    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    @O2 I need idata bolt on to get back visual voicemail on iPhone 12 Pro. I just can’t see how to do that. My visual voicemail worked fine until a couple of weeks ago and I really use it. Please help! Thanks

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 It is not my headache after 2 months to chase my bank and find a way to get my refund back. If there is no way I cannot be refunded to my original payment method without me being the customer why I wasn't being told when I bought it? The ticket is open and don't know what to do

    @O2 customer service is a disgrace. All automated and then you get through to people they can’t understand what you’re saying and don’t understand situations. Piss poor cheap customer service. Sort it out

    @O2 So why isn't there a BIG UNMISSABLE NOTICE over there to that effect? I would have thought it a priority to get it up and running asap. This just looks like more incompetence by back office staff since the VM merger, lots of stuff broken all over the place or not working properly
