    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    @O2 I've reported on the my network app and they say there is a mast down but it's ALL THE TIME. it's horrendous.

    @O2 @EE I’ve been in #Newark town centre most of today and signal on both of your SIM cards have been atrocious!! You really need to focus on improving signal around Newark! It’s awful!!

    @huckleberrydan @mhewson_MCH @O2 So do I! I'll be leaving O2 once my contract is up. Too expensive and my phone is useless most of the time because of the lack of signal.

    @Worly82 @O2 Was on O2 for a few years after leaving EE (after over 25 years) for ‘a deal’. Became terrible after the merger with Virgin. Thankfully was on a sim only rolling contract and managed to get out. Awful farmed out customer services.

    @O2 not only that, but the signal is shocking. Can’t get signal anywhere, never mind internet. 10+ years of being a customer for this.

    @andrejpwalker @O2 Honestly andre the merge with virgin was the downfall of O2 I have had so many bloody problems with them
