@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 I’ve reported issues for last year but no update and no enthusiasm to fix it. The attitude I got from engineer last time was “oh well, we will fix it when we fancy”. Beyond a joke when falsely advertising a service not being offered. @EE have proven to be great in the area!

@O2 I have been charged €287 to call o2 because you have now cut the line in uk even though I have been forced to pay for the service You added a £900 contract to my credit file in uk that started in March 2020 when I was in hard lockdown in Madrid & all international borders closed
