After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.
