@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

Just finished a webchat with O2 (@O2 ). Was told this morning that stock was available for next-day delivery (Samsung S22 Ultra). This is not true... No stock for any color/capacity with no estimated delivery date for current orders placed...Customer service is very unhelpful...

@O2 meant 2b resolved now (or in process of). All well & good asking 4 DM when raised with you. What would really make a difference is to make the process seamless like it is meant 2 b, opposed to this boring loop of having 2 moan/complain afterwards. I won't be a customer for long!

@O2 How comes pay as you go SIMs cancels down after six months but pay monthly sim only don’t cancel down after six months? Unless the customer requests to cancels it or it’s cancelled down to bad debt.
