    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    @O2 Why is your coverage so bad over Newmarket in suffolk, I've worked there for 5 years and despite being a mile out from the centre I can barely get 1 bar on 4g , yet in my home in the fens in a small village i get full 4g , I dont understand why coverage is so bad in a town

    Had a no reply email from @virginmedia enquiring if I want faster broadband....I would prefer to have not been offloaded to @O2 and the awful phone reception!!!!
