@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@flutter_bys @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message ( stantunlocks ) on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@o2 @giffgaff I filled in a form two months ago, and then another form a few days ago to transfer my number over to o2. The giffgaf number has now lost service and it has not been ported over to o2, so I am left without a number!!!

@O2 requesting a transfer of ownership for my old number since Wed. System was down Wed, Thurs made request that would take 24 hours, Fri you resubmitted 24 hour request, Sat informed it would be Mon. Mon here and customer service still not actioned!

@O2 hello. Please can you let me know what is the best way to speak to someone regarding my o2 account? You seem to make it impossible to speak to anyone. No one answers the phone. The virtual assistant never connects. DM via twitter fails. Please help me.
