    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 I don’t mind waiting but don’t put the phone down on me. This is why I left o2 in the first place because it is always impossible to get through to you

    Phone is still not working, thanks @O2 I was told it was sorted but apparently not, not a happy bunny at all

    @O2 Your app is so bad I'm trying to chat to someone and your virtual assistant is looping me around again.Ive closed the app, cleared history why is it so difficult. I've tried direct messaging you on here and can't even do that. So frustrating 😡

    @O2 why is or App so bad I can’t raise a complaint I can’t cancel orders that were made by mistake because your app is completely rubbish. Also I was trying to raise a complaint but your agent end the chat why is this???

    @O2 However, the SIM still cannot register on any network and shows “Selected network unavailable.” The SIM is detected properly by the phone, so I would like you to please check: whether international roaming is enabled on my line, whether the SIM is still active,

    Hey @O2 you agreed to credit me bcz I'd left . You emailed confirming the amount, method & expected payment date 👍 But you also SMS'd saying that for a ££ refund not a credit note I have to select that in MyO2 🤔 But I can't log into MyO2 bcz I'm no longer a customer 🤪 Help!

    @O2 do NOT use O2!!! I have tried calling them to resolve and old dispute and so far I’ve been put on hold forever or the 2nd time they said please hold and hung up on me! They’ve applied a charge for a dispute I raised before I ditched them for dire service and still awful
