    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

    @O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted £13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. It’s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You don’t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

    @O2 hi my mum is with o2 she had no incoming or outgoing calls, connection is down and has been for nearly two days , she only has simple phone as she disabled and needs access to her phone especially for emergency when will network be up and running we live in the croydon area?

    @AneeshVarma @O2 Indeed I did, I also had an outstanding complaint (when my number didn’t transfer correctly I made a complaint) so had the email address of someone and it was her that told that was what the issue was. The customer services team on the phone were helpful though
