@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@O2 how is it possible for customers to move to @virginmedia who use your network to get a better deal? iPhone 14+iPad 9th gen with 25gb for £46.50 with virgin, best I was offered on an upgrade was £41.50 for just the phone and that was having to us a corporate discount!

@O2 you online system is shocking! Taken me 90 minutes to change a tariff on my phone! Plus you tried to consistently try to sell my other products 6 times despite me saying no! Customer service is appalling and now unable to get through to your complaints department !
