Shame on you @O2 been a customer for years was sitting for over 1.5hours wasting my to@e just trying to get on the bloody priority app. Got my code then NOTHING!!! Froze and chucked me out……. @peterkay_co_uk sorry I’ve tried! I GIVE UP!!!!

@O2 It's infuriating! I was logged on all set to go with the seconds counting down, as soon as it got to 0 I was thrown out! Now I'm seeing resale tickets going for £300! Is there not a way to stop the resale of tickets so the real fans can get to see the shows?

@O2 @peterkay_co_uk Been trying all morning but only getting Error 503/4 or a "we know there's a problem" message. Priority may last 48hrs but your supply of "priority" tickets won't. #O2Priority for what, wasting time & effort. Always useless whenever there's anything worth having,it can't be got

@O2 Can’t say I’m surprised but definitely disappointed. My prediction is he will cancel the gigs due to what looks like, touts getting the vast majority and profiting on an astronomical level.
