    @O2 Correct, SIM shows no signal. Local area coverage is fine and I have tried different handsets. Account is up to date. I went to a store but was told I was on the O2 360 system and they couldn’t help me, so am trying here.

    @O2 Scam alert: I am not a customer but I have been getting numerous texts asking me to be alert to fraudsters which is then followed immediately by a code to retrieve my account. I have deleted and blocked the number but they still keep coming through. Very annoying!!

    @O2 Signal keeps going down and calls cut off all the time, also the volume is at the highest setting and it rings loudly ones then goes straight to quite. once on the phone I can hardly hear the person on the other end unless I have them on speaker or earphones in 😩

    Well that's disappointing finally got 5g working on my phone with @O2 and got a whopping 5mbit out of it Phone reports a reasonable signal but it is on the edge of a coverage area guess I will have to try it next time I go for a walk
