Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

Response within 3 working days and it has gone over that and not a word. Think it’s time to leave the Network.
