    @O2 are woeful when it comes to customer service. Can’t see my bill on the app at the moment. 16 quid added on to it. Can’t use that chat in the app for an advisor, waited 40 minutes in a queue. Superb.

    Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?

    @O2 you twice “made improvements” in my postcode to improve our signal/service over t#ha past 2 months. Since then my wives phone has become almost unusable. Can’t connect to service. Wha the hell!!!

    @O2 Taken a new 18 month contract with o2, wanted to swap my number over I have had for 15+ years someone has cancelled my old number, then I been told to reactivate my old number going to cost me 3 months service fee, someone needs to contact me.

    Honestly @O2 have made blood boil I got 4 letters in post demanding final payment. And have been told on phone these are friendly reminders. I’ve never missed a bludy payment and paid early than the payment date to pay by awful awful company I can’t wait to get rid of!
