@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

@Melissa311213 @O2 Wow that’s along time, so glad I left o2 when I did. @O2 are awful now even the Priority for Tickets is rubbish, now they are on with Virgin but it doesn’t make it any better or a service! #EE all the way, best I’ve ever had. Not gonna complain with a data speed of 300+ Megabits

@O2 Hi - further to my DM’s can you please tell me how to report a fault with my service. I have not been able to make an outgoing call since Monday - I have tried all trouble shooting ideas and I’m running out of patience (and running up a huge bill on my landline!)
