    @O2 Please don’t tell me this mast is still not fixed. Again sat at Liverpool Streets Station with full service and 4G and nothing happening on phone full stop. Time to accept that coverage here is not good enough.

    @O2 @kingzerno This has gotten worse over the last few weeks but croydons 4g reception has been shocking for at least a year! It's getting worse and worse. Seems to be as buildings go up, the reception goes down

    @O2 Two weeks at least. Slow speed, but worse, the connection dropped today too, even though I was still on the O2 network, but service stopped momentarily anyway and this threw a spanned into the works at a delicate moment online.

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @lennythepen @O2 I just changed from EE to 02 worse thing I ever did there network and coverage are rubbish cant hold a conversation on the phone with out it dropping out

    One thing I’m excited about with going home is no longer using @O2 as my phone provider. Absolutely sick of always randomly getting “no service” and then it coming back 5mins later and dropping out again.

    Good morning @O2. When you about to fix below: “Sorry a phone mast in this area isn't working This means your service might come and go until we fix it.” in E14 5LB In Canary Wharf. Just to mention that network problems (data) have been around for several weeks.

    @O2 Hello - issue was that china cup was denied. We had to drink from a paper one even though we didn’t take away. This at the More London Riverside branch.

    @O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

    Had a ridiculous amount of issues with @O2 of late, and despite numerous calls and messages, there’s no resolution. I wish this had happened before I upgraded and then I’d just leave! We’re now another day of no service because of SIM card issues with no help! 🤬

    @VodafoneUK I have spent three hours of phone time trying to resolve a mistake that your company has made. I am so glad I went back to @O2 PLEASE BE WARNED .... Vodafone customer service is the worse !

    @sohailanjum @O2 I’m we have a damaged mast - I rarely get any more than 1 bar signal if I’m lucky. Calls drop consistently or I can’t hear / vice versa. I don’t want to leave but I have no choice. I’d rather spend my money and receive the service I pay for - you should too. It’s unacceptable.

    @ThreeUK you possibly have the Internet in UK after. Thank God my work phone is on the 02 network, I have been trying to log into some of my accounts online for the last 30mins until I used the phone with @O2 network so I maybe its time to move on from you after 10 years

    @O2 I don’t get a sense of urgency from your reply at all . ‘Always working to improve the network’ doesn’t coincide with what I’m on the receiving end of - a damaged mast for over 2 years?! No regard for the customer experience nor endeavour to retain them. Such a shame #GoodbyeThen

    @SamsungUK @SamsungMobile Please make some smaller smartphones! It's getting particularly bad for women - almost impossible to find something that actually fits in your hand properly. I'm in pain from using the A41 and now @O2 are ignoring customers and refusing to exchange.

    Trying to place an order with @O2 "Looks like something went wrong" when I hit the "confirm order" button on mobile. Live chat says to try later on desktop. Same problem. Go through all the security stuff with live chat again, then they disconnect me. Sweet.

    @O2 No sorry I don’t have another phone to try my sim, everything else is working fine on my phone it’s just saying no service. So once I leave my house to go to work etc then calls text & internet are not accessible.
