    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @virginmedia @O2 I have been having issues with WiFi dropping out too and they still won’t send a replacement hub - been a customer for 10 years and equipment is about same age- just want to speak to someone who knows what they are doing rather than trying to sell me more stuff - so frustrating

    Hi @O2 I logged a call 2 days ago, when will the tech team contact me please? It's hard for me to call you as the problem is lack of signal and no one can hear me. I've had a new sim card and bought a new handset with no improvement. Not good for my business. Thank you

    @virginmedia @O2 Why are you sorting priority access instead of working on actually providing the service people are paying for? Absolutely awful internet service and all the help desk say EVERYTIME is ‘it’ll be sorted in 24hours’

    @virginmedia @O2 At total wits end - your website states I can upgrade to a hub 3 for free as I am on old hub 2ac - I ring to do this and your customer service tells me I have to upgrade my broadband package - can you just confirm if this is true as your website says “for free”

    3rd night on the run of sitting here waiting to get through to @O2 customer service. Can’t do it in the day as I work full time. My issue isn’t straightforward and can’t be resolved by reading through info on the website.
