Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

Per Hammer (@perhammer) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems itโs a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

O2 app doesnโt seem to give it as an option. 2202 says itโs for bolt ons but then just gives options for different things.
