So @O2 was told last Tuesday account would be refunded in 72 hours, that expired 74 hours ago... can't get hold of customer services as line says "we tried to get hold of you but were unable to do so, don't worry we will try again" and hangs up on me...

@O2 @virginmedia probably the worst mobile phone company to deal with. Customer service is a joke. Trying to resolve fraudulent activity on my account and no understanding. Abysmal. Please go anywhere else except them. Just cut me off now.

@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

@o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly £1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

@O2 It's a general issue, other people have had difficulty, saying staff said they've not been told and they won't accept what the app says. Can you ask Caffe Nero to recommunicate to all staff, it's a bit embarrassing, next time I will make sure I ask before ordering
