    @O2 was trying to make a payment over the phone and was put through to 3 different departments, to which i was also on hold for over 20 mins for someone to answer then hang up!! Unacceptable

    @O2 No, under settings/Network Provider Lock, it states Sim Locked, despite this both EE & 3 network sims work, hence the explanation from Apple it’s only unlocked to Europe (regional) it should state No Sim Restrictions to be fully unlocked

    @O2 please Help a friend. She's been trying to get a refund for a faulty phone returned over 8 weeks ago. She was told last month that the refund would be today but no refund only to be told she has to wait again. This isn't good enough. Please resolve this.

    @O2 having an absolute nightmare trying to set this 60 day trail up with @thebodycoach on O2 priority. I’m being told now by Apple to contact the developer of the app! As of now I have absolutely no where to go In how to resolve this issue.

    @O2 there has been an issue with the phone mast that serves my home address since the 1st of June, I can't always text messages or phonecalls or ever use data while I'm at home. I have just received another text to say it is out of action until at least the 29th June.

    Upgraded 2 of my @O2 contracts on the basis of a LOYALTY discount for 2nd line.Been trying to get this applied since 15th May 2021 & still it’s not done. False information, lies to keep me as a customer.spoken to 5 ppl & been promised it will be added manually!still waiting!

    @O2 trying to get a line but sales transfer to customer service and back again 4 times!!! What kind of service is this. Diabolical!!! How does one get a line when no one wants to help a customer with an issue!!! How do you add addresses!!!!

    @bt_uk not saying your internet is useless but a download over WiFi 44 minutes. Using mobile data through @O2 10 minutes…. Another 25 hours down to 10…. Thank god for O2!!!
