    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @RachaelDunlop @DublinWriter @O2 It is possible to delete a message from an iPhone. This may or may not delete it on other devices, have not tested that. I have had problems with message sync between devices though.

    @O2 yet again Tamworth signal is not working on going issue for a year now. Reported many times. Have to use wifi. Going to report to ofcom as you do nothing about it.

    @O2 They never returned, someone answered then pretended not to be there. Spoke to two other people, had the phone put down again. Then I spoke to someone called Sean who was amazing! But sadly have had many issues the past week with o2😔

    At @O2 when are you going to fix this? Really poor internet over a week now. I’m losing money. Can’t do work. Can’t do gym classes, I’d just paid for membership. This AM you sent me a message saying it was fixed then sent one later saying aware of problem
