    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Seriously @o2! After years I upgrade my old broken phone and you sneakily take away my international bolt-on (for work) in the fine print! Now you hit this self-employed customer with a surpise £644 charge and the best you can offer is £50 rebate in the time of covid!!

    Got to laugh at @O2 trying to persuade me to upgrade to a higher data tariff when I've been working at home for 10 months and barely touched my current package. If I wasn't in contract for my phone I'd have dropped down, not up!

    @O2 can you please tell me why my data has gone in 4 days when it normally lasts me a month. I haven’t got any new apps and I shut down my apps after I have finished with them. I have had the same phone and same contract since Feb 2019. I am not a happy customer right now.

    @O2 I’ve just managed to speak to an advisor who has told me that my security answer & password are the same thing and they can ask for either, but your website specifies that they’ll never ask for my password, it might be a coincidence that I’ve received a fraud

    @O2 The mobile number hasn’t been used in months. It shouldn’t have been an issue. Very upset with how my parents have been treated. All over a £14.16 bill too!Probably spent more than that £14 wasting time on the phone being interrogated by your team.

    @O2 Is there an online platform that I can speak with somebody with regards to a complaint about the shocking service I have received I would call them the customer service department but more like customer I don’t care would be more apt
