    @O2 hi. Been having an issue with sending sms for several months - phone says the message failed but the recipient sometimes does receive it despite it saying that. Happens to other o2 users around me too.

    Well @O2 in centre mk, you've just lost 2 customers. There was 4-5 of you in there, 1 lady was dealing with customers. The rest of you just chatted to each other while we were there for 15mins. Not 1 of you asked to help. Off to find another shop.

    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @O2 @tescomobile your claim to cover 4G for 99% UK population isn't my experience. I don't think you can back it up. Often I switch to 2G just to get a phone signal that works.

    @O2 shocking service in your Newcastle branch. Apple Watch under contract with you won’t update following an upgrade through you, now told despite paying monthly for this and down to the upgrade it’s a warranty issue and therefor I will need to pay despite no fault. Shameful
