    @O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

    @O2 Do you think it will be today, tomorrow, Monday? A rough indication would help. Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

    @O2 Too many issues to explain here. Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. More time wasted. Your customer service is appalling!

    @O2 Hi my phone signal is absolutely shocking. I get 5G but still struggle to load web pages. Also no one can ever hear me on the phone? Yes i’ve tried turning my phone off & on again

    @O2 Credit checks are clearly not worth the paper they are written on, where is your customer service care? look at my personal history and then WHY did the same business account get me my 2nd device in an O2 shop from O2 staff without any hassle, please explain.?

    16 minutes on hold to @O2 - then the call got dropped. I think I’m going back to @VodafoneUK … all I want is average to good customer service.

    @O2 It’s very frustrating. The delivery yesterday didn’t arrive, then @DHLParcelUK (falsely) claimed they couldn’t get access. I went into an @O2 shop just now - they said I had to ring customer services. I spoke with someone who said they’d help, and the call dropped after 16mins.

    O2 charging customer for voice text. That's terrible. I think after 20 yrs I will be leaving you in 4 months when my contract ends. You don't respect or look after your customers. Especially faithful ones. @O2

    I find @O2 incredibly difficult to deal with both on the telephone and on the website, nobody is interested in helping. Apart from going into a shop to spend money. Absolutely rubbish service outside of this.

    @O2 so I have been a loyal customer of 02 for a very long time. I was over charged in June for a call I never made, been promised a refund twice now and still nothing. I will not be renewing my contract with them so so angry 😡

    @O2 I have been wrongly reported to the credit agency by O2 for arrears which is absolutely incorrect. I’ve already discussed this with your accounts team a month ago and they assured me that they will not report anything as the matter was resolved. Please help! 😡

    @O2 I’ve tried all this spoken to someone on the phone and they’ve said nothing is wrong my partner has same network and his phone works , you need to sort it out or I’ll be coming off your network I have a one year old in my care and need coverage.

    @O2 Hi, I am in the USA and using the travel pack, but the connection is shocking, my wife has Three and constantly has service and 4/5G. But mine is constantly dropping out and has 3G at best.

    @O2 can someone please help me? I’m using an E-sim ‘airalo’ abroad. I have followed all the steps to ensure I’m not using my mobile data from O2, I’ve also got a cap & data roaming is off. Can someone ensure I’m still not being charged?
