@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@IAmJackSlade @O2 Hi Jack, I emailed my official complaint on 3rd March 2023, no response (not even to say we're working on it) and it's now 27th March. O2 customer support is non existent, honestly, I would just try someone else. Don't give these cowboys your money every month. Appalling service.

@iD_Mobile_UK @O2 @giffgaff As expected, and despite the promises, I have received no call back for a third (and now final) time. Please escalate the complaint as requested - I've had three commitments for a call back only for you to miss every single one of them. Beyond poor service.

@O2 If all your chat agents all clock off at 5 o’clock could they not maybe mention that instead of just disappearing mid-conversation? Absolutely shocking service. I have no phone connection and I am waiting on an important call. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Hey @O2 why, why, WHY can you not port my number from VIRGIN to you? Have rung, followed your advisor's instructions and it didn't work, visit local store and it didn't work and met another disgruntled customer on his 3rd attempt in store. It's ridiculous and I'm paying twice!!!!

@O2 Please help, I contacted your customer services on 17th Feb to report that a fraud contract had been taken out in my name on the 16th Feb.Low and behold I have now received a Default Notice. I have just been cut off for the 2nd time by your Customer Services...very poor.
