    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 That doesn't address what I wrote though. It's a trend to put prices up even when companies are doing well. I don't know how well O2 are doing. You aren't exactly encouraging me not to go elsewhere, where I'll get a cheaper deal as a new customer. Anyway, have a nice day.

    @O2 I am appalled by the customer service I have received. Terrible network coverage since July 22, still not heard back, can’t ever get through or when I do they don’t seem to deal with the issue…and still paying full price each month for a service I’m not getting. @O2

    @O2 Feeling a little aggrieved about how you can justify an above inflation price rise, given that these blanket rises are adding to the inflation problem? On top of that, where I work (Bath) the coverage is really, really poor?! (And has been for some time despite reporting it)
