@O2 is there any way to arrange a call back over Twitter for the fraud team? My mothers been waiting a month now for a call back with her o2 account still locked out, she’s called dozens of times promised call backs and she’s never called she’s still on hold and fraud closes at 6

@virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

@O2 I have sat at my desk all day trying to purchase a couple of tickets , 6am everything was fine - 8:45 my O2 app logged me out - all day I’ve tried and tried and couldn’t login at all !! I honestly can’t see how anyone managed to book tickets 😫😫 why wasn’t there a queuing system

@O2 Would like to know how people bought them. My priority app been down since 9.45. People selling them for over £1000. What a joke 02 was told. O2 tells you to try for next 48 hours then few hours later they are all sold out!!! O2 doesn’t even offer deals like other companies.

@O2 OK but how’s that happened when the app has been down all day and it’s the same story with the My O2 app? After hours and hours of zero change for either app, the best you’ve been able to do is “Keep trying” and “Best of luck”?
