Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

@O2 i bought the device and airtime from O2 on 5th Jan. O2 is sending me separate bills for airtime and Device. While speaking to CC, they mentioned it cannot be single bill. My friends are on single bill but O2 is ready to lose the customer then do the changes.

@O2 Are you having a laugh we don’t get signal anywhere just spent a week in Poland with no 4g and no one to sort it out !!! And stop selling my number on
