    @O2 Tried that. Unfortunately because of when I took out my last contract (just before you changed your terms) I’m stuck with this old handset until I can pay off £700 remaining on device. Shame as the new amazing iPhone camera would help my burgeoning photograph business massively.

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

    Really disappointed by @O2 customer service. Being lied to on the online chat service, then when I called up and queued for over 40 minutes to speak to someone was told I'd be called back by a colleague within 10 minutes... That was over 90 minutes ago.

    @O2 Gave me back £30 last month because the 4G speed is zero everywhere. So my bill was £10 but I still couldn’t use any data in most places I go. Now I’m back to full price and still can’t use data. Took 40 minutes to load a car parking app on Tuesday! The 10 minutes to pay. Crap

    @O2 have been trying to make a complaint & escalate my issue about no access to WiFi Extra. Which has been left for MONTHS. The technical team & customer services never call me back & no one seems to escalate to the Resolutions Department Why?! Time to leave?

    @O2 Seriously not impressed with length of time for unlatching code to be issued....and it doesn't work. I have a phone that's fully paid off. Cost a lot of money and I think it's wrong that you lock it to O2 network! Please unlock my phone...
