    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @GorillaoJustice @O2 Shocking signal usually coincides with work on or upgrades to the mast network. Worth checking the O2 website for any work they’re doing because they don’t always tell you (if they’re anything like Three).

    @TimiArmstrong @AyoShonaiya @O2 You try sha! He tweeted around 10:22am and O2 replied 10:39am that it’s not sold out! O2 confirm around 9:30Pm that “Although we had a slight issue, no tickets were sold out until 6pm” So how did your influencer get his own sold out by 10:22am??

    @GorillaoJustice @O2 Hi James. I’m on O2 as well and not a million miles from you (N Wiltshire). I had issues yesterday. Losing signal, slow Internet, 3G. Today has been better. Still slightly flaky but not an issue. Hopefully yours will sort itself out. I’ve been with 02 16 years & won’t change
