@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 I'm trying (in vain) to contact someone from o2 regarding my phone not working. I've tried the customer service number, gone through the automated options and keep being cut off!!! There is no online chat option! How do I speak to someone from o2 to resolve this issue??

Morning, @O2. I've just had what I think is a scam call. Started talking about my O2 account ('available for upgrade on business tariff'). I'm no longer an O2 customer so I think this is probably not legit. Let me know if you want the number it came from and I'll forward to you.

@tescomobile Sadly Tesco Mobile uses the @O2 network, which is pretty poo compared to @EE. EE is expensive, but you tend to get what you pay for.

@O2 Thank you for sorting this today. Feedback to people on phones about poor customer service and also that the AVR cuts you off and sends you to website unless you say ‘cancel my contract’ so not a great experience there either
