@O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

@O2 (2/2)... closing down any software etc. So 1gb of data while I was asleep over 7hrs, and then 50mb over the following 30hrs when I've actually been out of the house, using as normal. Definitely something strange but I can't pin it down at my end.
