    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

    @O2 The "final position" email states they will no longer email me and document only. I am making more effort than I should to resolve my complaint, which you should too according to FCA handbook. So please instead of trying to cover up mistakes, maybe you can help me end this

    Great customer service @O2.. Having network issues for 3 months been promised call back after call back no one will call me back or answer my enquires then I just get blind transferred or cut off when asking to speak with the network team or a manager to help with this.. Poor

    @O2 hi I’m unable to retrieve my free coffee voucher it says it has been used for 3 days now. I have deleted and opened but it has not cleared also turned my phone off and back on. Is there a problem?
