O2 Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MrsTelJones Tracy Jones (@MrsTelJones) reported

Advice please! Been with @O2 for years. We are paying £25 for 5GB of data/mth, on top of our phone purchase amount. As a new customer we could get 150gb for about the same, they won’t budge or even give us a bit more data, no loyalty. Plan to pay the phone off and change..1/2

  • l177177 L177177 (@l177177) reported

@andrejpwalker @O2 It should be law that every head of customer services has separate queues at every business and made to wait for two hours at least. “Here for dinner. Over there in the two hour queue. Come to see the concert? Over there mate.”

  • Erdbeeresserin Anja S (@Erdbeeresserin) reported

@O2 twice I sent a complaint now, twice I was contacted to provide more detail. Twice I replied with more details immediately. Twice my follow up email was ignored. Starting to feel you do not want any new customers?

  • badgamermatt BadGamerMatt (@badgamermatt) reported

Tried to see if it would rectify itself, but had enough end of May 22. Contacted @O2 who sent a new sim out to see if that solved it - it didn't. I was then told to go instore where someone would be able to help further.

  • badgamermatt BadGamerMatt (@badgamermatt) reported

I took time off work yesterday to get to a store, just to be told they couldn't help because I'd bought the phone online, to go back to @O2 and request a booster. @O2 have now come back saying they don't offer boosters unless it's a business contract. So now I'm stuck.

  • ElysiaHF Elysia Hayman-Finch (@ElysiaHF) reported

@O2 Your Priority app doesn’t seem to be working today! Is anyone else having issues? No free Greggs for me today. Its telling me to log in which I go to do then just goes back to the video and tells me to log in again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled…same thing happened.

  • LindaHaynes7 Linda Haynes (@LindaHaynes7) reported

@O2 Yes, it appears to be fixed now. Thanks. Never had a problem before so I weren't too annoyed, though I missed my free bacon roll from Greggs, lol

  • Danny51ngh Danny Singh (@Danny51ngh) reported

Just had a call from @O2 claiming that they would give me 30% off my next bill for the network problems. Is this genuine?
