Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

Hey @O2 I’ve had no service for days but when I take my SIM Card out and put it into another phone it works ?! My phone is brand new and is on contract why is this happening ?!

@O2 I placed an order 2 weeks ago, paid the upfront payment, it won’t let me login to my o2, says I don’t have an account. On website it says I have no orders. Can’t chat as it won’t let me in my o2. Help?!
