@O2 Trying to cancel my O2 insurance as I'm paying £150 a year when online is quoting me less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online. Go Online and that says Call 202 or landline. That hangs up on you straight away. Online Chat isn't available...

@O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

@O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

@O2 - Again, RPI is no longer an officially considered statistic the government uses to measure inflation. So to me, it appears O2 picked the bigger number. The reasons in the email I received were highly vague and jarring. I shouldn't be paying for the expansion of the network.
