@O2 Still no sim swap but you can send the bill through. 24 hours I was told MAXIMUM! we are now on 59 hours since I did the sim swap. Charging me a fortune for a phone I can’t use. Absolutely shocking service, rude customer service that don’t have a clue what’s going on. #O2

Having paid money to @o2 for an upgrade, it's now the 3rd day with my sim still not activated. No one from #o2 has told me when I can get my number of 4 years activated and scripted replies from customer service team @TheGardianNews @PoorServiceUK please have a look #unhappy
