    @O2 not happy 😞 Waiting on a new sim. Meanwhile my current one has lost ALL signal. Wi-fi won’t fix my family calling in an emergency or important texts. 2 days now.

    @O2 Got results between 58 - 138Mbit, so seems reasonable for an early deployment. Obviously what I can't see I'd how busy the mast/network was at the time. Just glad to finally see 5G working on my Nord tbh.

    @O2 Still not fixed - I chose O2 because of the signal strength in this area. Can I have a refund for a month’s service - what actually is the problem and what are you doing to fix it?

    Hey @O2 no signal since Tuesday evening (barring 20mins last night weirdly), you’ve acknowledged there is a mast down will there be a refund for the 3 days and counting I’ve had disrupted services - have tried calling but I’ve been disconnected twice after extensive waits

    @O2 We have not cancelled the order as we believe we would have to wait even longer! We have waited for a phone call back from Customer Service Manager and still not heard anything! 😔

    @O2 Yes registered - but that won’t help cos yr not fixing it. Surely you have the equivalent of a service level agreement SLA - which says I should have a service. What is the problem?

    @O2 can someone contact me about getting a good deal on upping my daughter's data. She's trying to access her online classes and our WiFi is terrible. She currently has sim only and 4gb pm but is going to be relying on it for live GCSE lessons. Thank you.
