    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    @O2 Yes I have never had issues, soon as I found out your merger with vergin and no surprise to me I’m now having signal issues which I have never had

    @O2 please can you get someone to help my partner. She is trying to move her number over to you. Completed the request online twice and spoken to someone today then got a text to say it's not accepted. Your chat online is constantly busy. How can she sort this?
