@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 Nah your okay that’s no gonna help would prob half to see o2 face to face as my iPhone 11 Pro Max keeps freezing etc n I think it’s my SIM card that’s kinda done as when I upgrade I just keep putting old sim into my upgrades not the sim they give you in the box could this be why

@O2 Since having a 5g sim card, my signal reception is absolutely awful. I never struggled with signal problems prior to having this new sim, and now I can have 2 bars and nothing working or taking a long time to load. Why? 😔

30 minutes of security questions. Repeating the same question over and over even when the answer is correct. Overcharging with no breakdown of cost or reason or warning. @O2 #o2fail again. Honestly, worst service ever.

@O2 If it was a few weeks I wouldn't mind but its rapidly closing in on 3 months without a signal at home, I have missed so many important calls because people can't get in touch with me, it's a joke. I've been an O2 customer for nearly 20 years but once I can afford to I'm out.

Why is @O2 signal so bad in my area constantly!! So close to changing providers, please improve in YO12! #rubbish
