@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Trying to place an order with @O2 "Looks like something went wrong" when I hit the "confirm order" button on mobile. Live chat says to try later on desktop. Same problem. Go through all the security stuff with live chat again, then they disconnect me. Sweet.

@O2 @JohnBishop100 The worst costumer service i have ever experienced. The o2 repair team lost my phone 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for the replacement. have been contacting them every day and every advisor lie and promise me solving case/call back/ sending replacement

@O2 Ridiculous that I can’t cancel my Disney plus subscription from Disney because it’s with O2. My O2 has no option to cancel. Your online agents are NEVER available. You won’t take calls unless it relates to fraud. How are exactly am I supposed to cancel this!!!????

@O2 I’ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select “Get help” you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

@SamsungUK @SamsungMobile Please make some smaller smartphones! It's getting particularly bad for women - almost impossible to find something that actually fits in your hand properly. I'm in pain from using the A41 and now @O2 are ignoring customers and refusing to exchange.
