@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 Your 4G is Reading (RG30) sucks. If the solution you gave me "find a WiFi hotspot or wireless network" is your best solution then maybe you should give the mobile Internet game away. You clearly aren't very good at it.

Two hours of my life down the drain because when @O2 send a notification that your security questions have been changed and to call them if it wasn’t you, they then won’t talk to you because you can’t answer the security questions

@O2 I will cancel my contract stop playing with me ! However much a month and I can’t get simple internet in certain places ? And before u say “check our network checker” I’ve done all that and nothing has come about it. I’m SICK of it now.

@O2 is your website down? I’ve tried to proceed from basket to checkout numerous times today and it just reloads. Have tried using online chat but that was no help.

@O2 I was informed, some years ago now, that the SIM card on my iPad would be cancelled as the service would no longer be provided. Earlier this year, I found out they were still charging me £8 a month for the service.

@allfor1john @ladbible @O2 Same here. Was BT Cellnet that became O2. Since 2003 the signal has dwindled to now nothing within 6 miles. Only saviour is WiFi calling.

@O2 is there a problem with your app? When i try to sign in it won’t accept password and makes me change it, when I do and i come back out of the app it keeps doing the same thing next time i try to log in

@ladbible @O2 cause I’m paying 60 odd pounds a month for no signal! And 3G!
