Joel Ferguson (@Deadandgone70) reported from Newtownards, Northern IrelandGlad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve been onto your customer services. They refused to tell me how much it would cost to buy out this awful contract. Threatened termination fees from @o2. A retentions team will be in contact. 🙄 My family member *thought* she was with @o2 - misdirection from you of course. 🤮
-
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

CryptoeSIM.io (@cryptoesim) reported@ungodlywheesa @O2 That's a bummer! What phone are you using? Most phones from 2020+ support eSIMs. If yours doesn't, it might be time for an upgrade — your future traveling self will thank you.

Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.
-

-
Northumberland Wanderer (@GreenVapinGiant) reported@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper
