@O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@virginmedia @O2 E1W broadband down all day and your support is unreachable. On website you confirm there is an issue and you’re trying to fix it. My partner and I are working from home when are you going to fix this? How are you going to compensate for lost productivity?
