@O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

@O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

@o2 your service has been shocking nearly 2 weeks and my daughters Apple Watch for Xmas not here. Now by all accounts best to start the order again as will be quicker and wait a week for deposit to be put back in my account 🤬 look at your dm’s I’m in them 2 replies so far 🙄

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@o2 So paid my bill last night, but after the verify using the TSB mobile app, I was met by a white screen that I couldn't do anything with, reset the app and now it's shows my bill as unpaid but the money has been taken.. clearly something is broken.

@ChrisJAH27 @O2 Don’t let them take you for a fool. I had my data not working and they tried to tell me to use o2 wifi. 🙄 like I pay for my data to try and use their wifi ! Be adamant, they gave me a free month after not backing down . Leaving them soon .. can’t wait .

@Poldisleftpeg @O2 I've always been really paranoid so never have anything on tick or owe anything major. I think a lot of people spend the entirety of their wages and when things all go up at once they're a bit stuck. Not blaming them but it's obviously a bit of a gamble.

So @O2 was told last Tuesday account would be refunded in 72 hours, that expired 74 hours ago... can't get hold of customer services as line says "we tried to get hold of you but were unable to do so, don't worry we will try again" and hangs up on me...
