@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

@O2 unimpressed with customer care. Helping 80yr old sort a new phone +move number across +STILL no luck 1 week later!!! Spoken to 4 diff advisors all saying yep should be 4 hrs, still not working. Email came last night - sorry we put it in the wrong queue. #notahappycustomer

I've been trying for two ******* months to unlock my kid's PAYG @O2 phone for a Sky sim so that she can keep in contact with her friends. Can't get through to a human being & every time I do the online request, it says "we'll contact you in 7 days" ONLY THEY NEVER ******* BOTHER
