@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@Ofcom @O2 I understand what you are saying, however if there was a clause inserted into contracts which state that if Inflation amount or other is added on top of RPI, a customer could cancel without penalty, then it would be ‘easier’ to encourage these companies to help, rather harm 👍

When youngs box kicks it is always too far & we don’t compete

@virginmedia @O2 Your service is awful. I have only been with you for 11 days and have had engineers out twice and now two complaints and no help whatsoever - absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. No care or consideration at all. You should be ashamed

Is it possible to take out a sim only contract on @O2, keep my number and for the time being obviously continue to pay off my device plan but effectively cancel my airtime plan… I don’t need the unlimited data and could save like £30 p/m, and at the min that would be nice

@O2 ordered new phone+sim with you on the 21st via mobilephonesdirect and provided a PAC but the number hasn’t transferred and a different number is showing in myO2, could you help with this please? Letter with the phone says to contact you if it hasn’t transferred after 2 days

@KKOB @O2 30 mins phone call to cancel the watch data plan, which is something at least (should be regulations around easy sign up, difficult cancel…) Other operators aren’t much cheaper even with the rise.
