Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

@Alyshaa_134 @O2 If you go ombudsman route, start a log of all the times network Isn’t working, get some proper evidence, location time, what’s not working and postcode. I failed to do that and cost me.

I really don't know what happened to the network coverage of @o2! I'm visiting the UK for the past 2 weeks as a tourist, and have got the PAYG sim with what's supposed to be 100 GB data for £30. It's been a very bad experience - no or a very bad network at almost all places!
