@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

  • TheRealJackieJ
Jackie Johnston (@TheRealJackieJ) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 Hi. Can someone help me please? Tried ringing but losing the will with the wait times. Basically placed 3 orders yesterday. 2 have been despatched but 1 hasnt - ms-221212349. Can someone check whats happening?

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • AskkeithInfo
askkeith.info (@AskkeithInfo) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@O2 Reece in your forestside store was a legend I ran through door cut off from world and all sorted for phone and lap top in 12 mins a credit to public service he’ll be snapped up by someone soon give him a pay rise and pat on back

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 You play fast and loose with customer records and exploit trust. Shame on @o2 for a blatant breach of customer goodwill.

  • BrendanB2
Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

leane reid (@leannereid1988) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@O2 in o2 shop in newtownards the 3 fellas in the shop couldn't have bin any nicer and very helpful even when the problem was my own fault! Saved me a trip to Samsung! Def need a pay rise!! Thank you =)

This Christmas, @O2 is donating data to those who need it. For every tweet using #O2DataPledge this Giving Tuesday, they'll donate even more data to the National Databank. Tap below to tweet your support 👇

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

It’s plain that @O2 sell their customer database to any player willing to put up the cash. Which is why the customer ends up targeted by bad players like @aerial_direct preying on ignorance of what a megabyte is.

  • TheRealJackieJ
Jackie Johnston (@TheRealJackieJ) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@O2 Thanks. How do we unsubscribe from this ****? We pay for 5 contracts and do not wish to receive these messages particularly on children’s phones.

  • Deadandgone70
Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern Ireland

Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

  • JeremyAdamsNI
Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

Great customer service @O2. Placed an online order at 6.30pm last night and arrived 4.45pm in Belfast.

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

  • IanRobinson
Ian Robinson (@IanRobinson) reported from Dundonald, Northern Ireland

Is a cellular Apple Watch looked to the network provider you get it from? I have a Stainless Steel Series 6 that I got from @O2 that I no longer need since I got my Ultra from O2.

  • GeorgeCowan

Is it just me or has @O2 phone signal went to the absolute dogs?

  • thebaldfather
Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.

  • StephenScarth

@O2 I emailed my complaint to you. You responded by asking me to complete the complaint form as the email is not monitored. I’ve completed the complaints form but it’s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!

  • 1joharrington
    Jo Harrington (@1joharrington) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 UK 5G is dreadful. Third-party user testing from Opensignal and Ookla showed that the everyday user experience in the UK is among the worst in the developed world. 40% of the time your phone shows the "5G" icon in the UK, it is actually running on older 4G infrastructure.
