@O2 I understand if they are busy, but closing the chat without even giving a chance to explain is not customer service. The advisor just assumed things and closed the chat

  • steve5424
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.

@O2 no one to talk to at o2 and im constantly charged £4.99 by Lasevia ltd. This is bad on o2’s behalf!!!!

  • QuantumSkyline
Quantum Skyline (@QuantumSkyline) reported from Coatbridge, Scotland

@Ross_Zombie @O2 That massively populated thoroughfare of wades upon wades of O2 users all splitting the signal between us. Literally me and auld Tom on his way up to the bookies in his mobility scooter up the street tonight.

@RobertJonesCFC @O2 Mine was defo them but if not sure hang up. They usually follow it up with a text confirming it is them

  • Haggisthelord
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Uddingston, Scotland

@O2 Me too because I'm paying for a premium camera phone that can't be properly used as a camera phone. Worst experience in over 10 years of being an o2 customer.

  • KevinStewart92
Kevin Stewart (@KevinStewart92) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland

@O2 Your signal is shocking and your customer service is even worse

  • steve5424
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@apakula @O2 Well O2 systems are all automated. People don't sit and monitor accounts. If you requested to cancel and they have notes confirming this and they didn't do it then the issue is theirs to fix and refund. I used to be customer relations for a different mobile network.

  • Haggisthelord
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Uddingston, Scotland

I wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

  • ya_diks
Adrienne (@ya_diks) reported from Hamilton, Scotland

Go to @O2AcademyGgow with tickets bought through O2 priority and have shit signal on the @O2 network 🤔 how does that work 😂

  • H0raceWimp
Iain Montgomery (@H0raceWimp) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 I have just investigated your Volt benefits. According to your site, I'm not eligible because @virginmedia isn't available at my address. I'm sending this on their WiFi, having been a customer with them and predecessor companies for about 20 years.

  • perhammer
Per Hammer (@perhammer) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

  • gaylem1978
Gayle Fitzpatrick (@gaylem1978) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@drewsy92 That’s very disappointing such a large network giving you such poor service for the money you’re paying monthly honey x. What can you do to assist @O2 ? It’s certainly giving me food for thought as I’m thinking of getting a new mobile contract over next few months!

  • Haggisthelord
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.

  • zippy30
Kelly Cook 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️🍺💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧 (@zippy30) reported from High Blantyre, Scotland

Bloody @TalkTalk down again and my phone internet with @O2 absolutely terrible

  • FitzerOfGlasgow
Niall Fitzgerald (@FitzerOfGlasgow) reported from Barrhead, Scotland

@O2 Contacted O2 several times now. Different timescale given each time. 'Another team will investigate and get back to you'. Meanwhile the damage to our business and family life gets worse. Wish we had never heard of O2

  • UbuntuBhoy
Gary Weldon (@UbuntuBhoy) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

@O2 what is going with your phone signal right now? It’s the worst it’s been for me in the 11 years I’ve been with you. Constant drop outs, ****** internet services won’t go above 2 bars. I’m paying over 100 pound a month for this garbage phone service. Somerset based no signal

  • jhargie4

@o2 @virginmedia @Virgin CEO LUTZ SCHUELER seems only your bot accounts actually care about the customer

  • LucieRimmer
    Lucie Rimmer (@LucieRimmer) reported

@O2 Thank you. I raised it in the O2 shop and they agreed it was and has always been bad. At the time they said to switch to 3G (that’s what they did) 🫣

  • jhargie4
    john (@jhargie4) reported

@o2 @virginmedia CEO LUTZ SCHUELER seems rather that sending the DEADLOCK letter your team actually want to CANCEL my COMPLAINT!!!!

  • RobBakerJohnson
    Rob Baker-Johnson (@RobBakerJohnson) reported

@O2 you are a disgrace. You failed to provide a service and charge me over £600 as you forced me to move supplier. You help or support from you at all. Didn’t even send a bill went straight to dept recovery company. Over 30 years loyal custom from me and this is how you treat us

  • Paulc2nd
    Paul Curry (@Paulc2nd) reported

@O2 can see the trouble @O2 customers are experiencing but she was just reading, parrot fashion, that she could diagnose it. Have a look at the issues people have wrote on here @O2 and you will realise it's not me !! 😡😡

  • KansasMax
    Max Kansas (@KansasMax) reported

@O2 unbelievable that I cannot get help blocking my SIM after my phone was stolen. Please help me sort this out

  • jhargie4
    john (@jhargie4) reported

@o2 @Virgin @virginmedia CEO Lutz Schueler your organisation cannot send me my Complaint Deadlock letter yet quick enough to SMS details of upcoming events and tickets that’s available. Where is your customer care!!!!

  • _njwebster
    Nicola Webster (@_njwebster) reported

@O2 why is the signal in so21 2DD non-existent? My phone powers my business and the unreliability of signal is becoming untenable.

  • Loatesy95
    STEVEN LOATES (@Loatesy95) reported

@O2 I’ve travelled all over the place this year and I’ve just started noticing how frequent it drops off. Motorways, town centres, the whole area around my house. Not something I had issues with before but this year it seems to be getting worse
