Simon says.......... (@minimeeee73) reported@O2 No point speaking to them again. They lied to her on the phone, were extremely rude and changed the reason from touch keys not working to screen burn. We fully expect the phone to be returned broken now. Disgraceful behaviour and surely the store and O2 can do something about it
