    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Hey @O2 any idea why someone added £7.50 a month insurance to my account? This wasn't requested and I don't require any as my phone is nearly 3 years old. If it breaks or dies I will just get a new one. Please refund or I will make a complaint.

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 Its been 5 weeks. Whether engineers are aware of it or not it isnt being fixed. I get the pointless updates. Wifi calling is no good outside. Cannot get internet via 4g outside. You are breaking my contract, so probably time to cancel and leave for free.

    @O2 How can you access the network checker if the network is down? I know you've had your ceiling ripped off but presumably your masts are all standing. Terrible reception today, is this due to overdemand, just no way of telling.

    @O2 how is it our family has zero signal (usually 4G) but apparently “our network can get busy in this area” #bordon (a small town). Can’t log a fault or get thru to any O2 agents on the app. I know a storm is underway but just accept network faults and not fob off customers

    @O2 Have changed phones and need a micro sim card. Have PAYG with credit so want to keep same number and credit I have. Ordered a sim card online a week ago and nothing has arrived. Can you help please? New phone sat unused as can’t put standard size sim card in it.
