@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 @rosalyn129 Careful, Rosalyn. My husband hasn't had any service from O2 for 6 weeks now because of a mast issue, and they won't let him cancel his contract without paying a cancellation fee of £519.
