  @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

  @O2 another company with the most frustrating Customer Service system, involving heavy reliance on automated systems that send you round in circles, that don’t contribute to efficiency in solving customers problems, but that only serve to wasting customers time.
