@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

@O2 With all due respect I don’t need these tips to know how to work a phone and ensure it’s data is on etc! Everyone I know on o2 is having appalling signal. My daughters @EE phone works everywhere and I’ll be stood right next to her with 4g showing but actually no signal.

Hi @O2 — my account has been locked for over 2 months and I still can’t access it. I’ve called multiple times, tickets were raised, but nothing has been resolved. After nearly 20 years as a customer, this is beyond frustrating. Please fix this urgently.
