    @virginmedia come on I have 4 Sims with VM. Even put something together online. Will @virgin customers be getting any rewards or paybacks like @O2 had to do when they kept getting network problems 😜

    @O2 I need to escalate a complaint re. a member of staff who refuses to to 1) process my upgrade and 2) who has just terminated my call. Who can I talk to? Your staff say it’s not possible to talk to a manager.

    @O2 repeatedly ignored by your dms.. been trying to contact you for days - I am incredibly distressed and humiliated by this treatment. Quick enough to get in contact when you want someone to sign up.. not so much when someone wants to cancel their account. Sort it out.

    Has @virginmedia mobile actually changed from @VodafoneUK to @O2 as its VMNO network following the merger? In an area where I’m used to getting excellent data coverage it’s suddenly become frustratingly dire. Could this possibly be the reason?

    @MissWittank @tjd19 @O2 We found only way to sever a Vodafone contract was to cancel the direct debit as husband couldn’t get through on phone or internet & shops don’t deal with such trivia. Absolutely ridiculous! 😡

    @O2 O2 store manager tried new Sim, which didn't work, he then put my new Sim I to his phone, that didn't work. No wonder the O2 shop manager has a Vodafone sim? He check the O2 coverage said it didn't mention outages, finally there was nothing he could do. Your network is dead!

    @MissWittank @matthewnunn1986 @O2 O2 haven’t switched to virgin infrastructure. All I was saying was that Sky has a lower priority on the O2 network. Even though this has nothing to do with your issue, you may have other issues if you switch to Sky due to the lower priority on the network.

Escalate it, if they want your business & loyalty and no potential customers to see these public posts they should have a rethink! Don't let @O2 fk u about😡

    @O2 Check account - YES Sim - Replaced it Sim in Store Managers phone - YES still no data. Store manager sent me on my way there was nothing more he could do, none of the store team had O2 mobiles. This is not a local issue, full 4G bars no data Midlands and North Wales same issue!
