  @therealmerka @O2 I’ve been with them for forever. But I recently had some bad service, which was sorted. But I noted they had a cool robot logo and shared a robot I designed in 2010 for my nephew. They then sent me this little surprise package.

  @O2 I'm a carer for someone who cannot speak. The Chat on your website, after 100 minutes of chat, refuses to allow technical support escalation other than over the phone. He requires email support because he can't speak.
