    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    @O2 hi o2 why can I on a new contract get unlimited data but when I've been a customer for years only get 20gb for only a few pounds less a month. It doesn't make sense. Exactly the same but just an upgrade.

    @O2 it is great that my data allowance is boosted with also being a @virginmedia customer, shame I can’t share it with family, even my teenager would struggle to use 180gb of data a month
