@O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

@O2 Thank you. It’s not a specific issue, just congestion in the area. The message in the screenshot tells me that O2 are actively doing something to reduce the congestion. This can only be done by increasing capacity.

@O2 How do we get a call bar lifted? We think my deaf mother can't use the Relay UK text service for the deaf because the system is barring the 18001 number prefix that the Relay service uses? Seems to be a common issue on O2?

Power back on after 12 hours Over 2500 homes without electriciy No alcohol in the house No radio No phone @O2 signal was down since they don't use back up generators Next time I'll drive to Newcastle, stay overnight Still, I have a roof over my head unlike some poor souls
