    The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 very angry 3 days of trying to cancel an upgrade to be told i cant as YOUR SYSTEM has taken the order too far even though you have no stock and the phone doesnt actually get released till 11th so i have to wait for a consignment number that could take 3weeks to receive 🤬🤬🤬

    @andy_simpleton @EE @O2 I changed from ee to O2 a few weeks ago. Working great here in Spain and Portugal with no problems. Lol is still with ee because she has £30 credit and nothing but trouble over here. 30 minute phone call still hasn't sorted problem.

    @O2 what a joke been on the phone to 3 people and get the phone transferred to someone else I got 3 iPhones in the the shop got told the price was £30 a month for each one okay but been paying £122.88 got them for my girls for Christmas and didn’t work for 3 months still no help
