Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).
-

Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏
