    @DrTABailey @O2 Intetesting. I had that through most of 2020 - at least one text a month saying an issue with a nearby mast was being investigated, but that Covid was preventing access to the site! The messages stopped suddenly but there was never any confirmation the problem had been fixed.

    @O2 Yes I did have signal, after I left cafe nero, the app mysteriously loaded in properly and didn’t prompt me to sign in as it had done before 🤨

    @O2 my wife has now twice ordered an upgrade and twice the order is missing “in the system” and your customer service agents “don’t know what happened” . 1st order cancelled. 2nd order they cannot cancel as it may still be in transit but they don’t really know (2 weeks later)

    @dresdeb @O2 Yes. I live in SW MK and reported a problem in September. Got monthly texts saying they were working on it until Friday when I received a text saying it should be resolved. Seems ok at the mo. Maybe they knocked out part of your service to fix mine!
