    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    Hey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Hi anyone at @O2, that’s the third time in three weeks I have had someone contacting my number stating to be from O2 and offering me 40% discount on my bill for being a great customer. All I need to do is tell them the one-time code that they get O2 to send me.

    Shocking from @o2 - haven’t had signal due to engineering works for about 10 days and due to last another 7 days. Half of the month without service in the house and they won’t be issuing a credit for this. Absolutely piss poor customer service.

    @IAmJackSlade @O2 Hi Jack, I emailed my official complaint on 3rd March 2023, no response (not even to say we're working on it) and it's now 27th March. O2 customer support is non existent, honestly, I would just try someone else. Don't give these cowboys your money every month. Appalling service.

    @O2 can’t get a new apple watch connection sorted despite trying online chat , O2 help on the app or phoning & holding for more than 20minutes. Online FAQs suggest tweeting to get it actioned - seriously?? Rubbish customer service

    @O2 I have not got or tried the app. Next a more serious issue is that my wife and my number was supposed to port over from Virgin to O2 today (27th) between 06.00 to 18.00 hours. It is now after the latest time I was told this would happen and neither number is working!😡
