@Ironssparky1985 @O2 Google profits they’ve made, totally dumbfounded and the rise is a joke. I’ll be getting out of my contract. Signal is **** as well

@O2 17.3% forced annual price increase? This is an absolute joke. Are you staff getting a 17.3% increase? Are you going to provide a 17.3% improvement in service? Just ripping people off and driving inflation even further. You should be shut down by Ofcom

@Jmes_80 @SW689908 @O2 Sim only definitely the way forward. These phones haven't improved much for years anyway, just marketing bollocks. Need to just replace the battery and they're grand again. O2 network has gone to **** for sure...

There is currently a 45 minute wait on the @O2 Customer Service numbers, I can only presume that everybody is phoning up to cancel giving that O2 are increasing prices by 17%.

helpme
(@helpme96957119) reported
@O2 even if the quality of your network rose with the same percentage as your prices each year, o2 still wouldn't be a good value network to be a customer of. I cannot wait to be out of contract so I can switch to another provider.
