1/2 BEWARE everyone considering switching to @O2 They offer to port your existing number from your previous provider, which is really important to many, but FAIL miserably, when you call customer services multiple times, they promise a 4 hour resolution, this never happens..cont

  • smileyyearwood
Send News!☝🏾🇧🇧 #StopTheCoup 🌹 (@smileyyearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, England

I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

  • behu91
Ben (@behu91) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

  • paullferrer
Paul Ferrer (@paullferrer) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@O2 Two weeks later still have low signal and no one is telling me when it will be fixed you pass me to Sky Mobile who say its your masts they use and contact you

  • arigork
Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Barnet, England

@EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

  • hiaw61
Robert Frame (@hiaw61) reported from Hatfield, England

@O2 just to say that I have received a replacement phone which is a positive, however I hope they take this example of my frustration with their Customer Service in to consideration and keep their valued customer updated

  • hiaw61
Robert Frame (@hiaw61) reported from Hatfield, England

@o2 can’t you tell me why your customer service is so appalling called twice after I was given this number 034480490202 answer the questions and then Bye thanks for calling

  • dramattyhealy
🌜cobie🌛 (@dramattyhealy) reported from London Colney, England

@O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

  • RaviDheer
Ravi Dheer (@RaviDheer) reported from London Colney, England

@O2 I'm sick to death of your network. I'm trying to pay you and I can't. Now I'll wait for some fool to contact me. I give up with this pathetic network.

@keelokeelo @O2 I have the same issue and have just spoke to Customer Services who were unable to give me any explanation!!!

  • GAdams_Spink
Geoff Adams-Spink (@GAdams_Spink) reported from Harrow Weald, England

So, @O2 is complicit in this rip off but unprepared to do anything to assist a long standing customer.

  • The_United_Lion
Stephen ☘️🦁🐝 (@The_United_Lion) reported from Chesham Bois, England

Hey @O2 is there any way of claiming some money back as we’re into a second week of service disruption due to the works going on in HP5. I’ve had little to no text/voice access unless connected to my home (or public) WiFi for the best part of 5/6 days now.

  • Borehamwoodbine
Woody (@Borehamwoodbine) reported from Borehamwood, England

In over 9 years with @O2 I’ve hardly ever needed customer services help and now after 3 attempts this year with little or no help I would just like to say thanks for nothing!

  • gadgetgem
Gem (@gadgetgem) reported from Barnet, England

Missed out on my free sandwich this week @GreggsOfficial with @o2 due to the scanner being broken again. Went to next nearest greggs and they had no breakfast 😢 #o2priority #greggs #breakfast

  • arigork
Ari Gork (@arigork) reported from Barnet, England

@O2 Any plans on enabling sms over wifi calling? I used to be with @EE and I could call and sms with wifi calling but seems your network only supports calls?

  • davidluxton99
David Luxton (@davidluxton99) reported from London Colney, England

Disappointing poor customer service from @dhlexpressuk who inform me of my parcel delivery at 10.40 this morning then send another message to inform me it will now be 6 days later! #DHL not fit for purpose as a #courier for @O2 as I will now cancel the order

  • marcwhufc
marc foley ⚒ (@marcwhufc) reported from Barnet, England

@o2 your service has been shocking nearly 2 weeks and my daughters Apple Watch for Xmas not here. Now by all accounts best to start the order again as will be quicker and wait a week for deposit to be put back in my account 🤬 look at your dm’s I’m in them 2 replies so far 🙄

  • nickshuttle
Nick Shuttleworth (@nickshuttle) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

  • onlytoff
    Toff (@onlytoff) reported

@O2 “Doesn’t exclude Scotland” No, but it gives a far less service Let’s look at the tickets for example, out of the 32 acts advertised, ALL are playing in England, only 4 acts are playing in Scotland O2 pick their partners, surely making sure partners are playing 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 is only fair ?

  • circuit_k
    Circfruit (@circuit_k) reported

@willmcgugan @O2 when they have too many customers, they stop caring. not only mobile operators, all of them service providers.

  • mufcchatter
    MUFC Chatter (@mufcchatter) reported

@O2 PLEASE HELP! I found out today that I have a CCJ on my file from O2 from 2024. This relates to a bundled SIM with a Virgin Broadband contract which was cancelled before it was set up due to credit. The O2 sim was supposed to be cancelled to but it wasn't!

  • EerikBeeton
Eerik Beeton, MCIM Cmktr (@EerikBeeton) reported

Hey @O2, even Pitbull cancelled his concert in Riga last minute due to "technical issues", but somehow your roaming network is putting on an even worse performance. Stuck on 'No Service' in Latvia with a fully paid contract. Can a human DM me to fix this backend glitch?

  • zooba
    Steve Dower (@zooba) reported

@willmcgugan @O2 Doesn't sound any worse than any of the rest of them, tbh. Call their line to cancel your service, then tell them exactly what you need in order to not cancel and you'll probably get it. That line is the real customer service.

  • oit_andy
    Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.

  • shandreen
    Su (@shandreen) reported

Can you explain why the phone app keeps signing me out and when I go to sign in it verifies and doesn't log in the app? Your auth servers having issues? @O2

  • Andrewislington
    Andrew (the *****) (@Andrewislington) reported

@O2:Our network’s slow because the entire country won’t stop doomscrolling. Ideas? Mel B: Sorted. I’ll pre-record a load of painfully awkward messages telling people to put the phone down and touch grass… then we’ll just rebrand the lag as our brand-new “Scroll Stopper” feature

  • StuartBain1986
    StuartB (@StuartBain1986) reported

@o2 you’re 5g and general signal quality is god awful 👍 can’t wait to move network

  • SarahWM45
    Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reported

One week later and we still haven’t got a response from @O2 about a measly £185! Not even a drop in the ocean to O2. We are only leaving the contract early because we have had no O2 signal for near 2 years. We should not have to pay @MartinSLewis !! No response from O2!
