    @O2 Your own website says there’s a mast down. We had a problem quite a few weeks ago. Zero coverage makes o2 useless.

    @O2 Not everywhere, but your 4G coverage in SW London is poor. I haven’t had 4G in Raynes Park since I moved there a year ago.

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 after 3 hours of calls 5 texts and 1:5 hours of to get family discount that is advertised and to be given an amount to pay then still getting it wrong . So a complaint to be made

    @MIROFUR Disagree. In the UK it was an exclusive on @O2 as they built out EDGE and turned on support for interactive voicemail. It created a massive influx of people to the base, who continued to stay on even when the 3G version eventually shipped to other carriers.

    @O2 I don’t think you are doing enough to protect from dodgy premium numbers. They should be banned by default not only by customers requests. I have been charged for 6£ for 6 seconds. This is really bad and yours policy do allow it

    @fionagordon5 @O2 One of the issues I have, retweet your compliant add BBCWatchdog and Which magazine to the post. This is ridiculous, need to get something done. The network was excellent now awful.

    @O2 your customer service is a disgrace! I was offered an upgrade deal over the phone but when I received the text it was different! When I called to dispute it I was spoken to like a child and told I couldn’t have what I was told I could have. I was a loyal customer!
