After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

@breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

@O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

@O2 Yes geographically close because I was in Croatia but never crossed the border. Although I got a welcome to Bosnia message, I thought this was a mistake as I hadn't crossed in. Had I known it would end up with this extortionate charge I'd have switched off roaming immediately.

@O2 never had such unhelpful service in the 18 years of being with you. Today at the Trafford centre o2 shop wanted to upgrade my phone and the general attitude was it was too much work and not enough time..1 hour and 40 mins before close. Ended up with no upgrade and walking out
