    @O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 your customer services team are so rude its a joke I've just been on hold for an hour, was asked if I was the account holder, I replied I am they told me I needed to confirm, I replied I am the account holder they told me I still haven't confirmed and hung up on me. #leaving

    Still trying to sort out issues with @O2 but it looks like the problem is with a company called @Aerial_Direct If they contact you ignore them. Conmen who I’m reporting to the authorities 🤭🙁

    Impossible to speak to @O2 Get told the store can help but they can’t. Can’t call as it says they’re too busy and hangs up. Fab.

    @O2 Summary: took £890 from me that your weren’t entitled to….made me take 2 days off work to resolve and after 18hrs on calls over 6 weeks and having to cancel a Christmas trip with my kids you’ve still not actually done what you said you would do. All becuse of a o2 error
