    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 makes me laugh, trying to find out when the latest op system comes out for x3 pro. Oppo says it should be released, waiting for network to approve it. O2 says that it's oppo fault

    Despite speaking to @O2 on the phone and through Twitter last week to resolve a fraudulent upgrade on my account, it still hasn’t been sorted despite them telling me it would take 24 hours. Still awaiting call back I was promised within 72 hours also. Appalling service.

    I'm gonna do a ******* war crime this phones mic doesn't work????? Getting my FOURTH Samsung s21 tomorrow :)))))))))))) @O2 are refusing to let me trade it for another model after wrongly advising me they could do that 4 handsets in less than a year I cba

    @O2 Hello. Right going to say this, 24 hours for service to resume after bill has been paid is totally unacceptable! I think it is about time OFCOM gave you a nice fine for unacceptable service timescales then maybe you will do something about this. I'll make a complaint via them

    @O2 Latest is I'm waiting for another manager call so on a wait list for 48hrs despite just being on one. 22nd Nov I paid to upgrade then cancelled as ordered wring colour so next day I paid to upgrade and chose the right colour but was never refunded my initial payment

    @O2 Hi when I go in Old Trafford football stadium my signal dies and as soon as I come out of the stadium I have full signal again I was just wondering if there is anything that can be done for this T.I.A

    Been waiting 3 months for a refund from @O2 .. regret taking a new contract out with them. Plus I never get a call back from a manager despite waiting for their 48hr period SEVERAL times. Worst company ever!

    @O2 I ordered a new phone with 6 months free airtime. But my contact doesn’t mention it and you support team has confirmed it doesn’t look like I’ve got it. But luckily I took a screenshot showing the 6 months free. So how do I escalate this as they are unable to except images!
