    @O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

    16 minutes on hold to @O2 - then the call got dropped. I think I’m going back to @VodafoneUK … all I want is average to good customer service.

    @O2 Fuming at O2. Currently have 2 devices on a business account, but apparently a 3rd was not given because of a credit check. How long have I been a customer? Years, and Years, A shop gave me a contract for device 2 in 10 mins I've just spent 40 on Telephone for nothing.

    @O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?

    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @O2 been trying to sort an additional sim on my account since 24/6/22. Get to the last leg every time (30+ mins in after being read reams & reams of ts&cs) when call drops or CSA can't hear ringtones and promises to call back - then never does. Frustrated is not the word for it.

    @1980BTK @O2 It went off around Bristol area from around 12pm yesterday and still is now. Had to use my backup EE SIM yesterday. It's not acceptable that o2 is the most expensive provider, yet so far has all the issues and slowest connections

    @O2 hi I'm wondering if it's possible to cancel a contract and pay it off over 5 monthly payments. The upgrade fee is £240 I'm assuming it would be the same amount to cancel? I have another 2 contracts with yourselves one of which my mum uses.

    @O2 hi. I have had no data in BN09 0Al for over a month now. You keep saying need access to the mast. Surely a month is too long to be out of service. Any Discount in bill ??
