    @O2 why is it IMPOSSIBLE to speak yo somebody about your crappy service & non existent network????? £50 per month for NO SERVICE AT ALL for almost 12 months ! That's £600 shocking company!!

    @O2 I'm genuinely disgusted by the "customer service" journey you've just taken me on. Stuck on the phone for over an hour to an advisor who had no clue what she was doing, and STILL nothing resolved. Honestly the worst experience I've had calling any company ever

    Dear @o2, your automated phone system is so broken that it's almost funny. It's telling me I need to ring from an O2 phone/number when I am! LoL Only been a customer for years, and your system seems to have amnesia. If I stop paying you, I bet you remember then?
