Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

@O2 you have blocked my number due to me reporting someone attempting to scam my account. I cannot do without my number, I am requesting my PAC code under the general data regulations ( GDPR ) network providers are required within one working day of my request

@O2 it's been a month since I was scammed by O2 impersonators & I'm still waiting for your Fraud team to call me about it. Terrible customer service - really disappointing especially after how distressing the incident was. Even @actionfrauduk contacted me more quickly than @O2
