Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

@O2 I've no DM may I ask, what makes Twitter O2 better then two customer service phone calls and twice into the O2 shop in Camden? The 4 times and completely incapable of of fixing the issue. Just wondering what makes you different.

@ProJohnCarlisl @EnglandRugby @O2 I’d imagine that Tuilagi isn’t much faster than Farrell, Esterhuezen is also probably a similar pace. Jamie Roberts was probably a similar pace, and I’m not sure Aki or Henshaw would be hugely faster than him. Either way, his pace hasn’t been a problem for England before!

I work from home Today the @SkyHelpTeam broadband is down in Durham Backup plan = hotspot from phone Today @O2 mislaid 5g and gave me a very very poor "4g" Backup plan = work from brother's Today my brother's wife has Covid Backup plan = Give up 🤷 (No gif 4g won't allow)

@O2 virtually impossible to get a signal in my area, no 5g here but can’t even get a usable 4g signal! Can only use on WiFi; but paying for mobile service. You have quite a few unhappy customers in this area.
