I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Chris Dod (@ChrisDod1) reported@O2 I paid £10 to top up PAYG mobile at shop/Post Office. Code entered an hour later didn't work. Contacted O2 "help" line. Told voucher had been redeemed but not credited to me and to get refund from shop/Post Office. They said take problem to O2. No refund. Another PO scandal?
