    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    Phone is still not working, thanks @O2 I was told it was sorted but apparently not, not a happy bunny at all

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance

    @tehscreener @O2 Make a complaint and they have no choice but to refund you. I've got £50 coming from Jan-April. I'll be putting in another at the end of this month too. Because they never processed the refund until I got hold of them the ombudsman will deal with the now!

    @O2 Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. sorry. Our engineers are on the case. This have been like this for over 3 weeks now in newport spytty np194qq and glan llyn area. when is this going to be fixed? no internet or phone signal and i need it for work 😡🤬

    @O2 Duh. The issue is the recorded message from your network telling me that my phone is blocked despite your staff telling me that my account is not in arrears and my DD was taken on the 11th without issue.

    @O2 is there a problem with the network, I was stranded in the heat with my little one unable to make any calls or call an uber? Had to walk 1 hour to get home?

    @jackreeduk @EnglandRugby @O2 He scored 4 tries the other day. Granted it was against Bristol so it doesn’t count but still. He’s only 5 points behind Feyi-Waboso who’s also had injury problems. I suspect his time will come once Borthwick is gone.
