    @Miniv20 @O2 How do you find out what other network coverage is like? I pay about £150 a month as it’s used so much for work...well, it’s not right now thanks to this “broken mast” 😭

    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    @O2 Thanks guys. Going to get someone I know with O2 to come through so I can check what your network coverage is like. Wife’s with @VodafoneUK and has no issues.

    @fortheride @O2 Also, try taking your network selection off automatic, and switching to AT&T, I generally find them better - but results may vary depending on pairing agreements.

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    @O2 Fixed the issue. Turned Volte off, rebooted, turned back on and got wifi calling back :)

    @o2 your service has been shocking nearly 2 weeks and my daughters Apple Watch for Xmas not here. Now by all accounts best to start the order again as will be quicker and wait a week for deposit to be put back in my account 🤬 look at your dm’s I’m in them 2 replies so far 🙄

    @O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

    @O2 worst bloody network on the planet 6 FREAKING MONTHS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONELINE DIE TO A MAST PROBLEM AND I AM STILL FORCED TO PAY FOR IT AND THEN HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER NETWORK SIM JUST TO STAY AFLOAT KMT NEVER AGAIN

    @O2 I'm traumatized and if there is a zero star rating I will gladly give it to 02. My phone was misplaced by the repair company. I have been chasing to get my phone back from 02 since 2024. All the customer service agents don't know what they are doing. Im reporting to the press

    @O2 Hello - issue was that china cup was denied. We had to drink from a paper one even though we didn’t take away. This at the More London Riverside branch.

    @O2 Due to your automated phone system I couldn't speak with anyone about the matter as the number wasn't my number. It was handed to debt collectors who placed the default on my credit file. I have been a customer with you on my genuine number for 18 years and never missed a payment
