    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @O2 Who do i contact to make a complaint? I have a brand new iphone13 mini, its been confirmed faulty by a store, to be exchanged. Ive had 5 sim swaps, 2 store visits, countless calls. Can someone please take some ownership and help?!

    @O2 customer service have been absymal,upgraded last week for an Xmas pressie. Order states processing. Contact them Tues, order don't exist, cancelled order and now can't upgrade. Being told only solution is a new line? No manager to talk to utter crap.#o2 #customerexperience
