    Still within my 14 day grace period with @O2 having so much trouble actually speaking to a human about my issue I’m so tempted to cancel cause this stupid system keeps just hanging up on me and it’s been 3 days since I requested they transfer my number… not great

    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    @EleanorRylance @O2 It's the choice of the network. I'm currently with Tesco mobile, who've told me, I will still be able to use my phone nothing has changed, that I won't be changed. I have a trip planned in the next few weeks. If I'm charged I'm going back to 3, who definitely don't.

    @O2 O2 app - click Support - then scroll down the the faq using your phone abroad. Sounds like o2 have either made a bit of a blunder in advertising a change in terms or are intentionally misleading

    why is there poor network in Llandudno. There is no signal on the high street for Internet and often cant make a call. I stay loyal to O2 but will have to think of looking elsewhere its not rural it is a busy seaside resort and I am sure I am not the first to complain @o2 #o2

    @O2 help please cancelled contract within allowed 30 day due to charges increase on 29/6 spoke to Thomas, then got charged £51.68 26/7 so spoke to Maisie 28/7 who said refund action will receive in 3 days now 7th Aug and refund not received, how can I sort quickly please
