Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

@O2 I upgraded my phone 2days ago I was told next day delivery Only for @dhlexpressuk did not come yesterday,then it wasn’t delivered today and here I am still waiting But when I ring DHL I had to rearrange for tomorrow if my phone doesn’t come tomorrow I will cancel my contract

@O2 Nope, pretty much everywhere now. So frustrating buyt it's not just me, people I'm with now on O2 also can't access data despite having "full signal" and apparent 4G. Right now I'm in Leicester City centre!

How come I get messages from @O2 telling me there is work in my area to improve service, and now I get a text from them telling me using WiFi for calls may be better quality... So pay for a service but don't use it is the message I guess?
