    @O2 Hello - issue was that china cup was denied. We had to drink from a paper one even though we didn’t take away. This at the More London Riverside branch.

    @O2 Two weeks later still have low signal and no one is telling me when it will be fixed you pass me to Sky Mobile who say its your masts they use and contact you

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    @O2 worst bloody network on the planet 6 FREAKING MONTHS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONELINE DIE TO A MAST PROBLEM AND I AM STILL FORCED TO PAY FOR IT AND THEN HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER NETWORK SIM JUST TO STAY AFLOAT KMT NEVER AGAIN

    @O2 I'm traumatized and if there is a zero star rating I will gladly give it to 02. My phone was misplaced by the repair company. I have been chasing to get my phone back from 02 since 2024. All the customer service agents don't know what they are doing. Im reporting to the press

    @O2 Er… No You’ve totally got this wrong.. it wasn’t me that couldn’t process Upgrade.. It was YOU who couldn’t process it.. I’ve talked to your cust serv team after a week of nothing.. They advised a visit to an O2 store to fix, they also unable to process.. utterly astounding!

    @O2 To many phone calls to an automated switched board to eventually get through to Somone to not have this sorted multiple times is so poor . I’ve been told today it could take up 7 days to which I’ve said if not sorted in next 2 days I’m closing my contract and going back to three

    @O2 @Joff_L I would leave o2 if I were you. They do not care about loyalty, the prices and annual increases are diabolical. Their sneaky behaviour last year caused a riot. That said, once you’re out of contract I have previously gone onto a price comparison new customer deal for £8.
