@o2 Hi - the signal coverage for data in paddock wood inside & outdoors is poor to unusable. Additionally, response time in London for data is v slow. Are any improvements in the pipeline? Pls persuade me why I shouldn’t move elsewhere.

@O2 I have no idea. I ordered Saturday and the website said I could collect at Grantham store Sunday (yesterday) and store confirmed they had stock but customer service said it would take 48 hours for a credit check.

@O2 Day 65 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 Don't buy from 02 they sell shoddy goods and will take no responsibility and they leave the customer holding the bag!

@O2 Hi, my nearly 6 month old S22 keeps dropping signal during calls resulting in robotic voice, stuttering, long silent periods during a call. This has been happening for a while. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.
