    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @O2 The connection isn’t good enough to connect to links that’s the issue! We are visiting family who have Wi-Fi, it’s just a Shame that you’re network clearly isn’t advanced as others

    @O2 No nothing. I made an official complaint to them and they are now trying to phone me to discuss it. Im not entirely sure they understand the complaint. The mast has been broken for months.

    @O2 Absolute bullshit….. you are one of the most unreliable networks around…. No customer service to speak to…. A bullshit app… terrible data service… completely unreliable… Can’t wait to leave your ****** company… raising it with Ofcom and the ombudsman…. Total rip off….

    @O2 absolutely disgusted with service I have received the last 2 months. Charged for services I didn't use, money taken without permission and now told will be cut off regularly until the credit appears on my account (a credit that has supposedly been applied 4 times).HELP

    Anybody have issues with @O2 coverage/reception? Been going on for months now. Can't have a phone conversation with my folks who stay 10mins away. My phone doesnt ring then i get a vmail msg 😡 Mobile data coverage is horrendous now too. Time to look at @EE or @VodafoneUK
