@O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

@O2 Hi, the link in the instant winners doesn’t open up and the Odeon tickets keeps saying sorry there’s a problem and to try later, but it’s been like that for a couple of weeks. I’ve updated the app and it’s still the same!
