    @ItsAdsolution @O2 All of my calls which I've tried to make the O2 have not been answered I have a 40 phone and they don't seem to care I think if this keeps on we should see them because I've got a really bad disability and I've got a 40 phone so we should sue them

    Update! The problem I need fixing is that I can’t make phone calls. So I can’t ring my energy supplier about being cut off, or my GP about my asthma. My phone won’t call any number at all. I told @O2. Finally. Thankfully, @O2 sent me a DM and asked me to call them to sort it

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @james_jevons @O2 OMG. Spent over 40 mins to be told I had to pay early termination charges. Refused that and was left on hold for an age, came back and told I would be disconnected straight away. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Only cemented the fact I will be leaving. What a disgrace!

    @O2 So just bought an O2 rolling sim, been with you clowns for one day and I have no signal, didn't get the 30gb data as promised with the deal, got **** all data and now I'm told you don't allow wifi calling with sim only deals. I'll now have to leave O2 after just one day.

    Dear @virginmedia Your customer service person, name not taken, was an absolute credit to you. Wanted to moan about @O2 taking the urine, but steered me down a better route and helped me save money. Thank you, what ever she is paid it is not enough.

    Leaving @o2 , terrible company, and since I went sim only my data use has magically gone up and my service has gone down.
