@O2 please can you explain why on #EE you can get 500mb data for £5.02 in USA but on your network it’s £7.20 a MB and you’ve told me I just hit a £51 limit for doing nothing??? Please tell me how to cancel and leave 😫😫😫😫

@O2 I’d recommend providing a service. That’s not my home postcode. That’s an area in the middle of a major northern UK city where I stop off for a cuppa, outside, in view of many other bewildered shoppers and tourists wondering where your service has gone. Oh, and a local Nando’s.

@O2 @NickBrownFour I have experienced this problem today with 4G calls turning off. I rebooted my phone - nothing happened. Still no 4G working. I thought maybe it was an O2 thing but my dad is also an O2 user and has had no problems. What do I do?

I’m in South Africa. The reason for high phone use was to sort out flights, cars etc. It’s a stressful time with great uncertainty. Answer your calls and stop putting the phone down on people. Absolutely shocking behaviour!!! Not good enough. I expect better @O2 2/2

Not sure what @o2 did - if anything - but suddenly I’m getting what I would expect in my area on 4G. I’ll continue to monitor it though. Seems odd but never mind.

@O2 Hello. I'm a customer of both yourselves an Virgin. The message I'm getting on My O2 re Volt is confusing. It says either my benefits are active or I'm not entitled. But they're not active and I am entitled. Help please.
