This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

Fed up with @o2 business mobile and called time on contract. Retention tried to sweeten me with price drop of more than 50%. Nice thought but not going to pay anything for bad service.

@O2 I have been trying with no luck. I upgraded as my phone broke. Received a text stating the order had gone through then the next day another stating there were stock issues. I need an ETA as borrowing daughters phone.

@O2 seriously has to be the worst phone signal in the UK FACT. Maybe they can invest in some phone masts in the midlands as majority of the time it’s 1 bar on 4g.

@O2 Really poor that such a large company can't get its act together. Systems have been down for 2 days, so customer services can't access accounts. No pre-recorded message telling people this, so wasted lots of time on phone only to be told systems down. Makes me want to leave.

@O2 I just tried to collect my upgrade at O2 holborn and was told I could only collect with a Passport or a UK driver's license... I had my EU ID card and was told no, it was not acceptable.... Why?? Please help.
