    O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

    @O2 hello. I have just moved over to O2 and am considering buying a phone from the company Oneplus. I have read that Oneplus phones don't work with the O2 5g network, is this correct? I don't want to buy the phone then realise I can't receive 5g. Thanks in advance

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @bethellis__ @O2 Same problem, their CS basically uncontactable, and when you do you get passed around from pillar to post with people refusing to flat out cancel your contract. Live chat won't do it, their shops are closed. Making it as hard as they possibly can. And I've had no reply on here!

    @O2 Last week I switched from @Vodafone to @o2. After a week of misinformation, spending half my time in a queue to your customer service to rectify your mistakes and no internet outside my home, I’m switching back. AVOID O2 AT ALL COSTS.

    @SkyHelpTeam doing a night shift from home and you have taken my service down. This is not ideal! You could have sent out an email to those affected by this so I could have made other arrangements. Having to use my phone as a hot spot so hoping I don’t go over my data! @O2

    @OmbudServices Can you advise me on how to put in a complaint about @O2. Making it as hard as humanly possible to leave. Live chat directs me to ring them and getting through to someone is incredibly difficult, shops are shut, etc.
