  @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

  @O2 I’ve sent a DM but haven’t had a response since Friday. I still cannot connect my Apple Watch to my o2 account — setup is showing outdated 2019 terms and not creating a new connection. Store support couldn’t fix it. Please can someone look into this urgently?

  @O2 Can you stop the constant emails and threats of debt recovery going to call us we do not owe any money our account was shut down by Abdul weeks ago and his manager agreed that nothing was owing on our account. !!

  @O2 I signed up yesterday but my existing mobile number was typed incorrectly so I’m not receiving the Myo2 activation code because it’s being sent to an incorrect number - I’ve tried to call Customer Support but I can’t receive the verification code because my number is wrong

  @O2 I upgraded to a new phone at the weekend yet the device still says processing beyond the delivery date. I understand there’s always issues, but just be on top of the updates, can I have an idea of when my phone will arrive, realistically.
