@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@O2 Hello. I just switched from a £5 Big Bundle to the £10 Big Bundle, then topped up £10. But £5 was instantly taken (presumably because the system was slow to update) and then I was told I need to top up again to get my £10 bundle. Please help!
