    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Phone is still not working, thanks @O2 I was told it was sorted but apparently not, not a happy bunny at all

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    @JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom Nice one John. They’ve been terrible near me with a mast down for 12 days now. They cited an issue then ‘routine maintenance’ with no update due until 1st Aug.

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage

    @O2 my boyfriend has been on the phone to your customer service for 3 hours today with no resolution. He has no phone signal (in London) since he joined in Jan. He has missed important work emails and calls. Worst service and customer service I’ve ever seen.
