    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

    @O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    @O2 @Ofcom how very patronising- your website didn’t work so used the number and paid today! After 20 years of loyalty I will be leaving for another network….dealing with your constant mess ups takes too much time/money- 3 already this year….it’s only April

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    @Kewjonrichard @O2 @rosalyn129 I'm so sorry. What an awful situation. It is unbelievable how crooked this company is. Like me, my husband was with EE before he switched to O2. What a mistake. Now he is locked into paying for a service he isn't getting. I highly recommend EE for the future. Much more ethical.

    Spent 5 hours this morning trying to make an international call. Phoned @O2 twice 2 check if my phone was okay: 1st call, they said everything was fine, 2nd call, they discovered they had put a bar on my calls. Their mistake. I suffered tho. Terrible company.

    @O2 how to I go with returning a contract without being charged the rest of the bill.I have rung your payment team who have failed to ring me back due to my card payment not being accepted but took my money for up front fees. I’ve been cut of now even tho the issue is on your end
