@O2 repeatedly ignored by your dms.. been trying to contact you for days - I am incredibly distressed and humiliated by this treatment. Quick enough to get in contact when you want someone to sign up.. not so much when someone wants to cancel their account. Sort it out.

@virginmedia come on I have 4 Sims with VM. Even put something together online. Will @virgin customers be getting any rewards or paybacks like @O2 had to do when they kept getting network problems 😜

@O2 I just joined last week and I haven’t received texts ever since my number was ported. I’ve spoken to so many people at o2 and no one’s got a clue. Please help before I cancel and change back to EE. I’ve wasted enough of my time trying to get this sorted.

@O2 I have had constant problems with my phone since recieving it. I can’t call because the problems are that bad. I have tried live chat. Useless. Bill will not be paid until I receive the service that I’m actually paying for. Your service and staff are DIABOLICAL!!!

3 hours on phone to try and get my eSIM working that has stopped working while abroad. 2 separate promises that two different fixes would work within 24 hours… low & behold, still not working. I am pulling my hair out, spent hours on holiday @O2 pls put me out my misery 😶

@O2 It’s ok thank you. I finally got a Customer Service Senior Manager involved who arranged a replacement to arrive at 10am albeit I was messed around for 8 days in the meantime.DPD said that it was scanned in and went‘missing’ internally but only admitted this after 5 days of wait.

@O2 it would be nice if you stopped having phone mast problems!! There's been issues with them for around 6 times since Christmas! Then you're stuck with no signal ages, and then the phone mast breaks again! I question if they even get fixed!!

@virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 No one attended my property to install today. Not a great start Virgin! Also, your customer support team are terrible. I have received confomation that you have started taking money from my bank account and a cancellation of service email. What is going on????
