-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

-
Thomas Allan (@Tamus1314) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 what an absolute joke of a service. Set up a payment plan and pay it on time just to be repeatedly disconnected. Speak to payment management 3 times in 1 week to make sure you don’t get barred….and yet again , services barred!
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@kellyxxxkelly @O2 Mine started working this morning. That's what I got told in store last weekend. I'd activated the esim correctly but the start date of the watch was down as today.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 Well O2 systems are all automated. People don't sit and monitor accounts. If you requested to cancel and they have notes confirming this and they didn't do it then the issue is theirs to fix and refund. I used to be customer relations for a different mobile network.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 Perhaps I've experienced both sides of the situation as a customer and an employee dealing with such things. The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.
-
Niall Fitzgerald (@FitzerOfGlasgow) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 I joined O2 this week and encouraged my wife to do the same. You have now screwed up her number port causing havoc in her business, damaging her livelihood and causing upset to vulnerable family we care for. Advisors just make baseless promises and lie when we call. #Fail

According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.

Dominik Ziomek (@DZiomek) reported@O2 Don’t bother with this network if you like to keep yourself sane. Worst customer care experience so far. Staff mostly rude and unprofessional not understanding even how mobile networks work. Just wow!
-
Dave Bagnall 🇬🇧 (@djbsuffolk) reportedIf you're an @O2 customer and are about to be screwed by their 11.7% price hike - let them know - customer pressure can maybe get movement on this - no ones income is going up by 11.7% - O2 are screwing loyal customers over here and they can step back from this.
-
Joanne (@Joanne268403163) reported@O2 The “handy tips” don’t work as your system is saying “it seems that a local phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry” and that “engineers are working on it, should be fixed in 48 hours” … this is now the fourth day with no signal. I have dm’d you postcode.
-
George (@giv428) reported@O2 Can I get an eSIM delivered digitally, as I lost my old Sky SIM and need a new one ASAP, and I want to switch to your network, thx
-
~~Marie~~ (@mlh28) reportedHave wasted 2 hours of my morning on an online chat with @O2. Have discussed my problems with 3 different advisors, only to be disconnected. It isn’t acceptable that I have barely any reception anywhere I go, yet was promised 5G and better service!
-
Sehrish Javed (@sehrishj) reported@O2 @TheO2 I need help .. I have no signals at all!

Tom (@T__S__R) reported@Londonlins80 @SadiqKhan @O2 You know it's privately owned, right? Or you knew that but just wanted to **** tweet?
-
Dave Bagnall 🇬🇧 (@djbsuffolk) reported@O2 So as I upgraded in December, despite joining in 2019 it's 11.7%? Come on O2 peoples wages aren't increasing by 11.7% - increase by inflation by all means but this is simply price gouging - do something for your customer who are facing increased fuel bill, food prices etc.
