it forever says ‘poor signal strength’ JOKE!!

  • arsenism123
    Arsènism (@arsenism123) reported

@TakeThatClouds @O2 Google did a similar stunt recently: My phone is missing, and I need to use "Find my device" in another device. I have provided my email id and password. Only way they will allow me login to the phone is via - A notification, or SMS, call, email(can't login) to the missing phone.

  • SeanRBarrett
    Sean Barrett (@SeanRBarrett) reported

@monzo Thanks, I tried the chat option but it was just the AI assistant that wasn’t much help. Have since googled it and see you’re using the O2 network. Unfortunately in the 6yrs since I left @O2 they’ve still not brought 5G to west wales.! Which is a deal breaker.

  • Dezrezchez
    Cheryl Irving (@Dezrezchez) reported

@O2 I am receiving updates already, however, I’ve just had my bill and because I have to switch my WiFi off to view it, I can’t because I have no signal. This has been ongoing for over a week now. It would be nice to have solutions not excuses!

  • FJZ05
    Frazer (@FJZ05) reported

@O2 Your 5G signal in Nottingham City Centre is absolutely abysmal and has been for a long time. When are you going to do something about it? It’s a joke I’m paying what I am for such poor service. It’s become virtually impossible to use my iPhone reliably. Truly awful.

  • MattRidsdale
    Matthew Ridsdale (@MattRidsdale) reported

@O2 Well, I have never known anything as utterly shambolic as your customer service! Another two hours wasted tonight trying to help my mum resolve an issue with that occurred in JUL2025! Still no sign of a resolution. Come on, let's get it sorted. This is beyond a joke.

  • NileshGThanki
    Nilesh Thanki (@NileshGThanki) reported

Looking for resolution from @O2 been having ongoing signal and network problems since joining in December 2025. Live in EN1, Enfield. Complaint after complaint and still no resolution. Why pay for a service if we are not receiving it. Can’t make basic calls in our own home!
