@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

@O2 I've tried to report an issue with your network that impacts security, but your customer service rep didn't take it seriously, and told me there was nobody she could escalate it to. Also, do you guys do bug bounties?

@O2 I’m disappointed to see the weekly Caffe Nero treat has been downgraded to a monthly drink. It was the only reason I have tolerated o2 and their patchy mobile service (non existent in my house).

If you get a phone call from this No. 0208 224 0077 claiming to be from @O2 It's a scam silly *******. Tried it before and told them to go **** themselves. The abuse back was laughable
