    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @markyr888 @O2 Don’t expect it they told me they were giving me a credit then cut my phone off saying I needed to pay the credit amount despite it being marked on the system. Their customer service is crap

    @O2 Erm - first off - it went on the account - but it cancelled the 6 months version that had more than 3 months left… secondly - confusion? Surely you do have proof readers? Finally - still can’t talk to a real person via live support - that’s shocking
