    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldnโ€™t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didnโ€™t) - now Iโ€™ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    Iโ€™ve been with @O2 for 7 years. Iโ€™ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

    .@O2 sent messages on Twitter, called customer service, DM sent via Twitter: 4 days after upgrading my plan I am still not able to make or receive calls and I was told it will take 3-7 days to sort it: why?

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @TweetFlicker @O2 I know, o2 used to always be the best now its gone down hill fast! Sky mobile is brilliant, my daughter is on it and you get good rewards with it like o2 moments, but better!

    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    @O2 do NOT use O2!!! I have tried calling them to resolve and old dispute and so far Iโ€™ve been put on hold forever or the 2nd time they said please hold and hung up on me! Theyโ€™ve applied a charge for a dispute I raised before I ditched them for dire service and still awful

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.

    @O2 I am currently in Nigeria and my O2 UK SIM is showing โ€œEmergency calls only.โ€ I have already tried: restarting the phone, enabling roaming, manually selecting partner networks such as MTN and Airtel, and changing network modes.
