    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    When you start off wanting to call @O2 to get old phone unlocked, then decide to leave during the call because of how bad the automated phone system is, then when your call gets answered they immediately hang up. Trying to talk to @O2 is like banging your head against a wall. 🤬

    @O2 Normally around 15mb down, upload has always been low in the area. Keep getting bumped to 3G as well. I’ve ran diagnostics on the phone and it’s fine. Been like this since December
