    @ItsAdsolution @O2 All of my calls which I've tried to make the O2 have not been answered I have a 40 phone and they don't seem to care I think if this keeps on we should see them because I've got a really bad disability and I've got a 40 phone so we should sue them

    @O2 It's a shame you have shut down your customer service email address. When people would need to co tact you the most. My phone calls are unanswered and the link I was sent to chat to an online help sent me to a defunct website. Your customer service is missing in action

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

    @O2 you need to change your delivery provider as DPD are shoddy and you can never contact them to discuss the delivery, organise to pick up, or change anything about the order. Appreciate the expense of item but some people work full time!!! Useless service!
