Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.
