    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Hey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.

    @O2 Network down and signal intermittenance in KA18 area due to malfunctioning mast, have registered my postcode for updates. This has happened before and I'm wondering, if it's the same mast as the last time. 🤔 #O2NetworkDown

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @O2 Wait another 24 hours to take it to 4 days of no network! Not a single person has any clue of what's going on as they kept repeating the same thing like a parrot. I begged for transfer to tech support but got told it's not been enough day! Pathetic service is an understatement.

    @O2 eSim not working for incoming calls and texts but works only on outgoing. Ignorant support team have no clue and keep saying try after 24 hours. 3 days no service after 100 restarts and network resets. Who is responsible for missing out on important calls for 3 days? #O2

    @O2 The last phone couldn’t be unlocked as it was lost/stolen. Have to get a replacement. Replacement ordered but then received an email that it’s out of stock. Called again (70 attempts to get through). Was told the only thing was to wait for stock or cancel order and start again

    @O2 I cancelled my phone contract over 2 mths ago I payed my last bill and you are still saying I owe you money. I have called 4 times to sort this. The last time I called you put me though to 4 different people. And the last transfer to customer service.....
