    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    Finally, after yet more shambolic service from @VodafoneUK, my phone has transferred over to @O2. Goodbye and good riddance @VodafoneUK. The most horrific customer service and tech support ever.

    @virginmedia Congrats on your merger with @O2! Perhaps when you guys have finished slapping each other on the back, you can get round to fixing my TV & Broadband? On the blink for two weeks now, zero Customer Service communication and the website is gaslighting your customers.

    How ******** does it take 24hrs to activate a new SIM card on an upgraded phone? Genuine question, @O2 are telling me “just keep switching your phone on and off during this period” the buttons on my phone will be ****** after 24hrs of switching it on and off. #PissPoor
