Got a deal offered to me by your retentions team TODAY, I ring back later to call it and no one with authorise it. Been passed to and fro for an hour and a half and got NOWHERE. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

Hope you get it sorted soon
