@TideBusiness @O2 Thanks - I'll DM you, but the issue is the only 2FA option for payments is text message, but @O2 seems to have a technical issue for the last week which means customers recieve 2FA texts intermittently or not at all. I thought this was fixed last week, but it's not.

@O2 @Joshua_he1 Your network guide does **** ALL to rectify your ****** signal issues.... I've had "issues" with a local mast "not working as it should" for WEEKS if not MONTHS with no rectification in sight. If I'm lucky I get 1 bar if I move to the window , open it, tie myself off and abseil.

@O2 hey guys. Just got a new iPhone and did the swap sim thing on your website. I have re-enabled wifi calling but it doesn’t work. Nor can I get 5G signal (I don’t live in a 5G deadspot). Ideas?

@OiDeegan @maitlis @O2 I used to get similar reactions when Natwest would call me out of the blue to sell me some insurance product or other. I'd put *them* through security, by asking for my sort code or bank account number. They'd refuse. I'd hang up. Then i left for Nationwide.

@O2 Just changed my wife’s plan from Virgin to O2, I want to change the number to original virgin number. We have the PAC code. I called 3 times on Saturday, horrendous service, cut off in 1st call, 2nd call didn’t do what we asked. 3rd call no idea if they did what we asked.
