@O2 Contacted O2 several times now. Different timescale given each time. 'Another team will investigate and get back to you'. Meanwhile the damage to our business and family life gets worse. Wish we had never heard of O2

@O2 hi, I find it hard to locate the calendar ~ the one with different doors you open on-line and their are different offers each day? Everytime I leave the app then go back I find it next to impossible to locate?? Any tips?? Links?? I have no issues with anything else.

@O2 You're working on the assumption I've used airtime. It was out of the box an hour. Zero signal. Disconnected. Cancelled. Returned in a jiffy bag weeks ago. No email to say you received it. Yet very swift to bill me and now adding a late fee. Brilliant.
