    @O2 is there any way to arrange a call back over Twitter for the fraud team? My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

    @virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

    @O2 repeatedly ignored by your dms.. been trying to contact you for days - I am incredibly distressed and humiliated by this treatment. Quick enough to get in contact when you want someone to sign up.. not so much when someone wants to cancel their account. Sort it out.

    @O2 riddle me this I pick a new tariff that doesn’t start until my next bill date 26th nov I want to add a bolt on for more data I can’t because I have a new tariff set up.. I have to cancel the new tariff. I cancel it. I add a bolt on for more data.. I can READD the new 1/2
