    @o2 your service has been shocking nearly 2 weeks and my daughters Apple Watch for Xmas not here. Now by all accounts best to start the order again as will be quicker and wait a week for deposit to be put back in my account 🤬 look at your dm’s I’m in them 2 replies so far 🙄

    @O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    I have just had a text from scammers pretending to be @O2 telling me there was a problem taking payment. They asked me to click on a link to confirm bank details. I didn’t. I deleted the text. Please RT and help others.

    People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    @O2 Believe me, I've been trying since 6pm! Now I've spoken to 4 people and none could help! I'm more disappointed than mad at this point. 😓 I've had enough now. Decided to simplify things and leave O2 entirely. Just requested my PAC code via text. It was good while it lasted xox
