    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    This is absolutely ridiculous @O2 been over a week and still haven't got 4G signal or any kind of signal for that matter. When am I getting my signal back and not exactly happy to pay full monthly bill for not getting anything and losing business because of it.

    @O2 Network down and signal intermittenance in KA18 area due to malfunctioning mast, have registered my postcode for updates. This has happened before and I'm wondering, if it's the same mast as the last time. 🤔 #O2NetworkDown

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @CoverGirlLi @O2 I suggest you email their CEO. I raised a complaint with then once and got treated horribly. I got on touch with the CEO and funnily enough everything was sorted out.

    @O2 customer services is a joke. Absolutely shocking service after putting the phone down being told to wait 45 mins to get back through. What a shambles.

    @LloydsBankBiz Thank you for your reply @O2 @LloydsBankBiz so the advice is if you are an O2 customer you cannot pass security when calling Lloyds business banking and you should visit a branch and the problem has been ongoing for several weeks although it has been fixed for other networks.

    @O2 Unfortunately not sorted yet. The swap was due to happen today but the driver didn’t reach her. Now planned for tomorrow. No mention of compensation for 5 weeks without service and cost of temporary phone. This is not what we should expect from a provider such as o2
