    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Phone is still not working, thanks @O2 I was told it was sorted but apparently not, not a happy bunny at all

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    @O2 what a rubbish company you are!! Why should I carry my airtime plan on when my new house doesn’t get signal !!! It’s a joke ! Customer service online is shocking , kept getting cut off or out through to different people after being on hold several times ! Your a sham

    @O2 Ported a number from Three into my account can’t get iMessages and FaceTime to activate since port, tried steps on Apple Support page but it instantly comes up “Activation Failed”. Tried sim in my iPhone too and same instant Activation Failed message. Is it account related?

    @Nick2169Bruce @tescomobile @O2 's service has been awful the last 6 months or so, can hardly make a call in certain areas. Will definitely be looking at changing now as I'm out of contract.

    @O2 please tell me why my OAP mother went to an o2 shop to try and get a replacement PAYG sim and the staff told her she needed to sign up to a £30/m contract???? Before I go down there myself
