    @o2 any chance you can sort out the masts in Belfast.. really slow connections and dropped connections, I’m even with o2 (was with you when it was BT Cellnet) I’m with sky who use your network but I know of o2 customers having the same issues. #o2network

    @O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

    @O2 I need to escalate a complaint re. a member of staff who refuses to to 1) process my upgrade and 2) who has just terminated my call. Who can I talk to? Your staff say it’s not possible to talk to a manager.

    Just joined @O2 for the first time. It has been the worst decision I have ever made. Wrong sim sent out to me. New sim on its way after speaking to 4 different O2 advisers. Meanwhile original sim looks like it has been deactivated leaving me with no phone number. Please advise.

    Why has @O2 signal gone from bad to worse in my area constantly run 3g Web now as 4g jsut don't work funny it went crap when they joined @virginmobile not my phone as tried on several different devices and get told its due to more people using the network now! #Stuck in contract
