@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 Wish I'd not taken the free 6months when I upgraded earlier in the year as I was only paying £5.99 then anyway. Sure I saw something that people already on an O2 extra would get an email of how to redeem the offer. Can I cancel my extra and then add it back on?

@O2 I called to give my 30 days notice. The call cut off as the guy i was speaking to closed my account instantly. I went to fleet street store, who advised they wont help as they are closing down and dont care. Can someone PLEASE reactivate my number?

I call @O2 to give my 30 day notice. They cut me off instantly. I went to their Fleet Street store and was told, because they are closing down soon, they won't help me. And there Twitter account won't response. Appalling service! @MartinSLewis
