Disgraceful customer service and totally ridiculous as she pays the monthly bill for two phones.

Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@Ofcom @O2 I myself warned them about web issues on myO2 4 months ago, now the app has followed suit and is unusable. All linked to people with multiple accounts. The authentication service is riddled with errors and will loop people into a server configuration error.
