This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

@O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

@O2 I have a scam call on my bill, just called to speak to an advisor waited 30 mins and he couldn't have been more rude and unhelpful. Constantly spoke over me wouldn't listen then hung up on me. I have sent you a DM. A customer of over 20 years!!

I’ve just renewed my @O2 phone even though the signal where I live compared with #EE is awful. New phone yet to arrive & #O2 have already cut me off! People have got in touch saying when they call me a message says ‘This phone number no longer exists’. What have you done #O2 ?

Keep seeing people posting their thanks about gifts from @O2 when I don’t have proper signal or service and keep getting messages saying the local mast which has been down since last summer is still out of order and I’m having to pay my monthly bill as I’m still in contract😡
