Appalling customer service from both @dhlparceluk and @O2. Phone addressed to and delivered to wrong address. Signed for by DHL driver himself. Deliver to an unoccupied house!!! Nobody calling me back to resolve the situation. What do I do now??? @O2 what do I do now??

@O2 It's now 2nd week down, only working sat/sun. My parents have been unable to do online banking (requires callback) , no texts etc etc. They are 80 & 100. Their phone/SIM don't do Wi-Fi calling and even if it did they're pensioners not techies.

@O2 When I was with them I had roaming service which just shows you could have arranged coverage via competitors' cell towers but you didn't.

Was paying @SkyUK £117pm for TV/internet.No sports channels.Slow 40mb internet. Just swapped to @virginmedia £85pm all chanels inc SkySports/BT sport, multiroom & 1GB speed & includes an unlimited @O2 mobile contract so I can cancel my current £25 phone contract. FAR better deal
