    Is anyone else experiencing call drop outs and freezes on #iPhone11ProMax I have cleared cache and done soft reset, also had a sim swap @O2 but still having buggy experiencing overheating. I’ve checked online and have reset my network settings. Minded to pop into @Apple

    @O2 Hi, it seems like everytime we lose just one bar of signal on 4g, we struggle to load the most basic apps/pages. This never used to be an issue but is becoming quite regular.

    I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

    I've decided to hang onto my @HuaweiMobileUK P30 Pro until the next gen of 5g phones. Was going to take an @O2 deal but it only shows 4g and says you'll then need to take a new chip and contract for 5G not guaranteed you'll pay the same price. A lot of 1st adopters are screwed.

    The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

    @O2 hi Thank you for the text saying you're upgrading the network & my signal may be interrupted on the 18th. I've had no service since the 16th and your website is saying it "should" be restored by 10pm on Sunday. 6 days with no service at all. Not good enough.

    @O2 such poor poor customer service. After 29 minutes on the phone - call centre in belfast just hangs up on me. Lots of laughter by colleagues and he was clearly missing out so couldn’t be ar*ed! So now faced with trying to get through to the right department yet again!!!

    @O2 I have just spent an hour being transfered from department to department with each trying to send messages to a sim that is not working despite me telling them she has no network I have just spoken to the rudest person
