Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

Per Hammer (@perhammer) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

The service has gotten so bad there is never signal anywhere despite both phones showing good signal, 4G or 5G nothing works. On the other hand, the contracts I have for my son and daughter on @O2 always has decent reliable signal which we have to hotspot off due to the terrible service from Three.
