@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 has to be the worst phone network I’ve ever been with I can’t even get through to anyone in their customer service team been trying for 3 days?!!!
