    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Phone is still not working, thanks @O2 I was told it was sorted but apparently not, not a happy bunny at all

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 just joined o2 on Tuesday and what a nightmare they have been. All I am trying to do is port across my old telephone number which o2 received on Wed morning and after 6 calls to customer services I'm no further forward such disappointing service wish I had never joined.

    @ajbaxter86 @O2 I have a USB adapter, but apparently they do new ones now but they don't sell it with the phone which is just rude, expecting you to pay more for the charger which you need to charge the device you've just spent loads on. Silly robbing companies. Thank you though 💙

    @O2 Why do I need to contact your before travelling? I’m well aware of your roaming charges but if someone turns their phone on when they arrive at a destination and then turns data roaming off a minute later and you charge them £43 then that’s shocking customer service

    @wendyg4073 @O2 We have 4 contracts and 2 watches with them, not worth what they are charging and are increasing the charge for a piss poor service

    @EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 Never understand the mentality of a coach to select his team to defend against the opposition, imo negative. Pick the team for the way you want to play and attack to cause the opposition problems, far more positive. Then develop your play not chop & change players out of position
