    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 My son had a low blood sugar event when he dropped his phone (which is used to measured his levels). He had it two days and insurance doesn't kick in until after 14 days. Your shop had no cases available. O2 can fix it for £70 (with a discount) but still not very happy

    @virginmedia @O2 I understand very little of this reply. Please clarify if O2 will attempt to take £25 of mine for nothing. Cos that will cause me to cancel. As far as I knew my contract is with you. It's your error not mine. You sort it.

    @O2 The 2nd of October is a bit comical. I live in a small town in the country. We can’t even phone the emergency services if we need to unless connected to WiFi.

    @O2 so I complain I struggle to get 4g everywhere.. I get a new sim … ( also have a new phone)… guess what? No 4g. Awful.

    @O2 hi, I have had an issue with the rewards app and had no reply. It was for the Harvester deal and it didn’t work in the day. Could someone investigate please? I sent a formal email to the relevant portal with no reply Thank you

    @O2 Just received scam call from a number 01527 244001 claiming to be you, and offering 30% discount on my current contract. Hung up when I asked for proof they were from O2, as I've never had a adhoc call from you.

    Hi @O2 - I moved across to you from @VodafoneUK with a number I’ve had for over 20 years and I’ve never received a single spam text message. So far this week I’ve had four - including one from “O2 Billing”. Did you sell my number to a spammer or is it just hacked? 🤔
