    This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

    @JohnTillUK @O2 It’s the same where I live, the main town centres are down, the mast near my house is down, the time they take to fix their dated masts is ridiculously slow, over capacities as well from Sky, Gif GaF, Tesco etc aren’t helping, I’ve never known it this bad

    @O2 Hi I cannot sign in to My O2 no matter how many forgotten password email links you send me, it simply doesn't work. Never had this problem before you joined with Virgin. Hence I can't access O2 at all to look at getting a new phone so may have to look elsewhere... 🙄

    @O2 I might be leaving you soon because there’s no reason why you have zero network in big arenas. The Etihad, Old Trafford, COOP Live and the AO arena, even the Bolton and Burnley stadiums - zero network. My bars just disappear!.

    @O2 @virginmedia ... I have been a loyal customer for over 2 decades now, I'm so disappointed at how lacking the service has been. I have cancelled my direct debit, you will receive no bill payment for this period until you call me to discuss this issue, as I STILL Cannot call back to the UKm

    @maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.
