    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    @O2 I am on PAYG, my number or account is not found, I spoke to customer services, they said account couldn't be found and would sign my up for different one. He took all my details for DD including long card number and security number. He then said it failed and would call back?

    @O2 Hello. Right going to say this, 24 hours for service to resume after bill has been paid is totally unacceptable! I think it is about time OFCOM gave you a nice fine for unacceptable service timescales then maybe you will do something about this. I'll make a complaint via them

    @O2 I ordered a new phone with 6 months free airtime. But my contact doesn’t mention it and you support team has confirmed it doesn’t look like I’ve got it. But luckily I took a screenshot showing the 6 months free. So how do I escalate this as they are unable to except images!

    @O2 He replaced the sim. Said it should work. Got home and it's still the same. No network and won't receive calls. Went back and they're saying they can't help now. 6 months left on my contract but not being given what I pay for. So what are the options? I can't afford the upgrade.

    @O2 OK my PAYG mobile number got deactivated without my consent due to inactivity I think. And now I can't even login to contact you, so how am I supposed to get this resolved? How do I contact someone?!!!
