Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

Word of warning to anyone upgrading with @O2 double check it is an upgrade and not a new contract. I did what I believed was an upgrade - they made it a new contract. #Frustrating #Unhelpful Now expected to pay for 2 contracts 🤬🤬 Over 10 years with them. Never again 😡
