@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

Have phoned @O2 Maybe 7 times in the last 3 months, as they are investigating a company called Fermdemia that stole from my account linked to my phone. Starting to wonder if @O2 is fraudster ferdemia in disguise! ‘Someone will call you back’... that old chestnut. #o2 #help #fraud

Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

@O2 Day 31 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@piffoffmuppet @O2 @piffoffmuppet you call 202 on your O2 mobile or if you are calling from a different network mobile number or landline dial 03448090202 and say on the IVR that you want to leave and it will put your through to the cancellation team.
