    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 Network down and signal intermittenance in KA18 area due to malfunctioning mast, have registered my postcode for updates. This has happened before and I'm wondering, if it's the same mast as the last time. 🤔 #O2NetworkDown

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    Phone upgrades done... S9+ for me and S9 for the beloved... Would have loved the S10 but too damn expensive @O2 & @CPWTweets

    @O2 Can you please help me out. My 70 year old uncle is on pay as you go and is currently spending £15 per month on credit. As he is classed as extremely vulnerable ( pulmonary fibrosis and copd) he has been shielding since last March. Is o2 offering any extra data due to covid?

    @O2 customer service is shocking, first o2 add a spend cap for no apparent reason, tried myo2 not available rang 202 pressed the monopoly of buttons to get through to talk to them about my account then it just says fraud press 1 and goodbye, whats going on?

    @O2 there seem to be issues with my 4g connection and my partner's 4g connection – I'm on O2, he's with Giffgaff. Have been experiencing dips since yesterday. Are there general issues across the network at the moment, or are we isolated cases? Cheers

    @O2 Online chats not available, telephone keeps dropping calls, I've no data connection my phone either..what kind of service is this exactly? paying for two O2 contracts and I cant contact you or complain???

    @O2 Hello! I'm trying to switch back to O2 but I'm stuck in a never ending groundhog day of hell on the website. I log into my O2 account but cannot change my address for delivering my new SIM. I can't change it without a product but can't get a product with wrong address.

    @O2 can someone from your customer support team please actually resolve an issue for a change. Had a faulty prize through Priority for three months and no one is helping me fix it.
