Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

Well done @O2 - easily the worst UK network for signal coverage. The one redeeming quality was O2 Priority for Peter Kay tickets... on the day they come out I'm mysteriously kicked out of the app and can't log back in. Useless shite.
