@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 Sorted eventually, but had to ring Customer Services 4 times. Texting didn’t work. Said there was an issue at O2.

@O2 5 weeks of a non-function mast in WN4. Was told it was fixed, now a few days later and the mast is down again. Yet you still charge me for a full service that you don't deliver. Expect the usual excuses rather than service that should be delivered.

Honestly @O2 The signal in the USA provided via @TMobile is absolutely abysmal!!! Constantly no signal or 3G or 4G !!! I left @ThreeUK hoping for better signal and it’s shockingly bad at home and here in the states!!! Shouldn’t have to turn data on/off all day to get signal! 😡

Shocking customer service from @O2 Phoned yesterday for 45 minutes with no success & another 35 minutes tonight to try and sort an issue with my wife's phone. Not sorted! Will now look elsewhere 🤨
