    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @O2 Been thinking of leaving O2 for a while after 21 years of being a loyal customer… 4G is awful, calls constantly fail, mast always down in area. So not even getting a single chance of Peter Kay tickets, after 8 hours of constant refreshing, has confirmed… i’m changing provider!!

    The downtime is almost forgivable but a company the size of @o2 should have sorted it out much quicker - #o2priority still not working correctly. All in all a lot of a farce
