    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Phone upgrades done... S9+ for me and S9 for the beloved... Would have loved the S10 but too damn expensive @O2 & @CPWTweets

    @O2 you have the worst customer service going. 25 mins on hold to report a new phone doesn't work. Explained the issue when call finally answered. They then transferred me to 'customer services' & now I'm back on hold! 🤬🤬🤬 BTW your online help also sucks!
