    Looking forward to going in to the @O2 & Sport Direct shop (they deleted there twitter) To argue with one of there nice colleagues who mite of struggled with there **** 80% wages, about ******** ups with my orders they sent me in lockdown & that the 30days to sort it, is over

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @O2 @2SRW2 This still isnโ€™t fixed. You are offering no sort of compensation. My phone has not worked for almost a year. Time to seek legal advice as I am paying for a service and not receiving it!

    @O2 hi! Iโ€™m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesnโ€™t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think Iโ€™ll be switching provider.

    @dhl e-commerce is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The customer support just blatantly lie. @o2 your no better. Resulting in me cancelling my contract and going elsewhere after so many years. What a joke.๐Ÿคฌ

    @O2 Unfortunately despite having it dealt with twice, the app is showing the balance being brought forward from the previous month yet to see my own bill properly I have to use your ridiculous VirginMedia login instead of being able to simply use the app as normal. This is waste.

    @O2 Ordered an upgrade on 1 May, order NC338316791. Eight days later, still no clear delivery or collection update. Stop chasing new customers and fix service for existing ones. PATHETIC customer service. Absolute trash.

    @kirstygc1 @O2 Hasn't worked for months if honest, I told them about the fault 4 months ago and they still won't fix it as it only affects % of customers. It's shocking. Look through my old posts to O2 to see how bad. There's even a ticket open ref CIT-A390334 about it, never called me back

    @O2 why do I waste my time. Being loyal to a network that I can't trust to work when I need it... Been having this problem for years.. complain a couple of years ago and got feed some BS from your customer service team.. just not good enough... Obviously loyalty means nothing ๐Ÿ˜ก
