Raru (@raru1980) reported from Poplar, EnglandGood morning @O2. When you about to fix below: “Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.” in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.
-
Nico Macdonald (@Nico_Macdonald) reported from Poplar, England@O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)
-
Will McLeish (@24_7_Raver) reported from Camberwell, England@O2 You lot come back with the same answer all the time. One day you’ll admit that it’s just a poor network and there is better ones out there

Elizabeth Waight (@ElizabethWaight) reported from Poplar, EnglandAfter being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.
-
Zenwork (@Zenwork21) reported from Poplar, England@O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

-
Roslyn (@RoslynBriggs89) reported from London, England@O2 is one of the worst phone providers. How can I pay off my contract and still get charged. Your website is overcrowded too. Disgusting and poor service.
-
♥♥єmmα♥♥ (@EmmaSaidThis) reported from Camberwell, England@O2 Is there any reason why the O2 priority app no longer works on mine or my mum's Huawei phones. Says the app is out of date, then won't let me redownload, says there is an installation problem.

-
Kieran Brown #FRSA 🏴🇪🇺🏳️🌈 (@Kierbro) reported from Camberwell, England@O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?
-
