Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.
-
Thomas Allan (@Tamus1314) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 what an absolute joke of a service. Set up a payment plan and pay it on time just to be repeatedly disconnected. Speak to payment management 3 times in 1 week to make sure you donβt get barredβ¦.and yet again , services barred!

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
-
αͺα©α―E (@Jaxstad) reported@O2 Can't even call in to discuss my account It's that bad. I'm out of contract so I guess I'm going elsewhere.
-
Luke Alexander (@LukeAlexanderpr) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Go on your mobile data settings and turn your signal to β5G onβ not automatic!
-
The Blasted Cat (@RobbieTwts) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE We increasingly have 650 elected officials in Westminster more interested in chasing personal glory on matters overseas than attempting to resolve domestic issues
-
Dan - Truly_Anomalous π¦ (@Truly_Anomalous) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 I left the O2 network this month. Our local access point is constantly either down or just not serving data. Fixes rarely last more than a week or two.
-
intermax #FBPE #FPHD #RejoinEU π #FBPPR (@intermax) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.
-
hanmark (@hanmark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.
-
RichardAngell (@Groundhopperno1) reported@O2 After 25 years as a customer, Iβve discovered the hardest part isnβt getting a mobile signal- itβs making a complaint. Broken forms, unmonitored complaint emails, missed promises, no updates and a 28-day wait for a response. Quite remarkable customer service.
-
Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesnβt seem to be subject to regulatory measures
-
Steve (@Swabsy1810) reported@O2 @CliveDaviesUK @O2 itβs just the same here in SK6 1PG area so many places where no signal or usable data. This is a relatively affluent area but your provisions are shocking
