O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

Not sure how or why but it’s bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didn’t tell her it’s a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so I’m almost positive the call handlers knew it wasn’t my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!

They failed to provide the service I renewed my contracts for, then turned it into a catalogue of poor advice, broken promises, endless delays and a complaints process that doesn’t even work.
