Jason MacKenzie (@jasonmackenzie) reported from Merton, England@O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

Told by customer service I should have told them I was going away what crap big brother
