    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Phone upgrades done... S9+ for me and S9 for the beloved... Would have loved the S10 but too damn expensive @O2 & @CPWTweets

    @elgobsucram @O2 No. Had issues with tickets for New Order at O2. After phoning, emailing, and doing an online live chat, they advised me to go to the actual venue. I went in person TWICE and had to Q at ticket office, becoz NOBODY was any help. It's maddening.

    @O2 So 4 calls to the customer services team I had my upgrade 3 weeks ago and still no phone received. @DHL confirm my phone has been lost and still no contact from o2 I’ve never had this problem before. Rant over 😡

    @O2 I've done that. I've clicked on what I need. I get sent to MyO2. Then clicked on support. Then clicked on what I need. I get sent to MyO2. You see the problem? There's no 'talk to someone now' option. It's not a helpful or user-friendly website at all.

    @O2 Why do I get offered a better tariff deal by speaking to someone on the phone vs using live chat? Why isn't this transparent to the customer? Once again penalising the customer and profiting from their ignorance. Switching to Sky.

    @O2 wow all my loyal service and I can’t even get help for my dads phone, he has dementia lost his sim and you can’t help me I’m astounded! New network here I come

    @O2 haven't been able to get anyone via chat or the app to sort out my problems with outgoing calls. Need this sorted asap. What's the alternative as it seems you're making it impossible to get in touch with customer service.
