    @O2 What is the repairs process? I need my phone for banking etc, how would I go about getting a replacement? I'm happy with the phone apart from. This issue. As a long term o2 customer I'd expect a little help.

    Ni'm heading to @O2 shop to cancel the WiFi hub. Touch and go whether I cancel the phone which is due for upgraded anyway. Not the first time I've had difficulty with O2 and no sensible access to customer service.

    @siward77 @HuaweiMobileUK @O2 I was thinking that. O2 are being sympathetic but beyond that no offers of any help. Huawei appear to still be in denial. Posted on their fb page and they replied and deleted my comment.

    @O2 Support had suggested clearing caches, deleting data, restarts etc. All tried. All failed. There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.

    Hey @O2 can you help? I got an email saying to view my bill, but as a new customer who hasn't received handset & I dont have a phone no yet (ordered online) I can't sign up or access your services. Also you have "shut down (y)our email support service" apparently any suggestions?

    @O2 I upgraded my phone today with o2. I have the same number and I was with o2 previously. The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?

    @O2 is there any reason why my signal has been so poor for the last week or so? I’m in the G83 area in the west of Scotland. It’s becoming impossible to use my phone to make phone calls now.

    @O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

    @O2 It's blurry from 1x to 5x. Anything under and over works. The super Macro works. Huawei have said its a known issue they are trying to resolve via update/patch. Tried all resets. I now have a contract phone I bought for the amazing camera being useless.

    @O2 You must see my frustration? I'm paying for a device that is no longer fit for purpose. A main feature no longer works. Your response is hoping @HuaweiUK release a fix soon. Huawei suggest I fix it myself. What has happened to customer service?

    @O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.

    @O2 is the most atrocious customer service ever. Yesterday @O2 went through the motions of responding. Then went quiet. Today, on 3 occasions, calls to O2 have just simply terminated. One promise of email instructions did not materialise. They haven't a clue. Seriously.

    @O2 had a contactless payment amount come out of my account at £15.30 and the transaction is listened as “day to day O2”.... what is this !? Never seen it before - am I being thick?

    @O2 just had a huge increase of 17.3% on my bill, what do I get for this? 4G in most of area & 5G is virtually non existent in our area of OX11, even though its in the middle of a big science community area! Its poor for this day and age

    @O2 hi guys, just had a call from this number 02085364039 asking if my service was good etc, offering me 45% off my bill then wanting the code for my account (I know its a scam) they had an Indian accent and when googled num it was a scam number, thought I'd let you know.

    Hi @O2. Firstly, the 17.3% price hike is disgusting and nothing short of profiteering. Secondly, it seems as though you have turned off all communication - online chat isn't available and 202 cuts off the call each time I try. This is a revolting way to treat your customers.

    @dhlexpressuk @O2 31406664521217 Hi I keep chasing with O2 and your company keep saying to call back. I'm being told it's being investigated. Your tracker shows the driver never parked outside my house and all my neighbour's cameras didn't see the driver either
