Aled Smith (@AledSmith) reported from Camden Town, England@O2 why is it so hard to get your systems to work properly. Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Will (@willmgreenhalgh) reported@virginmedia is down So forced to use data but @O2 is so slow and bad it struggles to connect to anything and the o2 network app says phone masts aren't working Great service all round, not, what's the point of doubling my data if I can't connect to anything
-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedOn the phone to @o2 and the security settings to go through both automated and to human are utterly insane. Unworkable. Cannot understand what they are saying. Stressful and confusing. We have no signal for two years and they still want exit fees!! @MartinSLewis

Andrew (the *****) (@Andrewislington) reported@O2:Our network’s slow because the entire country won’t stop doomscrolling. Ideas? Mel B: Sorted. -
Tony Brugnoli (@Bruggers100) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Vodafone just as bad down south, dead spots in and around my hometown, can’t get a phone signal at all at my son’s school. The companies will not invest in infrastructure. You can get a better signal in the Lake District because the infrastructure supports emergencies!
-
Martin Lee (@Watch_n_Wait) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Listen to any talk radio show and the regularity with which they "lose" guests and callers is embarrassing, and nearly all down to dodgy mobile connections. Sadly Brits gave up a really decent landline system for the "convenience" of mobile without thinking about quality.
-
stuart wall (@StuartWall34) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I switched from o2 to EE because of poor coverage
-
Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
-
Breeze (@Breeze_16) reported@O2 getting rid O2 Open discount, really poor decision from the business, have a feeling there will be a mass move to cheaper providers who have better coverage.
