    @O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.

    Hey @O2 can you help? I got an email saying to view my bill, but as a new customer who hasn't received handset & I dont have a phone no yet (ordered online) I can't sign up or access your services. Also you have "shut down (y)our email support service" apparently any suggestions?

    Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

    @O2 I'm looking to upgrade (due on Tuesday) but I can't seem to see anything that suits & I can't get through to anyone from customer service about this plus you's have ceased dealing with the Carphone Warehouse, I'm beginning to feel stuck & perhaps might need to move network ๐Ÿค”

    @O2 still nothing from you regarding my wifeโ€™s lost fone (3 weeks now) & still ringing out on helpline (Over 30 mins then cuts out) this is beyond shoddy for a network provider..we only need verified proof that her fone/SIM card were blocked!!!!

    @apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

    @O2 @ad_moran4 ๐Ÿ’ฏ stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network

    @O2 My number ported over yesterday and Iโ€™ve topped up by ยฃ20 but I cannot link my o2 account to my number so I cannot choose the bundle I need. Iโ€™m on a ยฃ10 rolling plan so Iโ€™m just getting charged for data. Customer services canโ€™t help and o2 store canโ€™t help. Absolute shambles ๐Ÿ˜ก

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I donโ€™t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employerโ€™s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance

    @O2 Morning, Ivr an ongoing issue that there is no way yo input a password to access my account. Its been going on for months. Someone replied yesterday and I duly gave the information asked for and no onr has replied? Do you usually ask for passwords?

    @O2 I spent hours on live chat with you yesterday to sort an issue out, I thought it was finally resolved but the email I got confirming has all the wrong information in it. Iโ€™m getting so incredibly tired of spending 3 hours at a time waiting to speak to someone. Please help.
