Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

@O2 Credit where due - decided to move to Volt and ported from Virgin Mobile to 02 initial issue with security but CS for 02 was excellent (love the WhatsApp style to come back rather than wait) and the Port in went VERY smoothly. Happy customer!!

@O2 It says there’s a fault with the mast in my area. Can you provide an update of when it will be restored? I’ve only been with o2 for four weeks and lost service twice and had no reception for a week on holiday in a major tourist resort in the UK.
