Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

@O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

@O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

@O2 It says the number you have called has not been recognised. I've had the number of 20 years with no issues. Everything else works. I've restarted the phone and put SIM in and out a number of times. If you could direct msg me the reply please if possible
