@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 really disappointed in the service with yourselves, paying for a contract that delivers nothing with no access to my account, customer services are no help, made +++ calls over months to try to sort things but got nowhere, never will I use O2 and I will tell others the same.

@O2 very disappointed with the service in store today. Lady was soo rude! Also order a phone online said it would be ready to collect in 30 mins. Went to collect and not available for 1-2 days! What’s the point of click and collect! Quicker to have delivery!!!!!!

@O2 Already did that . WA9 area, awful signal. Issues with mast?? It’s been getting worse past weeks, couldn’t load anything while outside today. Centre of town no signal.

@O2 WHY is my 5G O2 signal not good at all in BS2 9QW? What would happen if I was in an emergency? I haven't been with O2 long and it's not fit for purpose right now. My phone is a new Samsung so it's not the phone. I'm frustrated.
