    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    @O2 Hi! I hope you can help. I mailed o2 Recycle my old phone back in March. You have since changed providers for the recycle service and now my phone is lost. Seems like I'll never receive payment. I'd like either my phone returned or the money please.

    @JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

    @O2 when r u gonna offer a reliable network 4 the past 4 weeks I’ve had masts not working now no Signal at all and considering ur 1 of the most expensive networks u should be able to offer a reliable service with the income u got yet u seem 2 not be able 2 offer a decent service

    @jimmyhall @O2 Unfortunately everything is hard work with o2 ,only my child stuck with them now and 12 more months the whole family will be free from them ,Customer service is a joke ,upgrading is a day out and I won't mention Priority again ,reception used to be the best but now it's awful
