    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 I try and pay my bill. System won't accept my login. Phone number on bill (08448090202) is disconnected. automated phone system won't accept my input. No humans in sight. O2 a communications company? Really?

    @O2 I did the sim swap yesterday after putting the new sim into my phone didn't work on Saturday- the notification about the sim not being provisioned came through this morning. Its the new phone that has no service unfortunately, I did try turning both phones on and off again though

    @O2 I’ve been calling 30times a day to report that my mobile won’t make any calls/has network dropout. Every time it takes 5mins then disconnects. Chat function also not working! How do I contact you?! Currently paying for a service that hasn’t worked for weeks! #o2 #poorservice

    @O2 Not replying at all wouls have been as useful. It took 10 minutes for that link to load, for it to be a load of crud that blames anything but your poor service.
