@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Hey @O2 just had a call from James (not his real name I'm sure) from O2 (01224007482) offering 40% off my bill. All I needed to do was give him the promo code that funnily enough came in an SMS that said not to give it to anyone including O2 staff. If only I was an O2 customer.

@O2 I’m leaving O2 after more than 10 years. Horrific way to deal with a loyal customer. You have my phone number and email address, all I asked for was an update. Instead I’ve been ignored and lied to repeatedly.
