Topped up my data TWICE in one hour and was only using what’s app. Called @O2 who explained to me that streaming movies takes a lot of data. I was not streaming movies. “Sorry we can’t provide you with any help at this time”Is there any accountability whatsoever ? Doesn’t seem so

@JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

@O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

Why is Pay Monthly worse than PAYG? For Xperia L4 Pay Monthly 12 month contract is £28 per month = £336 £13 device * 12 = £156 £15 tariff * 12 = £180 5GB PAYG for 12 months is £240 (£96 cheaper) £120 device £10 PAYG * 12 months = £120 6GB No incentive to be loyal customer? @O2

Bewildered by @O2 1hour 20mins and 4 different people on a call to upgrade and still no further on, and I was only supporting a friend who needs support by the end their anxiety was through the roof and mine was because they had to suffer that unnecessary anxiety 😡
