    O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

    The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @2wheelsnot4 @O2 @Ofcom I was planning on switching to a network which uses EE infra as Virgin reception is much worse since they switched, but this confirms that decision.

    …. but you can block the phone! How is this possible, causing so much distress when you do have the technology - you simply don’t care about the customer. In fact they’re not customers and I encourage everybody to move from @O2 now! @MarkEvansO2

    @O2 I lived at my home address for 12months now and you’re mobile phone signal is horrendous in my area! Even my neighbours who are with yourselves experience very poor signal to. I’m lucky to get 1 bar of signal when I’m at home. I’d like to make a complaint and end my contract

    @andrewwhyman @O2 Hmm maybe. My point about the network unreliability still stands. Walk to the shop and I have no data unless I airplanes mode a few times. Frustrating

    @O2 I’ve just had text informing me that my bills will increase from April so when you going to start offering a decent service I’m constantly having call’s dropping out and poor data service and your customer service team uninterested when I speak with them.
