@O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

Getting pissed off trying to navigate @O2 account, keeps telling me to re enter my login details then says there’s a problem or my details are wrong, I know my mother’s maiden name ffs

@virginmedia @O2 Avoid Virgin been a customer for 23 days and 22 of this days TV not worked. 2 engineer visits and an it ticket that was raised 29/10. Been promised call backs 9 times that haven’t happened. Company full of excuses who argue with customer if they can’t resolve your issue
