    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 have put up with terrible coverage for 14 months!! Promote 5G but I still can’t send a picture when on the commute in SELondon. Can’t wait for the contract to end. Worse provider I’ve experienced

    The ordeal continues. @O2 and it’s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think I’ll be switching provider.

    Hey @O2 ten year customer here, I have no data for 8 days after upgrading to unlimited data because I need data. I need data. What can be done? I will be looking for a solution elsewhere if you cannot help.

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @O2 I have called O2 several times and also chatted online to a few people (Nooruddin for example).I also spoke to the 3rd party which don’t care and to the police which are busy with bigger problems.What it comes down to is YOU are charging me, and I am YOUR costumer

    @O2 Why when I google O2 am I confronted with a Virgin login page. I am, for my sins signed with Virgin for broadband, when it works it’s ok. When it doesn’t, it’s a similar nightmare. Same impossible log on procedure, MI5 levels of security I just want access to my emails and bills.

    @O2 why is is so hard to actually get help when you need it, Ive been in store and also made at least 6 calls to customer service have basically been lied to every time and still no closer to solving my issue 😩
