    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @naomihall_ @O2 Itโ€™s so frustrating! When I checked yesterday it said service was fine in Islington but then when I got home had to data there either ๐Ÿ˜ฅ glad it isnโ€™t just me having issues though

    @O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) Iโ€™m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off ยฃ700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    Having an issue this week where Monzo are blocking me from paying my phone bill on @O2 app and website and now seen @BBCWatchdog talking about @monzo and their customers suffering from randomly blocked and closed accounts. #WhatsGoingOnzoMonzo #concerned

    You donโ€™t get an ounce of data stood on an open-air platform at London Bridge. Been the same for 5 years. I tweeted back then. Send an engineer to platform 12 for a survey. And none of โ€œwe donโ€™t guarantee dataโ€ -just fix it pls. @O2

    @VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.

    The ordeal continues. @O2 and itโ€™s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    This! I recently added @O2 satellite for ยฃ3 a month extra. Meant to kick in outdoors when signal drops. Literally have never connected to it or seen a difference!

    My coverage with @O2 is absolutely shocking and has been for weeks. Can barely connect outside of my own home. Can't even login to my O2 to complain because theres no bloody coverage
