@O2 What is the repairs process? I need my phone for banking etc, how would I go about getting a replacement? I'm happy with the phone apart from. This issue. As a long term o2 customer I'd expect a little help.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@apakula @O2 Perhaps I've experienced both sides of the situation as a customer and an employee dealing with such things. The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.

Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@kellyxxxkelly @O2 Mine started working this morning. That's what I got told in store last weekend. I'd activated the esim correctly but the start date of the watch was down as today.
-
Niall Fitzgerald (@FitzerOfGlasgow) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@O2 I joined O2 this week and encouraged my wife to do the same. You have now screwed up her number port causing havoc in her business, damaging her livelihood and causing upset to vulnerable family we care for. Advisors just make baseless promises and lie when we call. #Fail
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@O2 I'm still not able to make recieve calls on my new watch. I activated the esim but the watch is still showing as emergency calls only. Not connected to network.
-
Thomas Allan (@Tamus1314) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@O2 what an absolute joke of a service. Set up a payment plan and pay it on time just to be repeatedly disconnected. Speak to payment management 3 times in 1 week to make sure you don’t get barred….and yet again , services barred!
-
David McClure (@DavidSMcClure) reported from Greenock, Scotland
Hey @O2, how come you’re able to block the IMEI of a phone that isn’t even on your network then refuse to assist in the removal of that block?
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@apakula @O2 Well O2 systems are all automated. People don't sit and monitor accounts. If you requested to cancel and they have notes confirming this and they didn't do it then the issue is theirs to fix and refund. I used to be customer relations for a different mobile network.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@apakula @O2 I would usually explain to the customer how our terms made it clear it was customers responsibility to end contract and also ofcom etc also advise customers to check banks accs regularly and monitor DDs. Then offer a max of 12 months refund as gesture of goodwill and close acc.
-
Niall Fitzgerald (@FitzerOfGlasgow) reported from Barrhead, Scotland
@O2 Contacted O2 several times now. Different timescale given each time. 'Another team will investigate and get back to you'. Meanwhile the damage to our business and family life gets worse. Wish we had never heard of O2

Miss Grundy (@Miss_Grundy94) reported from Alexandria, Scotland
@O2 is there any reason why my signal has been so poor for the last week or so? I’m in the G83 area in the west of Scotland. It’s becoming impossible to use my phone to make phone calls now.
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@O2 You must see my frustration? I'm paying for a device that is no longer fit for purpose. A main feature no longer works. Your response is hoping @HuaweiUK release a fix soon. Huawei suggest I fix it myself. What has happened to customer service?
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@siward77 @HuaweiMobileUK @O2 I was thinking that. O2 are being sympathetic but beyond that no offers of any help. Huawei appear to still be in denial. Posted on their fb page and they replied and deleted my comment.
-
Andrew Montguire (@AMontguire) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@O2 Need help with an account can’t speak to a agent on live chat as online says customer service is open until 10pm however when calling up seems not
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@O2 Support had suggested clearing caches, deleting data, restarts etc. All tried. All failed. There are no service centres here in Scotland to take the phone to. There is clearly an known issue that has affected many p30 pro users after updates. It would appear to be firmware.
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.
-
Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.
-
Miss Grundy (@Miss_Grundy94) reported from Alexandria, Scotland
@O2 I upgraded my phone today with o2. I have the same number and I was with o2 previously. The man in the shop said it would transfer over everything immediately but I have had no signal since. This was at 12pm today. Will it take 24 hours for my network to reconnect?
-
sharonm (@Shazzermc94) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
Been on hold with O2 now for 48 mins @O2 customer service isn’t great today!

@O2 hi I have an ongoing issue with my signal (mast down) that needs to be resolved. I have tried to chat via the app and sent an email to put a complaint in but no reply.Pease advise as contract is not fit for purpose.
-
Gary Weldon (@UbuntuBhoy) reported from Glasgow, Scotland
Trying to switch a number from an @O2 account to a new @O2 account in my daughter's name is proving impossible. Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

-
Ash (@ashgoldy) reported
O2 literally has to be the worst company for service in the UK. Phone says 5G, even though 5G isn't available in my area, and I get no data. Switch to 4G only and still no data. Sort your act out in the TS10 area @O2.
-
Richie K (@HiP1967) reported
@O2 Hello. I just moved house and no longer get any sort of mobile signal or 4G/5G. Not sure why I should continue to pay for a non-existent service. My work phone is @EE and I get a really good signal on that.
-
Andrew Driscoll (@AndrewDrisc) reported
@O2 Our Network can get busy in this area. This means your data could be slower than normal. We’re sorry about that. Our team is aware and working to make it better... Not had this issue til the last couple of months though and it's not really usable. What are your team trying?
-
Callum McCutcheon (@Klummster) reported
@O2 any idea when service will be back up in DH2? There’s been no signal since 7am this morning.
-
Rik Sahota (@rikrik90) reported
Worst service from O2. Been 6weeks and no one seems to be helping with my network issues! Ordered a replacement SIM card and now new issues happening. Avoid this company! They’ll take your money but not help when there’s a problem! @O2
