Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.
