    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @O2 I’ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select “Get help” you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    I may be crazy @O2 but all of a sudden my phone’s battery discharge like crazy. Same as my wife’s. Is this because your signal in E5/E8 area is weaker than usual maybe?

    @o2 The very poor network performance all over Bournemouth this week is exactly why I have decided to change networks. Using WiFi is great if you’re near a hotspot, but this shouldn’t be the go to response to cover your poor network availability.

    @O2 I know there’s no charge, but every time I turn my line on I get charged by O2. You keep telling me every time it’s because I’ve sent a message but I’ve not sent anything- I use a local number abroad. This is a recurring issue which means I can’t keep my O2 line on

    @O2 I called you 3 times to say I have paid my bill. You are saying otherwise. I have my online bank statement in front of me as proof. When I ask can I email my proof you cut me off. I will not be calling again. Deal with the issue yourself now #CrapCustomerService as always
