@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

Hi there @O2 I’m trying to do sim swap as I got a new phone yesterday (also got a new sim on a sim-only deal, I put it in the phone and I have no service so assuming I need to do sim swap) but I can’t text 20220 as no service, and I don’t receive the text when trying online? Thx

. @O2 hi I lost my phone a few days ago. Was delighted to receive my new SIM card on Christmas Eve however because I don’t have my old SIM card it is impossible to activate it ? Surely you should have an automated service to do this if your staff have all gone home .
