    @O2 Every time I tried to go into my account it was asking for my password, now, it won’t even let me login on my mobile

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 Everywhere actually. I did try to request a new sim as I’ve been having problems ever since I received the phone to be honest. But I couldn’t and have been waiting for the store to re open to get a new one. My signal is awful. I could have full 4G and sometimes won’t load!

    @O2 help! Been paying for 3 I watch contracts for a year when we only have 2 watches and the staff on the phones can’t be any more unhelpful. This is really unlike o2 :(

    @O2 2/ I am about to start paying a contract for an item I don't even have,and although customer services have been lovely and trying their best, there's a breakdown in communication w/humans,systems& couriers. I really am at my wits end. 11 phonecalls and still no resolution. :(

    @O2 Hi, my wife both have iPhones with O2 pay as you go. My phone cuts to voicemail ok but hers just rings and rings without voicemail cutting in. Any ideas how she can fix this?

    @O2 - I’ve received a text message about my current tariff due to expire soon. I need to speak to someone human to discuss whether I need to advice if I wish to remain on current tariff. Your customer services computer keeps disconnecting me!!

    @O2 day 2 of no service. Assured it would be fixed by 9am today. Customer service can’t speak to technical support. They’ll raise a ticket, could take 5 days! Totally unacceptable, can’t work from home, I’ve missed contact from my kid’s school. I’ll be cancelling all 4 contracts

    @O2 customer service skills have definitely dropped today, can’t seem to get hold of a human to talk to that deals with billing

    @O2 I’d prefer to do it in store, I once had a major issue with a sim swap previously, having multiple numbers on account, the person who I spoke to switched all the numbers around on all the sims, which was an issue.
