    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    @O2 @Android Update this morn. Mobile data now unobtainable throughout the day & where it is available it's slow & very delayed. Was this an update glitch or network issue. Not great before but awful now. Torbay, South Devon area.

    @O2 hi. My mum got a new 12 month sim from you last week so she can use WiFi calling on her iPhone 6Plus. I have enabled it for her on her My O2 but when I turn it on in the phone settings it says that it needs activated. It’s showing as activated on her account. Can you help?

    @O2 hello I’ve been having issues for the past 2 weeks with calls every where I go I only get one bar! Max 2 I’ve taken my sim out restarted phone e everything... nothing seems to work

    @O2 I do have access to WiFi but while I appreciate issues occur I’ve been paying my phone bill for the last 9 months without any proper signal in my home town… It’s not really on is it?
