@O2 Thanks for getting back . Not surprised with your questions as have had terrible experience, instead of checking at your end or reading my messages where I have provided everything you are still questioning if I purchased this from O2 ? What do you mean ? It’s almost a year ….

@O2 Bollocks to you and your 17% price increase. Thieving off customers in times of trouble. In fairness though, how's anyone suppose to survive on only a few billion quid profit! Absolute scum of the earth.

@ibm141011 @O2 It's crap down my way too. Husband's on Vodafone & gets a signal far more easily even in rural places than I do. I went to O2 for the Priority for concert tickets, shame the service is decidedly dodgy

@O2 Try looking on my account? It's been months now. I ordered / purchased an esim, not a physical sim. Then was told they couldn't activate it online/in the store/on the phone - so I was told by your rep they needed to send me a physical sim as a step in the solution.
-
David T Kinnear
(@dkinnear) reported
@O2 So they sent me a physical sim for the number - then everything went silent. There was no further communication and there are no instructions for installing or activating it. I went to the Oxford Circus store - they couldn't help.

@O2 The mast not working in Sturminster Newton, Dorset, is causing real problems in this rural community, eg pregnant women being unable to call the midwife, people missing medical appointments. There has been no signal for 6 days already. This is urgent. @Simon4NDorset
