Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month can’t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you.
