@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 my mum has literally called up 4 times as her phone network keeps cutting out. On each occasion we have been promised a called back from the second level IT Team and a manager. Neither has happened. #Useless
