    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 Me and my friend have been on the site literally since 9:40 and have seen no change on the screen from “something went wrong”. What is the point of priority if it doesn’t work ????????? “Keep the app running smoothly” like what does that even mean? How about fix your app looool

    @O2 seriously please just sort out whatever the problems are. You claim to have finished works and all is sorted yet I'm trying to call about my insurance and I can't hear it it just keeps cutting out and crackling

    @O2 Hi can you help I am visiting my friend in Spain. He has a problem with router. He does not speak Spanish. He has WiFi with no Internet connection. We have tried all basic things reboot etc. Trying to get live chat but only virtual available. Any help please?

    My @O2 priority app has crashed near enough every time I’ve tried using it to get tickets. I stay with o2 for the priority. The priority app that never actually never gives priority. Make it make sense
