    @O2 I never get a signal in my home. I dont receive calls and just get text messages saying I've missed calls and I have to walk outside to make a call. Everytime i call they say theres works going on. This has been happening for 3 years now

    @O2 hey my mum needs help and can’t get through on phone. She’s not good with the internet... she’s trying to top up her phone but it’s not accepting any cards. It’s a new pay as you go phone ....

    @O2 phone network down yet again in CR3 can’t wait to change networks in January absolute shambles happening all the time and all I keep getting back is we are sorry. No good when I should be working from home. #o2

    @breffski @O2 Ngl, I thought it would be ****, but the best decision I’ve ever made was switching to @SkyUK for my contract. price is decent, signal is great here and their customer service was great when I had an issue. It’s defiantly not your first thought but for me it was a great decision

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

    Looking forward to going in to the @O2 & Sport Direct shop (they deleted there twitter) To argue with one of there nice colleagues who mite of struggled with there **** 80% wages, about ******** ups with my orders they sent me in lockdown & that the 30days to sort it, is over

    @_peetaypan @O2 If you want to keep your number you can get a PAC code by texting PAC to 65075 once you give that to your new network provider you shouldn’t have any more hassle

    Not one person at @O2 has offered the relevant assistance in my upgrade within the past week! Currently iv made 41 attempts to contact them by various methods! Credit check passed but they can’t help further!! UNREAL! I think they’ve just lost an 18 year relationship!! #o2 #consumerHelp #CustomerService
