    @O2 Migrating from O2 PM to O2 PAYG has taken 7 days so far, 3 phone calls of over an hour each and teams of people who have no idea what they are doing. Your customer service standards are shockingly poor and your back office processes are terrible. I can't wait to leave you

    Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

    @O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

    @virginmedia since my virgin mobile UK signal has been shifted from piggyback Vodafone to @O2 it has been a complete disaster, constant signal dropping, constant WiFi calling cutting. This is before my account has been transferred to O2. Complete and utter rubbish

    @O2 Reece in your forestside store was a legend I ran through door cut off from world and all sorted for phone and lap top in 12 mins a credit to public service he’ll be snapped up by someone soon give him a pay rise and pat on back

    @O2 No, because I don't answer calls I'm not expecting. If I wanted to discuss a complaint on the phone, I would call you. Written complaints should be responded to in writing, otherwise it feels like you're dodging anything being on the record.

    @andrejpwalker @O2 It’s a nightmare, they haven’t updated my address from 20 years ago, even though I have moved and informed 4 times to different address’s. The virgin hook up is a joke.. app and website both terrible

    @O2 Hello. That would have been in October last year. I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.

    @O2 doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.

    @O2 you should be totally ashamed of providing a so called 5G service in Brighton - it’s ******* shambolic - 3G was better! Charging extra for this is just a total rip off!

    @Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.
