@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 absolute shambles. O2 algorithms has falsely thought my order was fraud and despite me telling customer service immediately it wasn’t - my phone due to arrive today has been sent back to O2. On top of that, 202 and fraud team can’t do anything about it to fix it. Laughable.

Shocking customer service from both @O2 & @virginmedia. Ordered a volte package on the 29th January which should have an 02 SIM card. This has not arrived, you contact virgin about it they say call o2. I have been transferred twice and no one seems to be able to help.

@O2 I joined your network over a week ago and I’m still unable to make or receive calls. Tried to call your customer services but get disconnected every time I’m supposed to get connected to a person. Anybody there who can help? Not the best experience so far…
