    I may be crazy @O2 but all of a sudden my phone’s battery discharge like crazy. Same as my wife’s. Is this because your signal in E5/E8 area is weaker than usual maybe?

    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    @O2 I’ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select “Get help” you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @O2 Im fed up of the contact you are making with me.Ive an agreement set up with you to clear an old account but every month emailing payment to trace as funds are never allocated,as every time I call Im passed from pillar2post on phone for 2 hours a time to have phone put down

    @O2 trying to get a voucher code to work online for 3 days. 4 calls to o2 an no one can help they just tell me to call back. Each time 45ms - 1hr to get through. Called back today and they aren't taking any calls from anyone. O2 Community website down. Is o2 close to going bust?

    PSA- @O2 has the WORST customer service. My phone was stolen over a week ago and I STILL do not have a working SIM card and cannot call or text or WhatsApp (so cannot get into my iCloud) I run a small business & this is impossible
