Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 last month my elderly, vulnerable uncle spent £250 on his pay as u go @O2 bill. I’m now trying to help him set up a monthly contract, but it’s proving v difficult to process- your cust service are so unhelpful… do you have any provision for vulnerable customers please?
