@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

@O2 repeatedly ignored by your dms.. been trying to contact you for days - I am incredibly distressed and humiliated by this treatment. Quick enough to get in contact when you want someone to sign up.. not so much when someone wants to cancel their account. Sort it out.

@O2 Why every month do you manage to make topping up grief. The other month received 2 txtx stating top-up payment had not gone through. Guess what payment taken 3 times. Now your doing the same with my sons phone. Abysmal service trying to get more money out of people.

How frustrating… 20+yrs as @O2 customer, best deal for me to renew = £15 + annual rises, for new customers £8! So much for looking after customers! @giffgaff @£10 no price increase here I come!! (which is O2 coverage anyhow - but I’ll have more data now!)
