@TheSun @O2 been awaful with mobile signal too. Awful reception in parts only London. Always showing works carried out in the area and nothing seems to me don’t about it. @EE looking at switching my business over.

Wanted to save some money by moving from contract to pay as you go and didn’t want to lose my 02 number; stayed with them instead of a different service. Shocked at how bad the customer service is compared to pay monthly. Sarcastic, rude, cutting me off! @O2 #02customerservice

Swapped to O2 in November and have had awful signal issues since then, rang yesterday to try and sort it out to thenhave total signal loss from when I got off the phone! Website and app are down!! Rubbish service!! @O2 I’m also a carer and have explained this too!
