@O2 I bought a new phone on your network less than 6 months ago at £50 per month with unlimted everything. Now I have a bill at over £58 with no additional out of plan charges. Why is my bill now over £8 higher than it was agreed at less than half a year ago?!!

Terrible experience with @O2 Canceled my contract within the first 14 days, and they confirmed and then charged me! I had to call again, 20 minutes of wait, an advisor confirmed they had made a mistake and confirmed that my contract was canceled. Charged me again!
