@O2 Contacted O2 several times now. Different timescale given each time. 'Another team will investigate and get back to you'. Meanwhile the damage to our business and family life gets worse. Wish we had never heard of O2

This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 There were parts of the A9 between Aviemore and Perth with no signal (or an E or G signal)! No use if we were to have car trouble and need to contact people. It's the main artery between central Scotland and the Highlands! The remotest parts of Iceland have full 4G!#upyourgame

@AlexanderChrisS @O2 Im pay monthly and I'm trying to cancel a phone that has been inactive for over a year (because I don't even have a SIM card and you've locked me out of my account) Why wouldn't you close this as it's clearly inactive or do you just do this to PAYG customers? Maybe if O2 could jump in and explain why I've spent over 9 hours over the last month on trying to call, unsuccessfully I might add. Still waiting on a reply to a complaint dated 03/03/23 so I'm not holding out hope.
