@O2 There were parts of the A9 between Aviemore and Perth with no signal (or an E or G signal)! No use if we were to have car trouble and need to contact people. It's the main artery between central Scotland and the Highlands! The remotest parts of Iceland have full 4G!#upyourgame

@O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

@O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

Genuinely annoyed that the contact between @O2 and @CPWTweets has ended, I actually made the point of changing from o2 direct to o2 under carphone warehouse because how poor the customer service was at @O2.. For the first time in 10 years I may be swapping network next year

@O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

@O2 I'm looking to upgrade (due on Tuesday) but I can't seem to see anything that suits & I can't get through to anyone from customer service about this plus you's have ceased dealing with the Carphone Warehouse, I'm beginning to feel stuck & perhaps might need to move network 🤔

@O2 I think you need to look at your security processes. After being on hold I was put through to another customer on the phone!! Then on hold for another 40 minutes for the lady to then hang up on me!! What do I have to do to speak to somebody who actually works at o2??

Another reminder that @O2 are useless. On 9th December someone starting topping up their PAYG account using my debit card number. Since then I have spoken to their team on at least 5 occasions and they have not helped identify the recurring transaction and cancel it.
