This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

Been a @O2 customer for over 15 years or more and getting slightly fed up with my phone cutting off mid conversation this seems to always happen when the phone is due to be upgraded but funny enough upgrade cost nearly £200 if it’s done early. I’m sick of this 4 times today
