Glad I’m leaving @O2. Trying to recycle my phone and according to CEX, TescoMobile and Game the small mark on my phone wouldn’t be a problem. But send my phone off and they say they’d give 50% of the value. Jokers like. Even in store they said it wouldn’t be a problem

  • columcoyle
Colum Coyle (@columcoyle) reported from Castlereagh, Northern Ireland

@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport Just checked and its now saying the same for me! Apparently it takes a full 26 hours to get from Birmingham to Down 🙄

@virginmedia come on I have 4 Sims with VM. Even put something together online. Will @virgin customers be getting any rewards or paybacks like @O2 had to do when they kept getting network problems 😜

  • thebaldfather
Hugh Pollock (@thebaldfather) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I am amazed by the lack of support from your network. Trying for a week now to get help and your help and advice is pathetic when you eventually answer.

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 2) They’ve endured under this contract for 30 months (exploited by salesmen) and it finally ends in April so they’ve asked me to help them. I went into our local O2 store and they told me it was a 33 month contract, wasn’t actually with them and there would be a termination fee

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Knockmore, Northern Ireland

@O2 But thanks for your valiant “how can we help” which you know and I know was “customer service theatre”. 🎭 It really gives the impression you care one iota about customer service and privacy. 👌 Which is, of course, nonsense. But good play 👏

  • kkanecelt
kierankane (@kkanecelt) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@o2 is the worst shittiest network I've ever been on in my life

  • JeremyAdamsNI

Great customer service @O2. Placed an online order at 6.30pm last night and arrived 4.45pm in Belfast.

@angelcosta78 @DPDgroup_news @O2 @AppleSupport I’ve sent a complaint to O2 asking for a refund of the three days I’m missing out on my device plan. They’ve already charged me!

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@Aerial_Direct @O2 I’ve spoken to Naomi on your team already. That’s was a useless ten minutes. Refused to tell me details of how to cancel - just threatened temrination fees. Offered renewal. Honestly she would have had to have offered a unicorn in a colour of my choice to get a renewal.

  • JeremyAdamsNI
Jeremy Adams (@JeremyAdamsNI) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 AirPods and 🎅 is looking after them! Again fantastic service.

  • Utter_Dil_Emma

I assume my bus home crashed and I died because hell is surely dealing with @O2 customer service chat for a ******* hour and a half.

  • BrendanB2
Brendan Bonner (@BrendanB2) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying online and redeeming your phone. Go to the store, you can’t trust any of the online and virtual services. Was a handling getting phone set up, getting help and they only give you 50% of the value they say (no matter how good your phone is).

  • StephenScarth
Stephen Scarth (@StephenScarth) reported from Bangor, Northern Ireland

Em (@EmGymMum) reported from Belfast, Northern Ireland

@O2 @KLogan1977 Update: So @O2 asked me to DM details of the issue. I sent it hours ago, yet still no response. I wonder if there is an intention to help or it is an illusion of good customer service. Nor have I got promised call back after 22 hours from the CS phoneline. Not good!!

  • cimota
Matt Johnston (@cimota) reported from Lisburn, Northern Ireland

@O2 Which was apparent from my first tweet. I’m not asking for you to intervene. I was asking when are you going to develop some principles and stop selling your customers details to bad players like @Aerial_Direct

@O2 Except for when you advertise something you knowingly can’t provide. @O2 ... either that or you need a new purchasing dept, as the current one clearly can’t do simple maths, and a new IT dept so errors on your website can be updated quickly...

  • OB141x
    Browno (@OB141x) reported

@O2 What’s the average speed it should be? I’d imagine it should at least be 10mbps Down?

@O2 is your network down? Because it hasn’t been working on my phone all day. What gives?

  • frankie_franks1
    ❤️ Fran ❤️ (@frankie_franks1) reported

@O2 Thank you but I have now managed to get the same deal from @ThreeUK My complaint was more about the fact that instead of helping me find a suitable and/or matchable contract/offer, the advisor thought that the acceptable action to take was to hang up on a customer.

  • Larry_bo123
    Tracey (@Larry_bo123) reported

@O2 hi is the O2app down atm? Can’t load it on new phone or log into priority

  • InNeedOfTalk1
