@virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

@DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

@O2 I never had this issue with company's like tesco, who use your phone lines... And my other half has absolutely no issue with other service providers. Its purely O2 that's the issue. Even tried other Sims in my phone to trial it

@O2 Thanks, but none of them work… this only started happening yesterday when the issues started with Facebook, i am missing work today because of this, normal mobile data is working fine but the hotspot isnt
