    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 Still poor service in Tq3 ! O2 used to be the best in the area, but poor for the last 18 months with antenna movements or antenna issues but no reduction on bills or refunds

    .@O2 are no use at all. When I moved into my new flat, I noticed that my phone couldn't make calls inside. I have been going back and forth with @O2 for nearly a month to fix the issue. They think it's a problem with the device - albeit they never investigated it.

    Hey @O2 why is your coverage so terrible in Weston-super-Mare? I struggle to get a data connection yet you ask me to upgrade yo more data??!! Should I switch to @EE or @VodafoneUK for better coverage? I pay £35 a month for crap coverage at the moment.
