Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

@O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.

@O2 I was on the phone for 1hr past backwards and forward’s between 6 people, and dispite never having missed a payment was forced to take out a payment plan to pay off none existent arrears, because dispite having the evidence in front of you you refuse to admit you are at fault

@O2 I understand that. But every time you improve it, my signal gets worse and doesn't get better. I've gone from full signal all the time, to having to run around the house waving the phone in the air to get a single bar over the last couple of years.

@o2 new customer with 2 contracts, received SIMs but can't register for MyO2 as says problem with my account. Not even got details of the phone numbers associated with new sims. Phone lines constantly with queues of over an hour and just get cut off. Maybe O2 was a mistake.
