    @O2 I joined O2 this week and encouraged my wife to do the same. You have now screwed up her number port causing havoc in her business, damaging her livelihood and causing upset to vulnerable family we care for. Advisors just make baseless promises and lie when we call. #Fail

    @simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

    @O2 still nothing from you regarding my wifeโ€™s lost fone (3 weeks now) & still ringing out on helpline (Over 30 mins then cuts out) this is beyond shoddy for a network provider..we only need verified proof that her fone/SIM card were blocked!!!!

    @O2 I have just investigated your Volt benefits. According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.

    Ni'm heading to @O2 shop to cancel the WiFi hub. Touch and go whether I cancel the phone which is due for upgraded anyway. Not the first time I've had difficulty with O2 and no sensible access to customer service.

    @O2 It's blurry from 1x to 5x. Anything under and over works. The super Macro works. Huawei have said its a known issue they are trying to resolve via update/patch. Tried all resets. I now have a contract phone I bought for the amazing camera being useless.

    @O2 had a contactless payment amount come out of my account at ยฃ15.30 and the transaction is listened as โ€œday to day O2โ€.... what is this !? Never seen it before - am I being thick?

    @O2 Hi, just wondering if there are any monthly contracts for less than 36 months as seems to be the norm on your website. I don't want to be tied in for 3 years so looking for a shorter contact or will leave you after 20 years of being a customer. Thanks.

    @O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

    went to #onblackheath & #SummerSessions gigs & both times @O2 signal terrible, uses up most of data trying to send a text.Think time change

    @o2 what is going on with your signal in the PA5 area. Johnstone and Elderslie have almost no data connectivity. It used to be good and itโ€™s just gone downhill.

    @O2 why has signal and service dropped so much since you joined up with @virginmedia?? Used to love O2 as customer service was great. Prices go up service gets less.

    @1stSimona @O2 I swapped to spusu, ยฃ7.90 and the signal is WAY better. I was with O2 over 15 years. Wish iโ€™d left sooner

    @RonnieStidolph @O2 I had 3 lines with them that had been transferred from Virgin. Moved them all to Lebara this month. Will save ยฃ50 a month for the next 6 months thanks to the @MoneySavingExp offer I joined Lebara with. Customer service when I left was a joke.

    Just let me know why you visited the store instead of using the online chat when you had the issue with the e-SIM. WHAT A JOKE Your issue could have been resolved much faster, but sorry about that. I understand, and I can give you ยฃ20.00 as compensation @O2

    When you reach out to @O2 for help and they ghost you leaving the door open to scammers to impersonate them (see suspended accounts in replies) Glad to be gone after 33 years as a Cellnet / O2 customer.
