    Phone upgrades done... S9+ for me and S9 for the beloved... Would have loved the S10 but too damn expensive @O2 & @CPWTweets

    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @O2 Motorola DynaTAC 8000, we had 3 of them on the Vodafone network in the early 90's (The Brick) had to carry in a briefcase although they did come with spare batteries and belt holders case. New name "The Pill" because most go into depression if they separated from their phones

    @O2 I left your company on the 24th march and you send me a red enforcement notice even before you issue the last bill.. I have spent a week calling everyday and still no one can take a payment. is the anyone who can give me the head office number or do I start court proceedings?

    @O2 are there network issues? I've next to no signal. Trying to work which is nigh on impossible when no /very slow Mobile signal and virgin media Internet not working 😕
