@O2 journey from Lichfield Trent Valley to London Euston today, and I had usable reception/data for less than 20% of ~2hr journey. Does that sound right? Are you that bad now? (And please don't try and suggest it's my phone in any way, we know where the issue is...) #turgid

@o2 have become shocking. When travelling abroad apparently turning roaming off & not using your phone isn't good enough. You now need to remove your SIM card & tell them in advance not to charge you. Never needed to before but they claim the policy isn't new #ripoffbritain

@O2 Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been told that I would be contacted by a Manager 4 times in the last 10 days. No one ever call and I am being hounded for money I don’t owe. Feeling very stressed. #o2 #complaint

@O2 Very disappointed to see Caffè Nero leave Priority's weekly offer. Can you confirm if it is gone for good or will it still be available on a monthly basis? @GreggsOfficial is a poor replacement for a weekly coffee - no dairy-free options available on any espresso based drinks
