@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@O2 Getting hold of someone is impossible. Made an appt for someone to call me this morning and not even had that. I’ve cancelled my direct debits so unless you want paying you’d better pull your socks up! I’ve been a loyal customer for years as well, so disappointed!

It’s impossible to contact @O2. Chasing them for our discount to be applied and never heard back. Tried to contact then on all options but they’re always ‘too busy’. Awful service.
