The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

Do you know what? Mobile operators get a lot of scorn, but I have spoken to some really lovely @o2 customer service reps over the last few days who have been very helpful sorting out all my contract and SIM issues. So 👏.

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

@O2 I try. The problem is that the automatic system does not recognise what I say, and so getting through is a struggle. I don't blame anyone there, just really want to point out that, when there's time, you maybe need to train your system on better understanding Northern accents
