@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

@O2 shocking service (or lack of) from their credit referral team. Sent an email on the 17th Dec no reply despite SLA being 3-5 working days. Very frustrating especially as these is a query regarding my livelihood. I would like to know how I can raise an official complaint.

@O2 what's the problem @o2 been trying to call for two weeks now I have a problem with network its intermittent and trying to get through to you is even worse do you treat all your disabled customers like this or just customers in general 😡😡😡🤡
