Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 Back to @UKPowerNetworks then - are they aware of this service being powered by a premium rate text message? Pretty bad optics during the worst storm of the past 30 years, especially if you don't tell people there's a charge. Someone made some £££ last week!

So @O2 are raising my tariff An insurance broker is charging me £60 “due to the increases in the practical cost incurred in placing a policy including document issue, storage and licensing costs.” My buildings insurance has Increased due to subsidence claims last year.

@O2 @O2 but would I be exempted from the early exit fees due to having cancel due a friend or family passing away even it was myself who was credit checked & not the user of phone. Would the bereavement department still cancel it without fees?

@O2 Ok. No surprise there then. I’ll just have to see the contracts out, one ending in July, and find another company that offers its customers something. The only thing I’ve ever received from o2 is more expense. Never even a thank you for years of custom.

Just got a text from @O2 that they will be increasing rates 'in line with inflation'. Poor telecoms giant. I can't wait to see how much they're struggling in their revenue report which will be released tomorrow....
