A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 It's been more than 5 years I am using your network in CV21 area. I have very poor coverage and downloading speed. I had my current upgrade in April 2022. I have tried both 5g and 4g signals. Problem stays the same. Your chat support isn't available.

@O2 your customer service is absolutely useless, i was told to wait 24 hours for my sim to activate. then i was told that i would have to go into store to activate however i can’t do that as the contract is under my dads name. i can’t change the details so they are in my name
