    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now it’s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution 😠

    @LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @o2 why is your 4g signal and internet bandwidth so appalling in Croydon. Pass through the town centre particularly through East Croydon and you might as well having no signal at all!

    @O2 There is/was a problem with your online payment system application, as your call centre colleagues note, but there is no pinned Tweet about this and nothing on your Web site (which prioritises upwelling to your customers more than facilitating them paying their bills)

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope 😬 frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    @O2 this phone number is harassing me - 020 3389 6395 - it’s a fake automated call claiming to be @HMRCgovuk called me 4 times already today! Wants to press option for operator (but I haven’t done so), needs reporting for harassment / impersonation of government service! @Ofcom

    Have phoned @O2 Maybe 7 times in the last 3 months, as they are investigating a company called Fermdemia that stole from my account linked to my phone. Starting to wonder if @O2 is fraudster ferdemia in disguise! ‘Someone will call you back’... that old chestnut. #o2 #help #fraud

    .@o2 appalled. I've been cut off by o2 because the amount charged that was due to be reimbursed hasn't been reimbursed and seemingly there is no record of this charge having been scheduled for reimbursement and the bolt on hasn't been resolved. I'll be filing a complaint.

    @lisammariee @O2 Don’t bother messaging them direct you will het the same old story at the moment it’s busy in your area and even though you are not getting the service you pay for you must keep paying then they will tell you about there future plans some good now

    @O2 trying to request a PAC code and its comes back saying there is an issue processing the request, so I call 202 and I get put in a queue to just get cut off, any help would be appreciated

    @O2 After some terrible service I have received from o2 for months to sort out a problem has been frustrating to say the least. Lynn and her trainee at Unit 9 Milton Keynes was brilliant, very helpful to deal with the o2 customer services who had still not cancelled a contract.
