    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @virginmedia Furthermore I’ll not be renewing my @O2 contract when they merge with Virgin bad enough with on #showerofshit can’t be dealing with it on my mobile as well.

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Thinking moving to @O2 from @ThreeUK network was a bad move on my part even tho their customer service was terrible.These networks offer you the world then trap you with no services. don’t have the best part of £2000 to pay for my handset & remaining contract to get out of it :(

    @toriious @O2 Yea,I’ve messaged on app & it’s a waiting game.Theyre always like “you’re a adult you have bills to pay” & I’m like if your mast worked & I could use your service I wouldn’t mind but I can’t use data & calls are dropped soon as I connect as the mast is broken. Why should I pay??

    @_Harriet90 @O2 It’s an old policy and doesn’t seem too bad for a high risk teenager’s phone. Wouldn’t ever get it for my own phone esp as many policies don’t even include just losing it, but this one did. Have now concluded the process.

    So @O2 have cut me off completely even after agreeing to a payment date. I’ve asked on the app chat and I’ve as yet had no reply. Why agree a date and still cut my services off and stop my extras? I can’t get any calls or texts, the mast in may area has been broken since may 17th

    @O2 your awful awful Aura voice thing has driven me to swearing blocking me from speaking to a person. I've been on the app, website and community forum and called 3 times. I must change the bank my direct debit goes from. If you want my money, tell me how to speak to a person.

    Loss for words yet again @O2 after spending hours on the phone and being promised a refund and credit for the inconvenience YET AGAIN it didn’t happen. any suggestions on a better phone network I can switch to? @CPWTweets thanks to your initial mistake I’m still paying the price
